Kubota Baler Netwrap

hi I'm Brandon Passman I'm the service manager here at Parrish tractor in Poplarville I got Chris Elliot with me Cody bug they have my - hey mechanics today we're gonna talk about loading that rap that rap is one of the questions we have how do you load it how does it go and one of the biggest problems we run into is somebody called so hey I got an it rap issue nine times out of ten they just do not have the machine loaded right so today we're gonna walk through it this is Kubota BB 4160 right here you can see your monitor we've got it out the tractor just kind of where you can take a look at it this is going to be your screen this is what we call the unlock screen this is going to be the screen that pops up so what you would do is you come here and you hit the lock screen as you can see we have the net activated hit the unlock screen now your bell screen is going to pop up what you want to do is come right here and raise our net break alright so now our net break is raised so what we would do is come in undo an it wrap pull the slide off we're going to use a starter roll for this a little lighter a little easier um so basically we slide this on always remember the Kubota actually pulls off the top the one thing you have to remember Kubota pulls from the top slide it on if you come right here and look at the bar you can see we have different notches in here the one thing we do not want to do we do not want this clamp real tight we want it kind of loose just a little bit of play as you can see we've got a little playing here pull this out basically we're gonna pull off a wide the boat is one of the easier wants to load get this wide right here you want to run under under your spiral roller pull your tail on it once you run under the spiral roller you will push through the duckbill be careful there are some little tits on the backside of this duckville that will grab you slide this over they still we're going to tighten our knit wrap back up roll it through put this back on now our net wrap is fed so what will happen when this thing starts to feed if you notice this pile roller that we run it under it will grab that net wrap and it will shoot it out all the way to cover the edges of the belt so then we will come back to our monitor as you can see our net wrap is blinking I break basically we press and hold and now you can see our brake activating back once this is done we are complete we have loaded the net wrap for our BB 4160 Kubota baler if you have any questions you can call myself you can call Cody you can call t-bone our phone number six seven one seven nine five four five two one or you can send us a text to that same number and it will come straight to my phone any questions you have no matter how dumb you think it are man shoot us a call give us a text have a good day
