Which ever way. - They stopped the car for a defective brake lights, and talking with the driver, he told him that he had some nuggets of marijuana inside the car. So searched his person and the vehicle, and they located a bag of white powder in his pocket. And some other paraphernalia, and stuff like that. All right, which arm was it on? - This one. [inaudible] Thank you. - All right. Anything else on you, man? - No. - Anything else-- nothing in your groin area? - No. - In your shoes? Socks? - No. - Drawers? - Nope. - Can I give the puppy a bacon strip. - Sit. - OK, easy. There you go. - You're such a good boy, my buddy. Give me kisses. Yeah, I love you, buddy. I'm sorry you're here right now, bud. - What's his name? - Poopy Head. - Poopy Head? That's a-- - He did not answer to any name. There was four and five-year-old kids around. And they said, what's his name? And I says, I don't know. He's being a poopy head. He responded, and has ever since. - Poopy Head? Good boy. All right. So he's strong. Poopy Head need some water? - Here you go, little man. Don't you bite me, now. - Yeah, well, I ain't trying to be the first. - Drink up, Poopy Head. - So is that what you were doing back there? Buying cocaine? - Yeah. - OK. All right. - I just waived my Miranda Rights. - Come on, Poopy Head. - That's why he's a Poopy Head. The white powder did test [inaudible] for cocaine, and had an approximate weight of 1.1 gross grams. So he will be charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and somebody's coming up ot pick up his doll, and the vehicle up, so it doesn't have to be towed and impounded.
