so my name is tal at aquarium that's my beautiful wife between we've lived in four continents Europe Africa to the not North America to Asia now in Australasia we lived in Canada and like every young family you want to you want to move forward so we went to investing and I was walking she was walking at a time and we started investing and before you know it taking one mortgage two mortgage three mortgages and and then we were about nine hundred thousand dollars in mortgages and line of credit you just from one month to the other you just on the pressure you just under pressure and you just it just brings a strain to your life you know so you hear the word every time thou shalt shall enter nations and not borrow but but it really doesn't come to you as a revelation is just a word you know until 2010 and I was reading detour number 15 and and it just came alive he just came so strong you know the house shall lend to many nations and thou shalt not borrow over and nothing except love and the Lord began to minister to me minister to her at the same time and then so we that was when the ten days of Enosh Enosh that get out of that plant came with Gloria and pasta we decided we went on a fast and we went on that journey with them what the ten days and we said okay we're making a quality decision we're getting out of that it made no sense an MBA in finance interest rate then was fairly low I think was like 0.5% you know you're all your economics training and everything tells you borrow more money but the word says get out of there to sell all your houses and get out of that now you know it was very strong you know and the Lord is speaking so so we just made our quality decision now we're gonna go and so was I put in our houses for sale first month we didn't sell second one they didn't sell the pressure comes on you are you doing the right thing you know but we just said no it took like almost six months to sell so he had to be pay in the term our gauges sold eventually on is sold to a good price so with that we started clearing up or the line of credits went and it took another few months we put the second one out for sale so the second property again sold so we use that cleared of all that debt and then we had warm on the market wasn't good then we didn't also sell yeah so we're renting it and renting it out them and then suddenly the market picked up and at that point God just gave us a wonderful better I remember the real totally knows puts it at this price that looks over livable too high but within two weeks and and that was it so by 20 it took four years it was that was 2014 before we saw the third one and and that was it in four years were completely out of that past the judge and the glory I did a lot of series on finish I get announced on Ted and I think that for me kept me like kept my heart's in the right place because you have the work coming into you every time when you're going okay you know what I'm just gonna stand you're hearing other people's testimony you're going I can't do this we can do this is the same God and it's faithful and then we were in unity I think that helped so we were really you need to die so whatever pressure cable will put ready like yep because I do it and then when you've now began to see the result I think the first result you see it just builds your faith Wow if God can do that it can also do the second one and also do the third one you know so it just builds your faith for the foundation it's just the world where after we made a commitment to quality decision to go to be debt-free there within within that three years God blessed us with brand-new property so we sold all our mortgage properties and God blessed us with a brand new property debt-free and then within another year blessed us with another brand new property with debt-free and then another year after that blessed us with another property so P and for another property making for you know and and all all that free the word is not a respecter of color that's how the respect of environment or location the word will walk the same way works in Fort Worth they were walking in Lagos he will walk in Brisbane they were working noosa who will work in Solomon Islands if you put the word in your heart saw it into a good ground it will produce 60 fold on their phones [Music]
