[Music] [Music] is [Music] so [Music] [Music] foreign hey guys so when i was in college one of my exchange student friends introduced me to this dessert it's very cheap easy to make delicious and you can make large portions which meant the conditions i needed as a poor colored student we only use leftover milk tea and gelatin we split the bell and pay less than a dollar each and enjoy a nice dessert for a few days together this time i'm going to use japanese green tea instead of milk tea i used lemon tea before too and it was also pretty good if you want to make it vegan you can use soy milk and agar instead of milk and gelatin i got this pan on amazon but you can use a milk curtain which is what i used in college first soak the gelatin in water mix the matcha powder and sugar i used sugar syrup but you can use normal sugar add heavy milk and mix it well heat up the milk to about 60 degrees celsius or 140 degrees fahrenheit next i'm going to mix the gelatin in the milk if the milk is too hot the gelatin will not solidify well if you don't have a temperature checker you can taste a simple milk with a spoon and if it's too hot to drink wait until it becomes comfortably warm obviously what's comfortable will change from person to person but it can give you a general idea take the gelatin out and get rid of excess water with paper towel mix the gelatin in the milk next i'm going to melt the white chocolate [Music] mix the chocolate in the milk then pour it into the munch bowl now everything is combined use a strainer to make it smoother place the baking sheet in the pan and pour it in you don't need a baking sheet if you use a milk curtain but you will need a pair of scissors to cut it open keep it in the fridge for a few hours [Music] all right you can fall asleep it'll still take some time next i'm going to prepare whipped cream with lemon [Music] i was actually out of ice cubes so i put the stainless bowl in the fridge to make it cold but you should prepare another bowl with ice cubes to control the temperature if you accidentally made the cream too hard mixing in a tablespoon of yogurt will help yes i was out of yogurt too warming up the knife before slicing can help make clean cuts it's it's good it's not bad but i feel like something's missing mata hmm be um in my opinion matcha really really goes well with anything lemon lemony this combination is really good it's a pretty simple recipe so if you get a chance please give it a try by the way on my vlog channel with my wife i have a video where we went to kyoto and learned everything about green tea the ceo of dimacha daiki-san is one of the coolest japanese people i've ever met if you're interested please go check it out thank you for watching see you guys later bye oh thank you for licking oh are you looking much about her all right i'll give you some more food
