put your face down there chin down love that that's cool you know he's an extravagant gun killer with joy I told you it was the over-the-top now you might be asking could this have really happened our own executive producer warned Marcus was there documenting the entire event Warren said that John asked people to look in each other's mouths then put their hands on their jaws then he prayed it was during the an intercessors conference and over the course of the conference just a few days over 300 people received gold fillings or gold teeth and get this many of them even verified it with dental records now some of you might say where's that show in the Bible God gives gold teeth I'm glad you asked it says in the good news of John that there were so many miracles that Jesus did there would not be enough books to hold all these miracles so give me a break it's not against Scripture but I believe that Jesus had a lot of people with gold teeth they needed it I don't think they had tennis every few blocks so he could have but John someone said is John and Carol are in it and John some people on Facebook wrote into me and they said why would God do something like that have you pondered that question yes we have of course yeah so why why you know at first we thought well it's just a sign in a wonder and that's enough and we had people think oh we don't care about gold teeth and why don't you now take all theirs but then we had a lady in a wheelchair she wasn't healed in the wheelchair but she got a gold tooth and she was thrilled with that she's like no way do I want to send this back I don't want that I want to get out of the chair now she was thrilled and so it just was a learning curve for us because I was wondering myself like God you know can we raise that debt or something you know yeah well I I can just tell you from my viewpoint if I had a miracle like that do you know where my faith level would be for everything that God promises in the Bible it would skyrocket I have to believe that everyone that had a gold tooth that that God put in their mouth would be grateful till they walk in the streets of gold in heaven I know I know of course so I don't get stuff like that myself now Carol you were having a big messy I know this was I had dinner with them last night big mess in your life and out of nowhere you hear the audible voice of God I did sit how did that affect you oh it was incredible everything was going wrong in my life and I was you know I won't go into the details but everything was going wrong and put the kids to bed early I was depressed now I'm not a depressed person but I was down that night and I heard like an audible voice then I'm I'm thinking oh my gosh it's my ex-husband he's broken into the house again because he did that and just move things around too you know and so I I went down I looked I went back up to the bathroom the voice stopped and started five times and finally I thought oh my gosh I'm having a mental breakdown I'm hearing voices but for some reason I threw my toothbrush in the sink and just kind of went alright I'll listen and I just stood there frozen and as I did that the Lord repeated the 23rd psalm from the beginning to the end the Lord is your Shepherd you shall not want he makes you to lie down in green pastures he leads you beside the still waters and it just went on and on and about 3/4 of the way through said I knew it was Jesus and I knew he loved me in all the sin and all the mess and everything that I was going through and it's just like a Bible I got to have a Bible and I went to my dresser drawer I got my Lutheran confirmation Bible though in a box with a zipper around it white and I opened it up and I read that twenty-third Psalm the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want it meant something just the joy said that bubbled up within me was incredible it was just like Jesus this is you and you love me like I didn't have the Christian ease about being born again or anything I just knew that Jesus loved me and all the mess and in all the pain that I was going through and when you got baptized in the Holy Spirit this man had something to do with it what happened you certainly did by my friend was a neighbor across the road and knew John quite well and and so she said he's gonna have a meeting in this little white church out in the country let's go and I was going I'll have to see if I can get a babysitter and you know I was separated at the time and and and but I had gone to a Kathryn Kuhlman meeting I had learned about this wonderful person of the Holy Spirit because in my Lutheran background it was God the Father and God the Son and God right and so I didn't know I mean as a kid I knew what a ghost was but I didn't know what a holy one wasn't they didn't tell me you know and so anyway Catherine in her meetings would talk about this wonderful person of the Holy Spirit and there was Holman yeah that was more real to her than any human being and so I learned about the baptism of the Holy Spirit and so I was reading every book I would go up for every altar call wherever I was to receive it and anyway this night we went to to hear John Arnott preach and he gave a word and always at the end of his message he said someone here has been absolutely you know struggling desiring praying for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and I'm telling you I was like the roadrunner that night I was in the back for the the back row and I was it's me it's me it's me oh man said did I get filled John you're an observer when she says she got filled is she exaggerating yes she's she got filled but she remembers it better than I do of course okay and but she couldn't speak English all the way home apparently and that's why I was going for you know okay then oh you had revival King and you started as I understand this John yeah controlling it and it walked out the door that's interview made almost what I could is it proper to say and over almost to the Lord a promise to God if it ever came back what would you do we would not we would not control everybody you see when you when you have a move of God it's all new to you you're not sure like what is God what isn't what's the Fleming you're just really out of your element of course and we had two people that were getting really goofy and really flaky and instead of correcting them and saying okay I don't want you two guys to minister till we get this sorted out I just said all right nobody ministers now Carol and I will do all the ministry and the things just dried up it just kind of down and it's and in you know just what like two three weeks it was kind of stopped and we're like God what happened it took me another couple of weeks to admit that I had killed it single-handedly you know and so we told them Lord if you ever trust us again with another move of God we will not do that we will bring correction lovingly to those who need it I mean I want loving correction when I'm wrong we do we don't have a value on deception or any of that we want correction but it has to be loving and it has to be to only the individuals who need it and the rest needs to be free-flowing the of the Holy Spirit so that was a really good thing to have behind us for what happened to us in 94 okay you were getting after you said Lord a promise if you send her the Holy Spirit back I will not get in the way and God heard that prayer yeah he did and very briefly in 92 you were both very hungry for God and you went to a Benny Hinn meeting what I did we did and we'd been busy in the 80s learning other aspects of ministry about how to disciple people how to get my heart healed up and a big one was revelation and the Father's love but it's hard to keep it all in proper balance of perspective we went back to Benny's and and we've known him a long time but there was a reconnect just being with him but we saw the lame walk the blind see the Deaf hear and about a thousand people come to Jesus and we said God we have to have this well he invited us back into the green room after the meeting and as we came through the door he just kind of one datas you know and just boom boom we're down both of us on the floor and and he's saying to me pick up your wife and I'm like there's no way she was completely completely gone and so he says okay the believer well she just got so electrified and I'm saying baby just stay under this don't try to get it together I'll get you home this is what we want this is what we have okay this hunger got something you recently went to Israel how did it change your heart on this trip to Israel was this your first no it was my second actually okay you know the first time I went was a no.9 and when I was walking I'm sorry in 2011 and I was walking by the prayer wall and I thought I was gonna have this euphoric experience I didn't have the euphoric experience and and just to be really flat honest with everyone I really didn't have Israel in my heart so as a Christian I'm gonna tell you that okay just to be straight up but what happened the second time is I went to ian Getty in Israel and they had me leading worship and there was about 5,000 people there from a hundred nations this is just a month ago and I begin to sing in the presence of angels which is the song that you like I'll tell you what let's take a video let's look at a bit of a cup of this right now [Music] power it is moving in this play [Music] wins [Music] sing it with me home [Music] why were you on your face you've got worship leader because I believe and I think we're stepping into this that I've seen it even 10 years ago but I think it's starting to increase where the people begin to take over the worship instead of the performance up on the stage say I never want to perform but why were you on your face what cause well I mean it was very humbling and I felt something actually touched my heart for Israel that moment I recognized Syd just being straight up I recognized I'm standing in between the Dead Sea and a mountain that David actually literally David came down and cut the garment of Saul and I'm singing there's a realm of your glory there's a realm of your grace and it hit me I'm standing in the very place that God met with Israel and the people are singing and then a wind a as you saw the wind blowing I mean it's not just for you know show the winds blowing but the wind blowing began to just go very violently across the people and across the stage and this big gust came and I just said you know what I had the Micra my my microphone I just put it down there's nothing else to do he's the one that were worshiping it's not about us having a great worship experience he is inhabiting the praises of his people and it's not like we have to ask God to send revival to Israel he's gonna send he's gonna step down himself into Israel and not only he is gonna step down into Israel ha he's gonna step down all over suddenly now out of revival you have a brand new song it's called oh Jesus and oh do I believe that God's gonna show up amen [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] standing here in your presence I'm undone and amazed [Music] overwhelmed by your quarry all my fears melt away there's no place I'd rather be than here with you you're the only one my longs to pursue you're the you're the you're the Jesus [Music] you're the one oh gee Jesus oh gee have tasted Yorker [Music] I [Music] my heart is bursting inside this is the place I'd rather be with you you're the only one my heart longs to person you're the Jesus [Music] oh gee I have found in you the treasure that the world is searching for I have found in you answer to our every question I and so much more Jesus Jesus [Music] [Applause] [Music] yes [Music] you know there is such a war in this studio every time the name glory presence of God is mentioned the glory kicks up a notch well god is so faithful John admitted he got in God's Way and lost the move of God in his congregation he repented he was so hungry for God and suddenly suddenly on January 20th 1994 God showed up now a picture is worth a thousand words so let's take a look right now at what some people had to say about this outpouring in Toronto Canada it was at one stage so bad I want to kill him I want to destroy him I want to destroy all these things I killed all these things if I could friend something of him I burn it I broke him I chased him around with knives the marriage counselors all told us there's no ways you got something in you that nobody can get out and he told me I can get it out with Jesus in me and it's changed my life and we I'm telling you this is my big love I have a five year old son who was born with hearing loss he received prayer the next morning he woke up and announced to me that his ears were powerful but we put him through the full battery of audiometric tests he's seeing with his audiologists and his hearing is normal I've had rheumatoid arthritis in every part of my body hands hips some days I actually limp around work because the pain is so intense this morning in the session they called for people suffering from arthritis so I managed to get to the front crawling over people and ask for prayer for healing for arthritis I haven't been able to close that hand for 18 months and now I can make a fist two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with cancer we heard about Toronto and came here Mary Audrey had a word over me that my healing was finished and when I went to the doctor and we got back the tumor was gone and I'm healed major healing I would describe it as angel healing really freedom from those old hearts those old scars and the guilt feelings in the touch of the Lord is his incomparable I would have preached against all what was going on here this has now become my life I can't stay away because this work of God we need so John when that hit on that day what did you think were you just one very happy grateful man what was going on inside of you John well I've never seen anything quite like that we were used to people falling one at a time but we were pressing in to God Carol and I since the Benny Hinn meeting we'd given God our morning's for like a year and a half and then been really touched in Argentina so we were full of expectation but we didn't know yeah what it would look like if we just thought maybe we'll start doing healing meetings or whatever but Randy Clark had been really on a similar quest and he I'd heard about that we invited him to come and when he came he just was a normal meeting until he said if anybody would like prayer come up forward and up I'll pray for you and at that point it was like a bomb went off yeah and I'm like Carol what was going on inside of you when this bomb went off oh I was probably on the floor because I didn't see much but but because I'm really receptive to the Holy Spirit so I'm sure I was on the floor I saw a little bit of it start and people were just shaking falling off their chairs over the chairs under the chairs and it was just like unbelievable it was like when like God fell you know in the Bible says the Holy Spirit fell that's what happened he just fell on the people and it was amazing because oh it was so precious that the healings that happened in their hearts the healings that happened physically that the love of God that they experienced because of its touch you know we need to a lot of people will say oh you people talk about experience but if you look in the Bible said the whole Bible is full of the experiences you know in the Greek in the gospel jesus said this is eternal life that you might have experiential in the Greek experiential knowledge of me we think eternal life is saying a prayer with Billy that's not what it says in the Greek they saying X and you know what they can take an intellectual religious decision away from you but no one can stand against a man or a woman that has had an experience with the Living God man what types of things would you say that that was that was so powerful we didn't know what to make it we knew it was God but we didn't know why like while you know piles of people want that and and people who can't get up like why would you want them I mean it was just amazing and we realize it you know it's not about the physical of what it looks like it's about deep work that happens inside the heart and so we're like hey Jesus has glorified and then all of this they can't stop talking about them plus the fruit in their life is so good this is God we want to keep going with you you have a real burden for people that have never experienced long especially God slow or even a human father slow yeah and there's a lot there are a lot of people because we're imperfect what do you expect perfection yeah why do you have such a burden for that well I think it's because of what happened to me years ago in in Israel in 1974 I went to a conference there that was called Jerusalem - meaning a visitation of the Holy Spirit again and there were many famous speakers there Pat Robertson and Kathryn Kuhlman one of my heroes and many others but David do please see spoke about the love of God and I felt like I got destroyed in his in his talk because I felt like all my judgmentalism and everything was just exposed and I just wept before the Lord and but all week long I couldn't sleep because these waves of heavenly love just kept coming crashing down over me I thought it was gonna die from it but it totally changed me and I'm like whew he's not kidding this is commandment number one love the Lord with all your heart soul strength of mind and you know what we can't do it just by saying I'm going all of God you know there's there's a revelation that comes and Jesus said no one knows the Father except the Son and the one who the son chooses to reveal him and I felt like that's what happened to me he revealed the Father's love to me I I wouldn't have explained it that way back then I didn't have theology for it but I just knew I'd encountered the love of God and it changed me and so when Carol and I got married and called into ministry probably about 6 or 7 years later we said we're gonna start a love church that's what we want where it becomes a safe place for hurting broken people to come in and meet the God of love and get healed up you have like it pours out of you you because you had an experience someone without an experience it's hard to transmit to someone else yes but you had an experience with the love of God that in your words wrecked you it did yeah and it's transferable we started to love everybody yeah there regardless you know warts and all it was great [Applause] what is coming to the best of your knowledge what is coming next that's what everyone's asking John well when we were on the very beginning of this explosion we had a first catch the fire conference in October of 94 and we were overwhelmed by this there were thousands who came were packed at the whole hotel lobby and on and on not Lobby ballroom and and and it was just like bodies everywhere it just miracles happening it was just so incredible and and in the middle of that David Roose who was leading worship went into this powerful prophecy where he said if you think this is that this is not it this is nothing you have seen nothing yet this is merely my seed that I will send to the ends of the earth and that seed will germinate and grow and it will become the the haven't tell me about it well said I was it was my birthday I was not feeling well my son was coming down and then he he didn't and so I went to bed that night and I said God I really don't feel good if you want me to go to church in the morning you wake me up because I'm not setting my alarm place okay so I woke up out of a dream and it was like I looked at the clock and it was quarter to ten and I thought oh my gosh I've missed Church because we live a half an hour away from church and it takes a half an hour to get there so I thought I've got to write this dream down and as I kind of slid out of bed and put my foot on the floor all of a sudden this audible voice of God Wow and it was whoa it was really strong but loving and it said Carol get out of bed get a shower do your hair get your makeup on get dressed get something to eat and get down to the church immediately in ten minutes yeah in ten minutes and so he covered all of my excuses right right so I'm I'm in the car and I know on my phone that that I there's somewhere there's a recorder saying it so I'm driving and they prank I'm saying oh lord please let me have all the green lights because we had left lots of lights going down to the church and I said lord please because I was driving a little bit fast and and and so anyway I finally found the record button so I'm driving and I'm recording the dreaming like I pull into the church and I think oh where am I gonna Park and I thought I wonder for my spots still there and I pulled in and it was that's how good I like ran into the church and it was about eleven o'clock ten five to eleven so that was a pretty good time anyway it's really cool I know it is anyway so I I thought I'll sit at the back I don't know I don't want to sit at the back so I thought I'll sit with the worship team sorry headed up under the flags if you know our church and and I got to the one aisle and the Lord said I know I want you to go and sit in your seat and I said but Lord there'll be somebody in there and he said well then tell them to move I went okay um yikes all right so I went down and I turned the corner and in and there were somebody in there I don't know what my face looked like but I don't even know who they were but they two of them jumped up and took off the other way I don't blame you and I sat down on my chair and I thought oh oh I notice that oh oh oh God are we doing the dream today and he said no he said this was a test of your obedience hmm but the dream was incredible hmm because I was standing worshiping at their front of our church and all of a sudden I was caught up in a whirlwind and I'm in the center of the whirlwind and I'm and I'm looking up in the whirlwind and I'm thinking Lord am I going through the roof and and I got to the roof and I came back down again and said I don't know whether both happened or one of the two happened but it was like when I hit the floor I'm standing up I was like and it was either like something came off or something came on and maybe both I'm not really sure but it was like a mantle or an anointing or something with and I grabbed the mic and and I began to speak to the woo I began to speak to our congregation and it was try to do it quickly Carol but anyway it was it was like god is is coming down in a mighty well glory cloud and the next glory cloud will be ah the awesome reverent fear of the Lord Wow but it seems as though the whole world is going the opposite right now I know the election that's right Wow and so and so I said when that glory cloud come that's it's based on the love of God it's not an outward cloak of good behavior but it is the awesome reverence of the Lord I mean we've been asking for incredible signs and wonders we've been asking for things and and so he said I will not stand for sloppy grace I will not stand for lukewarmness anymore I will not stand for secret sin that's going on in the lives of my children he said if that glory cloud comes well and and then all of a sudden I looked up and I saw the glory cloud coming down and I thought oh my gosh I said people if you want to repent the mercy seats open come now but if you want to play games with the Lord and and not be wholehearted run get out of here whoa because I fear for your life Wow and the whole church exploded wow the whole place just exploded people were running to the front people were running out the door whoa and go and in that I the Lord saw showed me at the back in the bleacher seats and we don't have bleacher seats but there was bleacher seats back there and there was two guys dressed in suit and ties on the top of the bleacher seats and they were kind of like mocking me and so they were like kind of like this and you know that kind of thing and the Lord said go back and so I kind of because people were coming up to the front to repent so I kind of made my way back Wow and as I got from about here to the studio audience I they fell off they just went boom boom on the floor and they didn't move and as I was gonna walk up to see are they okay I thought are they dead are they are they okay but anyway the Lord said never mind go over to the doorway and there's a young man there running back and forth he's going to run out and then he's going to repent and he's doing this and he said I have a word for him and so as I got up to him I said sir the Lord is saying to me that he has put a mighty call and destiny and anointing upon your life and but you have been in secret sin with your secretary and I said the Lord is saying to you today if you will go and repent and from your heart then I will restore what I have put on you but if you walk out that door you're going to become like Lot's wife and that's when I woke up when we come back I'm gonna have John pray a
