Keto Pizza with Lupin Flour!

what's happening independence keto dad here and tonight for dinner we made a pizza that is keto friendly with a crust that has lupine flour in it check it out i think you're gonna love this one so we have ourselves a half cup of mozzarella what's nice about this crust is you use flour with it so it's not just cheese most kind of fat head crusts are like two cups of mozzarella cheese in this case it's only a half of a cup before i put the mozzarella cheese in the microwave i'm going to go ahead and season it just it mixes in a little bit better that way so i'm going to take a teaspoon of this is pizza seasoning but you can use basil you can use oregano italian seasoning anything like that and then i'm going to take a quarter teaspoon of salt and just kind of mix that in here and just get it all nice and mixed together with the cheese now we're going to go ahead and put this in the microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds you don't need that full 90 seconds or two minutes because it's a lot less than these all right we just got it out of the oven it's not overcooked just nice and melty now we're gonna go ahead and add in some of our other ingredients i've got my flour right here we need about a cup all right there's my cup of flour all right i'm gonna go ahead and add in my egg and i'm gonna beat the egg first that way it's just a little bit more uh ready to go and we'll mix in a little bit better all right so before i put my egg in i actually have some cream cheese i need about a tablespoon of cream cheese i'm just going to stick in a microwavable bowl and microwave it for a few seconds here just to get it nice and melty all right we're going to go ahead and kind of start kneading in this flour into the cheese a little bit and as i do that i'm going to go ahead and drop in my cream cheese as well as my egg so let's go ahead and add the egg in here and then i'm going to add the cream cheese in as well all right final ingredient i'll throw in here and you really can put these in at any order is a half tablespoon of olive oil just to give it a little bit more moisture as you can see it is pretty dry until it all gets mixed in together when in doubt use your hands if you have trouble getting it to stick together if you use your hands and knead it a little bit it works out really well all right i got my nice uh dough if it gets a little hard you can always stick it back in the microwave for a few seconds just to heat it up makes it a little bit softer parchment paper just folded up on me there we're gonna go ahead and get it in a nice just circular like shape i'm gonna put it between a couple pieces of parchment paper too much trouble here there we go and let me get my rolling pin here and we're gonna go ahead and flatten it out all right the pizza stone has been preheated we've got the oven at 375 degrees all right we're gonna go ahead and set this down here now what's nice is with the parchment paper you can just leave it on the parchment paper you don't have to keep it on the stone we're gonna go ahead and put this in the oven now and bake it for about 10 minutes all right it just came out of the oven it's a little bit crispy i probably could have taken out a minute or two sooner i put it in for ten but seven or eight probably would have been just fine uh now we're gonna go ahead and top it so i've got myself some rayo's pizza sauce that i'm just gonna spread now if you don't have rails pizza sauce you can always use any sort of marinara that you have and just spread it nice and thin of course marinara is a little bit more moist it's less kind of dense than this so it can make it a little bit watery just watch out for that now we're gonna go ahead and top this with the cheese i usually just keep it simple with a colby jack cheese but you know what whatever italian kind of pizza cheese is your favorite use that makes it delicious tonight we're topping this pizza with some tomato and some green pepper and some pepperoni and we're gonna put as many toppings on as we can fit all right of course a few pepperoni always better with pepperoni and finally to top this one off a little bit a green pepper just diced up it's about a quarter green pepper in here last thing secret ingredient just a little bit of pizza seasoning basil and oregano if you don't have this but it always just adds such a nice flavor even just italian seasoning works really well so there we go now we're gonna go ahead and transfer this to the oven for about four to five minutes basically just to get the cheese nice and melty and get all the toppings cooked here we go all right check it out it's looking delicious now we get to cut it it's nice and crispy i think i'm going to cut it just like a piece of this slices all right the moment of truth let's see how it tastes first off it passes the hold test i can hold this and it's holding together it's like a flatbread cust delicious keto friendly pizza what more could you ask for right so
