Job personality tests be like....

okay for this part of the interview I'm just gonna run through a bunch of statements and you're gonna answer mostly agree or disagree and the most important thing here just to be honest okay sounds good but if you don't answer exactly how we want you will never work here wait can you expand on that okay first statement you'd rather be relaxed than stressed agree you have never talked bad about someone behind their back am I really supposed to be honest here or am I supposed to like sound qualified you rarely are mad at others um agree ow what the hell you mad no you would rather see others succeed than yourself anyone who's agreed to that is a liar so agree you've stolen something from work before remember all we care about is honesty how will honesty help with that quit I'm going with disagree you have never felt like a failure mmm I agree what about the time you walked up to that girl to ask her out and she looked you was like no thanks wait how did you know about that I did it I just got that vibe off for you and I was totally right that's awesome people often comment about how awkward you act and look I hope disagree I'm just gonna hang out it's true you rarely make mistakes at work agree you frequently do most jobs better than other people I guess agree you are the embodiment of perfection sent down to earth by God himself to look out for the inferior human race agree or disagree probably disagree okay next be crazy would you strongly agree somewhat agree neutral somewhat disagree or strongly disagree well if we're talking about my ex I would say strongly agree okay and your statement I just thought of you plan on making jokes a lot while on the job strongly disagree there we go okay next you've never been late to a job everyone has but are you testing my honesty cuz you know that or are you expecting me to sound like super professional you have never been tired while at work who in the hell has never been tired at work well I feel like if you know when you're working the next day you can easily plan on when to go to bed it's really question of preparation yeah I'm pretty sure still most people have once or twice maybe stayed up too late or couldn't fall asleep or whatever well I don't know maybe some people hey Trevor yeah have you ever been tired while on the job well no I mean how could I you give us a schedule ahead of time I know how much sleep I need so it's easy to figure out when I need to go to bed heavy like asking me am I ever late to work I mean I know when I start I know how much traffic there is so it's okay Trevor bye now okay next over 43 percent of people shoplift as teenagers why would I know that these hoes ain't loyal again strongly agree somewhat agree neutral somewhat disagree strongly disagree neutral neutral on these hoes ain't loyal office politics can get annoying uh disagree okay great in that case agree or disagree abortion it's not that bad uh that's like a really nuanced question that I don't think I can answer with just one word no matter what you say fifty percent of people are gonna be so mad at you I say just commit and next statement agree or disagree as long as we get along I enjoy hanging out with people of my own race whoa whoa that is such a loaded question I mean if I say agree that doesn't mean I don't like hanging out with other I heard agreed well with that and maybe later look up the I have a dream speech oh my god okay agree or disagree it's nice to see two straight people get happily married why would that question even include straight okay I feel like these questions can be like so taken out of context because of how they're worded and I can't really yeah that's great next statement there are worse drugs than cocaine are you asking me this or is that on the paper then technically murder isn't the worst crime you could commit does it really say that and last one these types of questions are stupid agree welcome to Walmart [Music]
