you sure you're not 30. you're not just very small right you are 10 years old 10 years old exactly that is i'm going to tell you that is one of the most extraordinary performances i've ever seen on america's got time you've got it all you've got you've got the whole thing you've got a lovely smile beautiful dress and then you start to sing and everyone in this audience probably felt the way that i did we all felt goosebumps that moment when you think i know i know what's going to happen here we're going to wake up tomorrow and america is going to be going crazy for a little girl who just sang like an angel absolutely incredible performance sharing yeah jackie i when you first started to sing i thought is this for real i can't believe that's from this tiny body this huge mature voice that watching your performance i nearly killed her i was 35 at the time no you know what i mean you're one of those acts that one scene is never forgotten i can see a huge future ahead of you thank you so accident do you know i can't stand sorry sorry let me emphasize do you know what i can't stand look on the bright side i've never had to queue at disneyland now just i'm just gonna throw a disclaimer out there if i do get too energetic please stop me i want to keep my benefits otherwise how would i hate the jacuzzi i'm joking i'm joking it's a pool i was there i was at the uh cinema seeing the new james bond film the other day and uh it got me thinking you know maybe i would like to have a go you know being james bond but obviously i'm a bit inhibited ah mr bond i've been expecting you no left um but this isn't the first britain's got talent event i've been to i was actually uh at the live tour in manchester funnily enough two years ago and the staff they couldn't have been more helpful moving people out the way getting us to a seat and then when we finally got there the view was just fantastic and we sat down and my sister she tapped me on the shoulder turned around and i'll never forget this as long as i live she said jack we are so lucky or disabled you cannot take her anywhere thank you very much [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] right jack uh i'm gonna have to go to david first of all jack you are a comedy genius i wasn't as funny as we were today i'm not even as funny now as you are at 14 years old it was incredible every joke was a winner jack you made me laugh before the act even started and i know you've got a funny thing no he just um jack the thing that's great is nobody feels sorry for you you're self-deprecating you're hilarious and i think you've got a huge future [Applause] [Music] well i've got to tell you jack you've got one of the most refreshing attitudes you made fun you know of what you've gone through and you made it funny which is really really difficult you've just got an incredible personality and i'm really happy that i met you thank you come on okay david yes or no it's a gigantic yes 100 yes amanda yes for me jack thank you jack you have i think you know what's coming four yeses [Applause] into consideration just a really really funny comedian fantastic comments from the judges four yeses and a standing ovation from the crowd something that i can't do i think we were just rubbing it well it's very nice to be back um i'm a little bit older now old enough to go clubbing which is difficult as a sober disabled person because all i get is people coming up to me going jack you drinking i have to go no mate this is just how i walk normally oh my favorite part about going out in actually the drinking is taking my walking frame on tonight called dance floors and watching people trip over it i never do it on purpose but i do pray that it does happen quite a bit i do get out and about a bit i like going to the football um you know watching not playing obviously but i i could never be a liverpool fan because i sit in the disabled section and i couldn't imagine being sat in the disabled section and having to listen to 70 000 people sing you'll never walk [Applause] no i do i do like some sport though last year i learned to ski i can see a few of you thinking can northerners go skating we can although my skiing instructor had much the same reaction as you lot when i rocked up in the walking frame was like what you really does he know he's disabled does anyone sat him down and told well they're not going to stand him up are they that would be counterproductive but i did write i learned to ski and most people would be thinking as the wind was flowing through the hair and the snow was crunching underneath their feet most people would be thinking what a fantastic achievement that is against all the odds i thought oh no i'm going to lose some benefits [Applause] [Music] [Applause] luckily the goggles still came in handy when i had to look at simon cowell's teeth up close [Applause] six years um since i was on the show i look six years older which is funny because amanda and alicia look 10 years younger [Applause] i'm sure i'm sure they would frown at that joke but the botox won't allow it never had it sorry cheeky i think getting older is fine as long as you keep learning for example the other day i learned that the universe is expanding at a rate of 3.3 million light years per second so it'll still never catch up with the rate at which david williams publishes children's books [Applause] this has been absolutely lovely i've got to say the first time around you know the reaction to my performance was pretty overwhelming so i've got to say thank you to that firstly and um and then secondly you know the reaction on social media has always been pretty good i prefer facebook to twitter because i would rather get a happy birthday message from someone who didn't mean it than a death threat from someone who did absolutely lovely and it's nice to be back [Applause] [Music] [Applause] well you know what jack again it's fantastic to have you back and he brought back so many great memories from that year i love it when you rip into us and you're naughty because that's who you are and that's what i've always loved about you and you know seeing how you progress because that is the most important thing for us on this show over the years you've got this wicked sense of humor and and like i said the more you tear it to us the more we love you for some reason it's good for you jack one of the things i've always loved about you you have been really really edgy and there's nothing more exciting than audience where you're sort of dared almost to laugh at something that might be kind of in poor taste there's actually nothing more enjoyable i love you you're a star you're going to go on and on and on i mean david said it all of us remember your audition so well and we had high hopes for you you've come back even more brutal which we love and what i love about you jack we can sit back relax and enjoy the show that was another confident performance from you fingers name's jack vigen i won 2011 australia's got talent wow how old were you then i was 14 when i won 14. i was 14 when i won the show and pretty soon after my voice started to change i remember being at this gig and i went to hit this massive note and i cracked and i screeched and i went off stage i really felt like i was letting people down because people voted for me to win they voted for the voice that i had has your voice um dropped it all in the last year yeah yeah my voice is broken and it's like maturing i just felt like it was so public i'm actually really like happy with my voice now i hated the way i started i just stopped singing not just professionally i stopped singing around the house i stopped singing around my mum and then i worked at my uncle's deli five days a week it's taken the last year for me to get back to a point with my voice where i'm i'm confident and i love my voice again and it feels so good when i sing now i've trained i've trained and i trained and i've come here to defend the title that i won all those years ago i keep finding voices in my mind that say i'm not [Music] every single light that tells me i will never measure am i more than just the sum of every high and every lord remind me once again just who i [Music] [Applause] say am am strong when i think i am weak cause you say i am strong when i think i am yes i believe what you said foreign how are you okay you can breathe now you know i could feel your nerves the beginning of the song was a little bit shaky but you warmed into it and your voice is beautiful i have to say and you know in a way you've had to refine your voice and rediscover it but i honestly believe you remember the real shot there's something very endearing about you thank you you have the talent you have the voice you just need the confidence yeah sounds to me like you can still do it buddy i think you have an extraordinary voice but that was way too safe i think you are way way better than that thank you so so great tonight is that you told your story about what's happened to you it took us all those years back again and you've come back as a man as a champion as a great guy i'm absolutely thrilled that
