Kim Kardashian's House After Her Split With Kanye

home is where the heart is and now that kim k and kanye have split kim has not only gone through heart changes i honestly can't do this anymore but home changes we go through some of the post-divorce updates and features of kim's multi-million dollar pad minimalist monastic style of kimye kim and kanye first got the world's attention when they converted their more conventional mansion into a minimalist monastery the house originally cost a whopping 50 million dollars and is now worth nearly 60 million dollars when considering all the changes for kim the house was love at first sight for kanye not so much kim tells architectural digest we were going on a walk one day and i said this was my dream home this house here i just head north and we were doing a lot of walking so i could work off some of the baby fat oh my god he loves it because he doesn't really like anything kanye was less enthusiastic he said that's my specialty not liking stuff maybe that explains why kim kept the house and kanye was fine to part with it cozier sitting room but since the couple split kim has taken it upon herself to restyle parts of the house with her own unique touches we can even say the house has gotten cozier quite surprising after the couple first bought the home to transform it into what matt sapera at buzzfeed called a nightmare house youch but looking at kim's sitting room in her bedroom for example we can say the space has definitely gotten more inviting the business mogul had new couches installed for a cozier and more intimate feel and the room is just full of treasures that we'll get into next baby books in kim's sitting room you can find what the reality star has called epic baby books on the center table each book is dedicated to kardashian west kids north saint chicago and psalm in kim's words to vogue anyone knows me they know that i love to scrapbook so that my kids can have the most amazing memories each book contains their hospital details kanye and sentimental one between her and kanye and that in his absence she's been able to indulge her sweeter side even more each kid's room is customized to their tastes and of course each kardashian west kid has their own bedroom customized to their own taste as kim tells vogue about her kids rooms one is pink one is purple one is blue one is dinosaur it's like each kid can have their full style and taste in their bedroom and have so much fun and fun they do have first born north is known for showing off her pink bedroom paradise complete with adorable pink vanity filled with toys and treats maybe north sometimes has a little too much fun in this hilarious live tick tock she runs around showing off her house even though kim yells from bed that she's not allowed to do that mom i'm live you're not allowed seems like the house is plenty busy even without kanye new artwork and north has a lot to show off including her fabulous drawings and paintings that now deck the kardashian crib kim shows off paintings of a wolf pup the family's bearded dragon and one painting that got the attention of many this mountain and river scene which attracted criticism from fans everywhere as they couldn't believe that young north had painted it because it was too sophisticated kim corrected the record and stated that north had been taking classes with a teacher art experts later backed kim up saying it was absolutely possible for a seven-year-old to have painted it i have no doubt in my mind that northwest could have done that painting but nonetheless it was still good what a nothing burger but back to that lavished pad kim finishes the art exhibition by showing off a spooky charcoal drawing north did while she was sick with kovid maybe that was just her emo mood new piano room and what would the kardashian west crib be without their luxe piano room this piano room has shown up time and time again and is a real centerpiece to the house what kind of piano is this this is gorgeous steinway for kim's birthday for example kanye decked the room out with floating flowers and feathers beautiful now the room with kim's touch hosts a couch and coffee table possibly for some afternoons of easy listening the piano room is likely a favorite of the kardashian west kids too as kim hired a pianist to gently wake the kiddos to christmas music every day of the month in december kim would you adopt us to neutral color palette perhaps you've noticed a color theme which is to say no color at all kim and kanye's combined style is defined by neutral beiges grays and whites in both their fashion styles and in their home as kim told architectural digest i love to come home to full simplicity it's so calming to me and while kim has made plenty of updates one thing she has not changed is its calming cream and white palette i want it to be just really quiet and i want everything to feel calming all new purchases have remained strictly in theme from the sofas and coffee tables of her sitting room to the feathered centerpiece on her kitchen island cars match her house and if a matching interior wasn't enough kim's cars are all gray coordinating perfectly with the rest of the home i wanted my cars to kind of blend in kim tells vogue my house is gray and i wanted him to kind of match the house so i did all gray cars instead of my typical matte silver that i used to do kim showed off her three favorites my lamborghini urus and my rolls royce my favorite baby the maybach sedan neutral basketball court and nothing goes with a neutral car and house like a neutral basketball court am i right kim designed the court to be gray and for all of the equipment to be black in keeping with the palette the ground is spongy probably to keep things easy on the knees and to avoid any bad scrapes for when falls and trips happen the spacious basketball court overlooks kim's full-service gym where the reality tv star heads two-first every morning at 5 45 am and where she often works out with her sisters kim said about the court it's literally the most amazing place for the kids to really hang out a garden of her own what's most impressive about kim's outdoor space is undoubtedly her huge garden where the family grows all of their own organic fruits and veggies the kardashian west kids and their cousins get to experience farming first hand where they go into the garden with baskets and pick food for the family's table as kim tells vogue they just see how you really can like farm and eat it and if things couldn't get any sweeter the breakfast nook looks out into the garden making for peaceful green mornings at home the pool and of course there's the pool when kim and kanye first bought the extravagant mansion the pair had two pools ripped out and in their place installed one huge one for fifty thousand dollars during the famous architectural digest quiz questions kim revealed to kanye that she had actually never used the pool i've never used our pool actually what yeah can you believe that and would have liked to have gotten a jacuzzi too the pair joked about it to the interviewer can you believe that can you believe we don't have a jacuzzi but now that kanye's gone it seems like kim is finally getting some use out of the pool as she snapped four shots in a sexy black bikini much to fans delight one fan joked on instagram she finally used the pool we love to see that isabelle rower sculpture room and the weirdest space of all in the mansion easy the isabelle rower sculpture room the room is for lack of a better description a white box stuffed with a huge creature-like soft sculpture designed by isabel rower as seen in photos the family has no problem sitting on crawling over or playing on the massive structure when kanye was asked if the room was a play space or art installation the rapper responded cheekily with everything we do is an art installation and playroom kim's closet so much nothing in the house means there's got to be a place for something and since kim is a world-class fashionista you might wonder where the heck are her clothes in her closet of course kim's closet was designed by lanvin and albert elbaz it features simple floating shelves and wall-mounted hanging rods her clothing and accessories are arranged much like a high-end store making finding items and coordinating looks as simple as possible makes sense since kim used to be a boutique owner the bathroom and last but certainly not least kim's eccentric bathroom kim first gave fans a tour of her bathroom on instagram in 2019 she noticed that viewers were confused about the sink as there are no basins thanks to kanye how does this sink work how does this exist kanye in collaboration with architects axel vevort and claudio silvastrean created what appears to be a flat stone sink but is in fact a slightly sloping structure with a slit for the water kim explains on instagram that the sink can be as high-powered as you like with no
