Kenya Airways FOOD REVIEW - Bangkok to Nairobi to Accra | Africa Travel Vlog!

hey everyone I hope you're having an amazing day at smart Queens I'm in Bangkok Thailand tonight we're at the airport and we are flying on Kenya Airways from bangkok to nairobi kenya and then just a short layover and on to Accra Ghana I'm excited to fly on Kenya Airways I affirm the many many years ago but it's been a very long time I'm gonna give you a full review of the flight show you the entire journey and especially review the food [Music] we for sure got dropped off on the complete opposite side of the airport so we're walking all the way down to W counters okay all checked in through customs and immigration oh yeah we got lounge access now we'll go to the lounge nothing refreshes like watermelon after standing in line at immigration for an hour so I recently got this credit card vidi heels below but I recently got this credit card and it gives me the it's called priority pass that gives me access to lounges in there's a list of lounges at almost every airport around the world so it's pretty cool I'm very excited about it and fried rice and fried rice [Music] [Music] the flight leaves at 1:15 a.m. so it's a very late night of a very early morning actually flight but I have actually flown Kenya Airways before but it's probably been at least 10 years ago that I flew Kenny Airways 19 Union and if I read correctly this flight actually comes from you Guangzhou then stops in Bangkok and then on to Nairobi so we're catching the second leg of this flight oh that's Lum okay I'm gonna tell you we're going to Ghana first but then we're gonna be coming back to Kenya and we're gonna go to LA with the island it just announced the flood is gonna be 8 hours and talking event or on our way now [Music] I just passed out for a few minutes so tired and now it's time for dinner 2:30 a.m. dinner thank you you have a choice of either chicken or fish we decided to get one of each fish or chicken passed out chinese-style fish as the great fisherman Christ and ginger of jiggin it's really hot that's a good solid a lump of chicken right there yeah that's just good solid chicken doesn't it's not artificial tasting at all just solid meat that completes 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m. dinner or breakfast I don't know but anyway I'm turning off the light I'm going to sleep and I will wake up to share with you breakfast in a few hours [Music] good morning slept for a couple hours off and on like I didn't sleep so well or pretty tired no idea what time it is but they turned on the lights I think they're gonna serve breakfast soon thank you I've decided that I usually don't really like omelets on planes so I'll put the chicken even though I just had chicken for dinner but I got the chicken option oh nice looks like there's some potato there's a sausage there's a little maybe that's the chicken patty some of the mushrooms or something and some some spinach vegetable I guess I'll begin with the sausage since it's right there in the center of the plate plain tasty a little very smooth so this is the chicken oh that's awesome just like a little chicken burger that's really solid with chicken it's really condensed into this patty that's pretty good and your Airways great job with a chicken burger in Pattinson weather conditions okay to play cloudy temperature of 18 degrees Celsius okay good morning welcome to Nairobi Kenya at cool it has been a very long time since I've been to Nairobi but I actually used to live in that Robi I'll tell you much more about that later but for now we're only now and we're actually coming back to Nairobi to Kenya on this trip but for now we're just here for a quick two-hour layover my god welcome to Kenya welcome to Nairobi oh man that is some cool air compared to Bangkok that is amazing [Music] all right we're at gate 13 [Music] on our flight from Bangkok to Nairobi we met up with Chris how we doing everyone greetings from Nitro yeah and Chris Chris lives in Bangkok - works at the Pullman Pullman hotel so cool they hang out we're gonna have a coffee this is Java house this is the coffee shop of Kenya they have many branches it's been a very long time they have great coffee oh yeah that is a great cup of coffee [Music] 24 Asante sana 24 ABC in the back it's gonna be a five hour and 10 minute flight pretty long flight all the way from East Africa to West Africa [Music] I got the chicken chicken again three three in a row nice this is chicken but a totally different type of chicken from the other chickens that I've eaten this looks like a chicken stew with some rice well it looks great oh that's good well that's like a it has a burger chicken stew is a little bit of a nutty taste to it it's a great combination grace has a nice tomato liver good and that completes lunch I've going back to sleep now I'll wake up again when they said they're going to serve us a ring freshmen equal or we land in Accra macadamia nut [Music] thank you bye-bye welcome to Ghana oh yeah that weather is much more you know exactly like Bangkok never like that okay hey thank you nice to meet you man thank you thank you we just made it through customs and immigration that all went smooth and actually I'm really impressed by the the Accra Airport here it's really nice maybe it's new very spacious very organized of course we had our Ghana visa we applied beforehand so Ghana visa was settled also make sure make sure that you have your yellow fever vaccination or you won't be let in the country oh yeah Pascal hello nice to meet you thank you very much welcome to Ghana officially to Accra this is great I am loving it already what's up man my dad C Prabha akuaba as welcome and Maga she is taking it as miserable as a medicine acaba made [Music] oh yes we made it this is a house that we rented I rented that Airbnb I'll have the link in the description box it's gonna be an amazing trip I have some really cool things lined up especially all about the food ah it's good it's just gonna be awesome we're all pretty tired I didn't get much sleep last night Ning and Mike I just went to take a nap and I'll probably go and take a nap now too so I'm gonna end this video now that was the journey that was the journey from Bangkok to Nairobi to Accra on Kenya Airways that's it for this Kenya Airways food review thank you very much for watching and also remember to subscribe and click the little bell icon so that you get notified of the next video I'll be publishing more travel videos and also I'll give you a phone I'm gonna walk you through this house that's a pretty cool house that we're staying yet in Accra so subscribe for more videos thanks for watching see you on the next video goodbye from la crop
