[Music] welcome back to my channel smoking and driven and cooking with me baby today is how-to video is going to be on how to properly cook a lobster tail this is just mom my little spend on how I do it and the presentation came out also I'm obviously shooting my my intro after I cook the whole thing that's just the way I do some time I like to pick up the plate and show it but I gotta let you in on a little secret this is a sample one and oh my god or should I say oMG that was awesome you know I mean so I ended up just devouring it so let's go ahead and get into the rating system on the skill level from one to ten ten being the most difficult I'm gonna go ahead and give this a rating on before and the reason I give it to a four because listen if you overcook it you got to like kind of like watch it and then department determines on you know knowing your oven because if it cooks too fast you know I mean if you overcook - laughs - chilled it becomes a little rubbery you know so you still kind of like you know stay with it and maintain it but as far as the prep go this is super easy and a lot of people just they don't know they go to these restaurants they pay these high prices so without no further ado let's get it in [Music] [Music] yeah Oh [Music] [Music] I'll see in the video we'll open them the lobster tail up I turned it over if they should meet towards myself I take my thumb in between the skin where the fans are on under the bottom and then the meat I run that through like that with my thumb and if you do that gonna separate the meat and it makes it so much that way you can just open it peel the meat out and then close the shell back and then put the people on top very very easy to do the trick is [Music] I wanna lock in your love [Music] good I like in your love [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
