he's got to be an authorized driver it's nothing criminal that would be to it but it'd be more of a civil issue or the rental card has not authorized him to drive the vehicle and sometimes they want their vehicle back if it's someone that they have not pre authorized to drive on here if I had to guess he's saying it's registered to his mom so he's probably not an authorized driver which again would be a more of a civil infraction type issue yeah it's a liability issue so it'd be more of a not even a civil infraction to be a it'd be more of an issue between them in the rental company where they just don't want them driving it and there's some times before where they've actually showed up and took the car on scene because the person driving was not who they authorized to so gonna walked up to the car it smelled like marijuana coming out of the vehicle you can tell he tried to heavily mask it with some sort of a potpourri or air freshener scent which does not actually mask it just looked he does not have a medical marijuana card so there would be no reason that should smell like marijuana in the car unless he's possessing some what's not what's up hey stopped him he tried to as soon as we got behind him you can tell he's moving around a little bit he's also sprayed tons air freshener and there he smelled we'd come out of the car okay it's pretty nervous is jaylen foster I
