systems and our students you know some of our students haven't been back to school in a year and a half so they really need our prayers they're anxious they're a little cautious about what is going on in our world right now so it's important that we pray for them and that we bring them to the lord like the father who brought his son to jesus we want to bring our students our school systems to the lord knowing that this kind only comes by fasting and prayer [Music] hey calvary family so glad you're joining us today for worship and a timely word-made plane service will start soon but in the celebrate his great glory hey thank you for being in with us today for tuning in with us today to hear from the lord and to celebrate together the great things that the lord has done has anybody experienced the goodness of the lord this week that's a bad question i know everybody has [Applause] really i'm just i'm asking you to recognize it in this moment can we recognize the fact that god has been good can we give him my grandfather used to call it a free will offering it's just something spontaneous and just worth recognizing the worth of god even online give the lord a free will offering if you would recognize his worth recognize ascribe to him greatness as the word says for he alone is great so let's begin with the word of prayer as we begin worship lord god we thank you lord and that would be enough of a prayer just thank you when we think of all the things that you have done when we think of how you've preserved us when we think of how you've kept us lord despite ourselves when we think of the dangers that we have been able to avoid and the things that you have kept us from the things that you've allotted to us the grace that you've afforded us that we have not earned the mercy or withholding your your judgment though we have deserved it god how could we not say thank you how could we not respond with devotion we ask that we would use this hour empowered by your spirit to use this hour god to do just that to offer up our lives as living sacrifices made holy and acceptable by your spirit by the blood of your son so would you receive these offerings lord these offerings of praise through the fruit of our lips through the clapping of our hands through the elevation of our voices lord and of course through the submission of our hearts whether in person or online lord we just submit ourselves to you we submit ourselves to your goodness in your glory speak lord we we pray in jesus name amen amen come on let's put our hands together as we celebrate freedom [Music] take me from where i am into your promised land [Music] wherever you go [Music] [Music] god is the person i used to be free from the fear by your purposes this is [Music] you yeah for me there's still so much more to see [Music] god is the person i used to be free from the fear by your perfect love this is my exes this is [Music] [Music] this is [Music] [Music] [Music] what's good [Music] [Music] this is [Music] [Music] [Applause] my [Music] [Music] on you try it on try it on try it out try it on sing freedom looks good on you freedom looks good on you freedom looks good on you freedom what's good on you free of looks good on your freedom [Music] oh try it on try it one [Applause] [Applause] try it oh [Music] when the sun [Music] a sound of joy a sound of triumph it's the sound of victory the sound of freedom the sound of joy the sound i've tried out with the sound of victory victory victory god is the person i used to be i'm free from the fear by your perfect love this is my exodus this is my exodus say change that world in me god is the person i used to be i'm free from the fear by your perfect love this is my exodus this is my accident [Music] my exodus my exes you guys can keep standing you can take a seat if you want to but just the words of that song my exodus you know we've heard pastor tony say many times and i think pastor david he reiterated over the last couple weeks that we're either in the middle of a storm coming out of a storm we're about to go into one but either way i i just the words of this song still ring true even if you're in the middle of the song this is still your exodus there still might be some some some rain left to be uh waded through but this is still your exodus the thing about an exodus the thing about about freedom it's about where our affections lies about where our mindset is those who are free in christ it doesn't matter what's going on around us it doesn't matter what's happening about us it's the freedom that we have to to worship the lord in the midst of in everything giving thanks in everything finding purpose and everything seeing that god is still moving he's still proving his goodness toward us that all things are still working together for good to those who are called according to his purpose and this is our time to to pray our typical time to pray and um as a point of prayer you know we've prayed prayers of thanksgiving before and and i want to encourage you to to start there but this idea of freedom and even in this next song that we're going to sing about finding peace when no one's in the room there's something to the lord speaking to our particular situation sometimes it's quieting our spirits god led me to [Music] first kings 19 again this week and some of you may be familiar with that but that's the story of of elijah and if you remember that story elijah he this dude it's one of my favorite stories in the bible because there's such a just a turnaround because in a lot and in chapter 18 elijah is he's the man he's taunting people you know he is like standing up for the lord he's taunting the prophets of baal he's calling down fire from heaven and the lord hears him and consumes this sacrifice that he's doused with water and everything he's just super confident and then and uh first kings 19 he's a shell of a man he's afraid he runs and hides in a cave and he cries to the lord he's like there's no one here lord he's like where are you lord i'm all alone god won't you just just kill me now because i'm the only prophet left i'm the only one who's standing for the lord and the reason why i love that story so much because i reflect that story i don't know about you but i reflect that story greatly i have some great first kings 18 moments where i feel like the lord i can do all things through christ who gives me strength and the next thing i know i ain't got no strength and i'm in my cave [Music] but when no one was around scripture says the lord came and spoke to him in a still small voice he wasn't in the wind he wasn't in the earthquake he wasn't in the fire but he was in that still small voice so so i want to encourage you right where you are online even in the space just begin with with every eye closed begin to quiet your heart [Music] and then to quiet your spirit maybe you're in that space right now maybe you're in the first kings 19 moment and you're feeling alone you're feeling that your situation seems unique to you and you need the lord to remind you in a still small voice that he's still got people there [Music] and even if you can't see the people he is still there i was privileged to share with you guys a couple weeks ago that he's still jehovah sharma the god who's there so begin to quiet your heart right now and let the lord speak [Music] let him encourage you even even online i know you guys are watching online but just take a moment with your eyes closed with your heart settled and ask jehovah shama to be right where you are to speak in a still small voice to your situation to your circumstance you might be catching this in a hospital room right now you might be catching this tuning in today [Music] from your sick bed or with empty pockets trying to figure out where your next meal is gonna come and how the bills are gonna get paid and you're trying to figure things out the guy's telling you it's not your job to figure things out it's simply your job to trust them you got mandates coming down from your job that's rubbing you the wrong way it's not your time to figure that out it's god's job to figure that out your job is to hold on in faith so let him minister to your hearts right now [Music] so [Music] [Music] so [Music] when no one's in the room it's when you call my name when no one's in the room you will remove my pain when no one's in the room [Music] but no one's in the room when no one's in the room it's when i bow my knees when no one's in the room that's when i find my peace when no one's in the room [Music] when no one's in the room no one's in the room [Music] it's when you raise the dead when no one's in the room [Music] it's when your work is done [Music] [Music] so calm [Music] oh [Music] is [Music] is [Music] so [Music] oh [Music] christ [Music] [Applause] [Music] christ is is [Music] [Music] is [Music] [Applause] [Music] is [Music] [Music] the is nothing else is needed just you [Music] anybody satisfied cause when your glory's in the room nothing else is needed nothing else nothing else is needed [Music] [Music] in the room nothing else is needed nothing else is needed when your glory's in the room nothing else is needed nothing else when your glory's in the room nothing else is needed nothing else when your glory's in when your glory's [Music] when your glory's in the room nothing else [Music] is [Music] is [Music] [Music] [Applause] is [Music] [Applause] is [Music] [Music] is nothing else to see [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] when [Music] we need your glory in this room lord when your glory is [Music] just you i just sing that in your script trust [Music] the darkness turns the light when you are in the room [Music] a fear and doubting fight no one's in the room i know jesus is in the room [Applause] [Music] so [Music] yes [Music] you were always fighting for us heaven's angels all around my delight is found in knowing that you wear the victor's crown you're my help and my defender you're my savior and my friend by your grace i live and breathe to worship you and that the vision of your greatness in your name [Music] [Music] you have overcome you have all hallelujah [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] is wars [Music] [Applause] [Music] hallelujah so the word says that we have to cast down every imagination every high thing that tries to exalt itself against the knowledge of god everything it must be cast down anything that's trying to come up against the obedience of the word of god shall be broken [Music] shall be shall be broken [Applause] your work was spin you were buried in the ground but the grave could not contain you for you where the victory oh [Applause] hallelujah [Music] [Music] shall be broken [Music] [Music] shall be broken you wear the victor's crown you overcome you overcome everything shall be broken hallelujah hallelujah lord you have caused us to overcome because you overcame for us first through your son jesus hallelujah lord that we are triumphant that we are victorious that we have new life that we have strength and power in you o god lord that you're changing our perspective that you're changing or even our thoughts even our seeing even our hearing is changed at the at the sight of you at the thought of you oh god at the hearing of your word by the move of your spirit and god that's what we expect tonight oh god for a move of your spirit by what you tell us in your word today lord use your servant that we might hear you that we might see you that we will walk accordingly to what we have heard god i thank you that our bodies our minds will be strengthened and girded to carry out what you've called us to do lord that we will continue to think on the things that are true and lovely and pure and honest and of good report that all of those things that they would be things on above that we would think about that we were walking them that we would trust them that we would live them out in each and every way lord we trust you we love you we honor you and we praise you in the precious name of jesus amen and amen put your hands together amen give god praise for being overcomers and wave as you take your seats amen [Music] good evening good evening hello well welcome to calvary chapel you know we we say the same we're so glad that you are here with us as well as you who are online watching you know thank you so much for tuning in as we get ready to study god's word if you don't know me my name is uh kevin and i'm one of the assistants pastors here on staff and i'm honored to be here and as always to share what god has for us today as you can see pastor tony is still away and we just definitely want to um act that you will continue to keep them in prayer as they continue to draw closer to god during this season because we know that the the lord wants to use calvary chapel and i just thank god for what he's doing in our life and we're going to be talking about this later on so please keep them in your prayers so when i got the tap to fill in for pt i got the tap yesterday and i was kind of or the other day and i was kind of unprepared to give on such short notice a message but it if you know that as ministers of the gospel we have to always be ready to give a word whether it's words of encouragement or words of affirmation in season and out of season and so i i i just started asking the lord lord what is it that you would have me to say today and you know i didn't have all the time that i like to prepare but you know i always like to give you three points you know but this time god just said i just want you to encourage my people and encourage them and so he reminded me of his promise he made to peter and luke and i was encouraged from the text because it reminded me of what's been going on over the last year of my life and it was simply still keep the faith keep the faith because everything is going on around us god is still encouraging me in my journal and just saying keep the faith and so last year exactly right around this time the lord began preparing me about this particular theme and in a year's time i have seen our country our families our faith get tested like i have never seen before in my life and so it's been real tough seeing loved ones dying family members destroyed division in our country and the personal one is the infighting of our christian community that has been so tough for me because i i just pray that we can as they say can we all just get along and so it's been a whole year and the lord is still encouraging me to share with you to keep the faith and that's the title of this message and i just want to encourage you which i believe as i'm going through my journal this is the capstone of everything that's going on that this is the point of it all because the lord is unveiling for me and to us a picture of his ultimate purpose and plan for our lives and so i just want to encourage you as we look into the gospel of luke chapter 22 verses 31-34 would you pray with me father we thank you right now for just who you are and thank you for this timing and this season lord that we get to draw closer to you so lord i just pray right now oh god that your word will go forth in power and demonstration of your holy spirit and i pray lord that it will fall on good ground that it may produce fruit fruit of love joy kindness temperance patience faith and most importantly god love and i just thank you god that you are doing your work and your people in jesus name amen luke chapter 22 verses 31 through 34. now way of background and context here we have the famous scene of the last meal the day before jesus goes to the cross and if you have been with us long enough during this time you know this is a special time for uh christians and and and for us to observe the lord's supper and we take this time to remember we remember the past we remember the present we show god's death here and we also look to the future till he comes again but during this time so much at this particular setting that they were in so much was going on at the table as jesus sat down with them in verses 14 through 16 the 12 apostles was sitting there with him and jesus was describing that he was or telling them that he was about to suffer and die and verses 14 through 16 and then in verse 21 he tells them that someone at the table was about to betray him and instead of finding out exactly who it is luke tells us that they began arguing about who was going to be the greatest among them now wouldn't you be trying to figure out who's the one that's going to be betraying jesus but instead they sitting there trying to figure out who is going to be the greatest among them and so the lord steps in and he has a special message for them and he tells them if you want to be great in the kingdom you got to serve you got to be small and short and so i believe it god was trying to tell them it was so much going on and i just laugh at that and i just go wow god you're sitting there and they sitting there arguing about who's gonna be the greatest but i love what jesus does he tell them in order to be great you gotta lower yourself to become a servant and then the setting the lord turns with a special message for peter look at verse 31 he looked at peter and said lord lord lord simon simon indeed satan has asked for you that he may sift you as wheat now i believe it had become apparent that while they was arguing about who was going to be great i believe that jesus was grooming peter for a place of leadership and this made peter a special mark for satan it seems that satan always seeks to try to destroy leadership of the church he knows this because if he could destroy one of the greatest influencers of the church he could destroy the whole body satan has made a request to have all the disciples to test the reality of their faith but the word desire means to demand to ask for it the word you and plural is plural in nature it is a request for all the disciples because satan wanted to sift all of them now this word sifting is an agricultural term that refers to the process of self-separating husk uh from wheat the huss from the wheat to the grain now as you can see i struggled with that you could tell that i'm not a farmer so i had to go on youtube to get the understanding of the process of sifting and so what i learned is that when it's time to sift the wheat the video showed that the wheat was crushed underfoot then it was thrown in a bold and shaken and agitated and if they had some stones there they'll keep pushing it down but then it's thrown into the air and the shaft and the husk will be blown away by the wind and all that was left behind was the good grain now imagine that you go home and you go look at that process and think about that for a minute the week gets sifted so the hard outer shear can be broken through and removed and as you can imagine that's the same process a person has to go through today god breaks down the outer shell of a person so the real seed of life can remain peter didn't understand this at the time but jesus knew what peter needed to be ready for for the leadership role that he was about to take on he is warning peter concerning what is about to happen and if you know old peter he had a confidence that was unlike any other he didn't think anything could move him or shake him he was not a fearful man and he was not afraid of conflict but jesus is giving him a warning behind the scenes of what's really going on and what's interesting here is that satan has to get permission and we see the same thing that happened in the book of job when satan comes into the presence of god and says to uh god and god says to satan from worst where do you come and satan answered the lord and said i have been patrolling the earth watching everything that's going on i've been going to and fro and the lord said have you noticed my servant job he is a fine man in all the earth he is blameless a man of complete integrity and he fears god and he stays away from evil but satan replied to the lord and said yes but god the reason why jobs fear you is because you have always put a wall of protection around him around his home and around his property you have made him prosper in everything he does look how rich rich he is but reach out and take everything that he has and he will surely curse you to his face that's what the lord the satan said to god and god said all right you may test him the lord said do whatever you want with everything he possesses but you can't have his life and so satan he did what he wanted to do he left and he went back to doing what he does the first thing i want to point out from that particular passage about how jesus is telling peter that satan has asked for him i want to point out from this passage that we have a determined enemy that is consistently 100 percent dedicated to his job description according to first peter 5 8 which is to kill steal and destroy and i always like to add distract and divide his number one purpose is to tear down the very image of god in you as the image bearers of god he wants to prove that we are phonies he wants to show god and show the world that there is nothing to our profession of faith he wants to destroy everything of value in your life and leave you with nothing but a devastated shell of what you have he desires not your identity not your social status not our minds no satan's desire is to rip out jesus from your heart and he wants to keep you under his foot and throw you into the air and let you just blow away and see you being tossed to and fro that's his number one job pastor david shared last week about the testing of our faith and to count it all joy but some of us want god to do great things in our lives but we're not ready for the adversity that the next level requires we want a free elevation without any tribulation but this is the process that we must go through and as christians we call it sanctification where god breaks down the outer shell of a person so the real seed can remain and we can become mature so satan believed that he could crush peter and the other disciples and just sift them like wheat but i always love that word but look what it says in verse 33 it says but i i have prayed for you that your faith should not fail first when jesus uses the word you the first time it was plural but this time it's singular in other words satan will satan will be sifting all of us or all of you but i have prayed for you peter in particular i have personally prayed for you why is he singling out peter he knows that by destroying one of the greatest influences that he can destroy many i i just know for us man that's what the enemy would try to do in our homes he would try to come and take out the leader to use a sports analogy if you ever watched a team play with the likes of people like let's say michael jordan tom brady kobe bean bryant you know the ones that they call or use the term greatest of all time or the goat when you play on a team with one of the goats there is this confidence and a piece of knowing that no matter what it looks like at the time no matter how bad you are down these guys can hit a switch and you can never count them out i remember when reggie miller dropped eight points in 8.9 seconds it was amazing i remember when tom brady he came back from a 28-3 down lead in the super bowl 51 and won the game and do i have to mention michael jordan just being on the team with michael jordan would just let me know that i got a chance to win would you agree with that so he's letting peter know that hey i got some work for you to do but it's gonna come at a cost but i have prayed for you and you're on the winning team and so every time that i read a verse that says but god it is great news that follows but god jesus tells peter and us today but i have prayed for you that your faith should not fail these are two priceless words everything sweet and bitter that will occur between now and the moment of our death will work out for our good according to romans 8 28. everything but god for those who put their trust and faith in him but god being rich in mercy because of the great love with which he loved us even when we was dead in our sins he made us alive in christ jesus and so by this by his grace we are saved and so jesus tells peter and us today i'm praying for you this is so important jesus didn't pray that peter would not sin he did not pray that peter's faith would not be sifted or tested he prayed that peter's faith will not fail i want to notice that he's prayed past tense he already covered he's already covered because knowing that that peter would sin jesus had already took the initiative to cover him that's why he went to the cross amen he wanted peter to know that he prayed for him that your faith would not fail your faith is gonna stay intact because i'm covering you and that's important for us today because we get down we get upset when we stumble and fall and get condemned and sometimes we want to give up we already getting beat up in the world and the last thing we need to hear especially when we come to church or or with our christian friends or condemnation type things or guilt trips we don't want to hear that so the last thing we need is guilt and i want us to understand when jesus prays for us and i want us to know that we're covered write this down first john 1 9. if we confess with our our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness why because first john 2 1 says my little children i am writing these things to you so that you may not sin and if you sin we have an advocate with the father jesus christ who's the righteous you see jesus is our advocate that word was used to refer to a lawyer jesus is our attorney he's our advocate when we face the judge when we go to the father in prayer jesus is the go-between he's covering us he's pleading our case jesus is our reference and i'm love the fact that my lawyer also happens to be the judge's only son so when i sin when i find myself in a spiritual challenge when i find myself and my faith being tested when my faith is sifted and shaken by satan and my own demise jesus is pleading my case with the father because he knows that it's going to happen look what it says in verse 32. it says and when you have returned to me strengthen your brother he said when you return return to who return to the pastor return to your parents return to your friends no return to your church he said when you return to me strengthen your brother jesus knew that at the time all of this was going on the disciples were in training they really didn't have an idea of what exactly it was gonna cost them once he was no longer physically with them so going to church asking family friends and pastors and all these uh people for help these are what we call our spiritual disciplines of the faith that we exercise but more than any of those spiritual disciplines is that we have a relationship with him and we being found in him not having our own righteousness which is from the law but that which is through faith in christ the righteousness which is from god by faith this is my favorite verse in the whole bible that we may know him god wants us to know him he wants us to know him and the power of his resurrection as we just sang he want us to know him he want us to know him in the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his suffering being conformed to his death according to philippians 3 9-10 but we don't want to do this we want the easy route but god says i want you to just know me and like a good soldier peter opens his mouth and says in verse 33 he said lord i am ready to go with you both to prison and death and verse 34 says i tell you peter the rooster shall not crow this day before you would deny me three times and before you would deny three times that you know me you see satan came to attack the place of peter's greatest strength which is his self-confidence knowing peter would initially fail the tests in a matter of minutes his greatest strength would be tested when asked if he knew jesus fear set in the man who was known for cutting off soldiers ears the man who is known for jumping out on the boat just let fear come and take over he wouldn't even admit that he knew jesus the giant has turned into a grasshopper the lion has turned into a sheep isn't it like this for us sometimes we have a few verses under our belts and we've been saved for a little while and we get a little confidence and we think we got this i love the fact that that jesus knew who peter was because notice i always say this he didn't call him peter he called him simon simon he called him simon because he went back to his own strength or his own old ways he went back to knowing hey i got this like he does but he said no you're you know he was supposed to be the rock peter upon this rock but he called them simon because he knew he was going to go back to his old ways but although peter's natural strength will be crushed by the trial there there are still remains the kernel of true faith and love in peter's heart jesus knew that before peter could shepherd a flock he know or he knew that he had to have an understanding of what it meant to be a sheep god was developing something in peter that he didn't possess before that required humility gentleness dependence on the lord and an understanding that of human frailty peter went through a very painful process if you are in a process with god that is difficult and makes you feel like you're giving up please don't because the story is not over jesus said and when you have turned back strengthen your brother peter may have felt like a pebble after that that testing was completed but he was a spiritually much stronger guy than ever before because the outer shell of his self-confidence and his pride was broken off of him and as believers we have been and we will always be lured by the same three temptations even jesus experienced satan doesn't have to change his methods he doesn't have to because he continues to be successful but because you and i have been prayed for because we are going through or is going through or have gone through this testing process we have a testimony the story is not over we sing a song this is my testimony if you're not dead he's not done your story is his glory that that's why ministry programs like celebrate recovery is so effective it allows us to deal with life's hurts habits and hang-ups i know this personally because it has helped me because now i'm not ashamed to say hello my name is kevin and i struggle with whatever hurt habit and hang up you just put yours there and i remember when i first started the program you know i thought i'd be cute i thought i'd be cute by saying hello my name is kevin stiff and i struggle with control issues i struggle with anger i struggle with a little you know a little pride but the fact of the matter after being in the program three years i can say hello my name is kevin stilts and i struggle with the victory the lust of the eyes the lust of the flesh and the number one thing the pride of life which initiates those other two i can say that free because i'm on the road to recovery now i have been broken god has shown the error of my ways and you know sometimes we we we think we're strong but god has to shake us god has to mold us just because you're a christian doesn't mean that you're gonna go through some things you're gonna go through some things we say that we say it all the time you know the bible says the the rain falls on the just and they're just alike just because you're a christian you're not exempt from difficulties flat tires gonna come your way broken relationships at work that's gonna come your worry kids they're gonna be rebellious sometimes you're going to lose your job you're not exempt and just because you are a christian does not mean that we're exempt from our old trials from trials of life but the difference is in what happens in the life of a christian and a non-believer is that we're in a process that's the difference god does not waste a hurt everything that we go through in this life god takes it and used it for his glory he's using it for his glory to refine us to change us to mold us to transform us to challenge us and most importantly to grow us peter didn't understand this at the time he thought that was it but if you go to acts and you can see the birth of the church peter was the one who gave the sermon he was bold but this time he had a little more humility he was a little more graceful and god used peter so much that day 3 000 people were saved so what am i saying i'm saying that the story is not over in our lives and this is for me as i'm journaling and and god is keeping me with this theme of keep the faith it is simply this god is using us in these times so we can reflect him although we're being trouble on every side though he slay me yet will i trust him why we're gonna stumble we're gonna fall but at the end of the day we got to continue to keep the faith we have to amen god is doing a new thing it's going to be different as i'm seeing and this world today this world is is going so fast and as christians we are under attack because that's his satan's job his job is to rip our faith out of our hearts in this world we will have tribulations but take heart i have overcome the world that's what jesus said and so i just want to encourage you be encouraged although it may seem like things are going on around us have faith don't lose heart trust him amen let me conclude with this tonight we just got a glimpse of behind the scenes to see what we have we know that we have an enemy that his job description is to kill steal and destroy his entire intent is to do us harm but god he got us covered we're prayed for and although we may stumble mumble fall he's prayed for us and when i get up and tell my story it will be for his glory because god is not done with me yet amen he's not done with you yet i remember uh doc risi her saying when when she spoke that day she said i'm so glad i don't look like what i've been through you know why because she's been refined and now she's telling her story so i just pray that god will continue to use you but keep the faith amen god bless you i guess i should have called you all up huh that's the first time please the worship team is coming up and as they are coming up i'm just going to ask that the lord um you know we already you know worship is great for me when when pastor michael um put us in that time of just quieting your heart that's that time when god really speaks to me and i love the song that he wrote you know when jesus in the room when no one else is in the room it's so good because that's when i believe we can hear so clear god has been waking me up every morning for the last year at four o'clock in the morning and it seems like it's crystal clear hearing his voice and so i just thank god for what he's doing in my life and i thank god for what he's doing in your life and i'm thankful that we are continuing to walk this walk amen amen god bless you my best friend [Music] well let's [Music] so secret moments with the lord our prayer closets with the lord that he strengthens us and gives us faith the gift of faith not just that saving faith that saving phase is what we need to keep our eye on heaven but it's the gift of faith that keeps us sane on the earth keep us going in the midst of our troubles and tribulations so we're going to sing that song once again just when no one's in the room but the lord would encourage us with his presence when no one's in the room that's when you call my name when no one's in the room you will remove my pain when no one's in the room when no one's in the room [Music] when no one's in the room that's when i find my peace when no one's in the room no one's in the room [Music] but no one's in the room it's when you left my head but no one's in the room it's when you raise the dead when no one's in the room [Music] no one's in the room [Music] it's when your work is [Music] no one's in the room so calm spirit come so calm [Music] so calm [Music] so kind [Music] so calm [Music] so calm [Music] jesus [Music] jesus christ [Music] [Music] jesus is [Music] is [Music] [Applause] [Music] is [Music] [Music] spirit [Music] spirit is [Music] to heal and come jesus come jesus christ freedom comes with your freedom [Music] when you are in the room my darkness turns the light when you are in the room my fear and i'll take light that's when jesus is so god we ask that beyond this room you will meet us in every room and frankly lord help us to be a people that looks for you in every room that seeks you in every moment but as you have not denied us help us to ever keep your name not only in our hearts not only on our minds but on our lips lord not ashamed of the gospel of jesus christ where it is the power unto salvation to us lord help us to be encouraged in faith bestow upon us lord the gift of faith to believe for things that seem to not make even any sense naturally to trust in you when it doesn't make sense to to have peace when it doesn't make sense to look for you lord to move when by the world standards it doesn't make sense or give us that kind of faith to trust what you say to know that you're good and that your love is truly great so as we leave this place but we walk out in faith we walk out in victory we walk out of freedom we walk out at healing we walk out in deliverance we walk out free from anxieties we walk out free from depression we walk out free from oppressive mindsets free from spiritual oppression [Music] knowing that you've
