Lucasfilm gives Lando Calrissian the FINGER! Disney Star Wars keeps ignoring legacy characters!

if you follow the official star wars account on twitter you'll notice that when actors that are involved with the series have a birthday they're quick to jump in and they say well happy birthday to john boyega happy birthday to uh alan tuttic here who voiced the robot from rogue one and then they have a happy birthday to oscar isaac so this is all recent except they've missed some birthdays so they've not only missed james earl jones but they've also just snubbed billy d williams which is surprising surprising the common theme here is that they like to ignore original trilogy characters that they give a happy birthday to i'll add carl weathers and ian mcgregor to the list of people whose birthday is the official star wars account having has ignored i also heard that they ignored pedro pascal on his birthday and i'm currently in the process of fact checking them yup they did in fact ignore pedro pascal on his birthday it's odd that they ignore pedro but here's the thing fans like the mandalorian we can put aside all of the coronal stuff that's happened lately the mandalorian is still a pretty popular character to people so it's kind of interesting to me that all of the original characters and characters that people seem to care about don't ever get wish to happy birthday but you know if you go over here oh you know we can give finn and i don't even remember the name of the character oh poe dameron dameron or whatever his name is he's he's a pretty forgetful character all those characters they get happy birthdays they here they are giving bryce d howard a happy birthday and so on and so on oh here's a happy birthday to ron howard happy birthday to oh i think she was in what was she in was she in rise of the skywalker for like five minutes i think yeah it's it's a common theme that they do and it's just really strange right that they'll ignore all of these legendary characters this has been ongoing for a while now and it really makes me wonder what's going on over there it's not a coincidence to me that james earl jones billy d williams ian mcgregor all these characters that are attached to properties that fans love and care about they get ignored but hey you know the sequel trilogy characters anybody involved with the sequel trilogy it could be the guy that got coffee they'll give him a happy birthday it's it's kind of telling it really really is and i i think it just adds more to the theory that they resent fans of anything george lucas they resent fans that care about these characters they resent these characters now the real telling on this is if they wish the orlando from solo a happy birthday donald glover who's born on september 25th i believe when i just looked it up so we'll see if something happens from there i just think it's so crazy how they just ignore these legacy characters like they don't matter if you've been following lucasfilm star wars on twitter you've probably noticed that they apparently love wishing happy birthdays to people who have worked for them in fact at the top of lucasfilm's twitter account right now they're wishing birthday to some to some one most people have probably never heard of not that it's important and uh it's this character who yeah i've never heard of no he's not even a character he's a legendary star wars artist and executive creative director maybe you know i'm sure there's gonna be people can believe you don't know who that guy is in the comments but you know whatever however an extremely bizarre trend is beginning to emerge with whoever runs these social media accounts and that is that they never seem to wish a happy birthday to african-american actors associated with star wars who wrote a file of a certain political viewpoint now that now that may seem like a niche or a trite point to make but this is a long running pattern that we've come to discover and here's the reasoning that they throw this out there and say that this might be a thing so they point out carl weathers his birthday was ignored in the bananza of constant birthday wishes because as they say right here it started when they failed to recognize carl weather's birthday almost immediately after he said something positive about gina carano next on his 90th birthday and calls for a tremendous celebration neither star wars nor lucasfilm recognized the legendary james earl jones the voice of darth vader possibly the most iconic villain ever was also looked over by lucasfilm and star wars on his 90th birthday and they speculate this might be because it's rumored that james jones might be a republican or have conservative police that's a rumor of speculation there's nothing confirming that and uh i commend him for staying out of the political limelight which is something that a lot of celebrities just don't know how to do anymore and then they point out the reason that they think billy d williams is being snubbed is because of the comments he made about the whole young lando being into his robot stuff you know what i'm saying that big thing they made a big deal about and they asked him about it and i believe he's like i don't know anything about that like they they took his comments out of context that was a big thing they took his comments kind of out of context and then it was asked somebody asked him to clarify on it and he's like yeah i don't i don't know what you're talking about like he was like confused like i don't understand you guys crazy definitions on things so it kind of it kind of makes sense so they're either just this is just more snubbing on classic characters or because these guys don't hold the values that are expected of them uh they're getting snubbed by lucasfilm i don't know it's a crazy thing that's going on and i wouldn't put anything past petiole lucasfilm because you know they clearly want you to share their values they get rid of you that's why they got rid of gina because she doesn't share their values gotta go she's a
