it works guys welcome to my channel I'm Anna in here and chronically beautiful we are trying to live our best life even though we probably don't feel like it and this is just a really quick little video that I am just throwing up there because I think that we need to I was I was at the chiropractor last night and I always get a massage when I know there are two things that I highly recommend for anybody dealing with chronic pain or chronic illness and he was doing a little bit of lymphatic massage and I do that to myself very often especially when I'm not feeling well so I thought you know what what a great idea for a video this would be and I know a ton of people are just not feeling well right now I'm just getting over the nastiness that's going around I know that doing a lymphatic drainage massage is something that always helps me to feel better especially when I'm right at the beginning of getting sick so I'm gonna do just a really quick demo of a sinus drainage lymphatic massage so let's dive right in so you're gonna start in a seated position I often do this when I'm kind of laying at the baths so I'm not lying flat but I'm not sitting up sort of and so you're gonna start the point of this is to get the fluid draining so your lymphatic system runs all through your entire body and curates white blood cells around to sweep all the places it needs to need the limp stuff and then so like you have lymph nodes here you have them under your arms you've ever movement and it while a lot of different places in your body and gets swollen when you're not feeling knowledge is often why your doctor always feels right here they're swollen they can tell something's going on so what we're going to help to do is to get some of the fluid out of the lymph nodes so that they are not as slowing and we're going to move it keep it moving through the body and when I do this I not only you know we're moving the fluid through the body but we also get sinus drainage and it's just nice to get that moving so what we're going to do is start switch right here right at the top of your clavicle or your collarbone and you can feel your collarbone and it's sticking out and so you're gonna put two or three fingers just right in this area and you're just going to press in gently you don't need to go crazy with this so you're just going to press and you're gonna do about fifty little pulses there so just pressing [Music] just like not super exciting and you do want to use both hands II kind of do this often times and so you're gonna just again do forty to fifty little presses here and you only have time to do like 20 or 30 that's fine too but this is like a really gives it done so I don't know that that was a little big attention I'm gonna take off the sweater you don't good real but it massage y'all okay it's just so you can see a little bit better what's going on okay so we're here and I can already start to feel drainage in the back of my nose so the next place we're gonna go is here so you're gonna take your hands and you're gonna move them from here just under your ears and down your throat so along this sort of you can kind of see a muscle there when I turn so I usually just run it along that muscle and my massage therapist I tell you that muscles I see comes along so I'm just moving it down and maybe I'll do like [Music] 30 to 40 of these you can use the back of your hands if that's more comfortable I find this what sometimes is in this company it it might help if you put like a little bit of oil on your hands or something like that you could put your neck cream on your hands and get a twofer in while you do this but you're just moving slowly just running along down the side of the neck like I said you know 30 to 50 times so we start at the bottom and we work our way up and then we're going to work our way back down again once we get to the top and you again you might start to feel drainage you might not feel anything that doesn't mean it's not working so stick with it this is the first thing I do if I start feeling any kind of fullness in my ears or you know I'm feeling like my glands are swollen etc so we're just moving down the neck from there okay so the next place we're gonna go is the back of the head and neck so I use both hands but I'll just show you on this side so I go right about here under my occiput bone and I just go like so same thing we've been doing just the back of the neck there you have sinuses located back here which a ton of people are like what it does in the front but my massage therapist can tell in a second if I've got some sinus correct coming on because it could feel that they're slowing back here so we just go there and we're just I'm really feeling it now uh-huh you just go on down and again you know 30 to 40 times on these guys [Music] it's one of my arms start to hurt when I doing this it's also something if you put oil on your hands now it's in your hair so just be careful that you don't end up with like a greedy mess if I'm in the shower while I'm doing this I'll put like a little condition around my Nance just so things like you know move more smoothly through and I'm not you know having friction okay and then the next place I'm going to go now if you want to you can end it here and then just go in Reverse but I'll also show you a few ways to get even higher up into your ears and stuff so then we go the Spock hands okay and then we go on either side of the ear take my glasses up I should be coming them off anyways they get in the way so we're here and then we're just pulling down again not super hard pressure we're just pulling down on the front and the back of the ear and you should feel some like really nice release here it feels so good oh yeah and this one's my favorite and we only get to do it once in this massage and that totally bums me out if you do the short version the like regular version which is what we're doing right now you can do a longer version where you get up into your ears a little more and I'll show you that just a couple parts of in here in the click second so you just again do this 30 to 40 times so now if you want to you can end there and then you can go you finish this then you go back to the back of the head back to the front of the neck back to here and then call it a day that nothing be done and that's plenty and that's pretty much my like regular then if you want to get more up into the ears if you've got a lot of like made your ear issues then you can go from here to behind the ear and up a little higher just two fingers there you can do that I really like to go to my ears and literally like pull them that could be your next step you can pull them here and pull them forward pull them up out back pull on your earlobes and just kind of get some things moving around and then do like circular motions you don't want to do this too long you'll hurt your little ears but go to this one just kind of get some things moving in there and then from there you go here and so you start in front of the ear and you kind of roll down roll down roll down rollin rollin rollin rollin rollin on the river from Mary baby from Mary loves a good lymphatic massage and then oh my gosh I can really feel it like drainage city and then you just work your way back down the same thing and I work the ears a little work the back of the ears a little go back to here again about 30 times 30 to 40 times then you take the back of the neck 30 to 40 times and then down the front of the neck and then back here to the color bone and that it's as easy as that that is the lymphatic massage for sinus drainage and I bet you could use it right now that helps with allergies it helps with getting a cold the flu any of that stuff where you're just on congested or you feel that pressure in your ears oh it's the worst eat that I know it helps me a lot so I really hope this will help you out the next time you're feeling just blah all right guys that'll do it for this video thank you so much for watching and going on this adventure with me I got all this drainage right now oh my gosh it's so gross so it works it works okay so thank you for coming please don't forget to bring the belt so that you can be notified of all my future uploads and also to comment below um you know did you try this do you
