well today I'm going to make you a nice lovely brown screw fish is a Jamaican dish the Browse your fish you can go with rice and peas are off you like butter on a yam and dumpling but today I'm just fish also the mid season which I'm using if you're at home you can normally use your daily season where now I'm going to use I'm going to cut down a little bit of fish seasoning or so on it and that's it we're not going to put anything else on this fish because it's just a simple little brown Jewishness with a little bit of more seasoned just a little pinch of season class this season of a lot of salt in that so you have to be careful now right over here I'm already cut up some mixed pepper and white only a little bit of fresh fresh thyme and some fresh garlic beautiful Oh for you guys in either recipe no I just put on a little seasoned and marinate a fish you can also put on a little bit a coast pepper on top of it just like this inside and on the outside of the fish so hopefully you just put it on a stove and I'm going to simply put a little bit of olive oil inside of it make it hot for roughly a second after hot then when you got a simple fried pan is hot now what gonna simple do is to put in these fish the key point of the fried up turning storm a little bit let is 50 fire for roughly so the simple fry the kitchen fire up the one would treat for minutes on both sides just that's simple bit of water you can use a nap or water are going in water just like that and simply add some ketchup to this water just like this roughly two large full of ketchup and that's a little pinch up which sees the inside of the water just to bring up the flavour and then simply give it a little stir like this really nice see if I put a little pinch off or groaning inside of it just use a teaspoon and put a pinch of brownie inside of the water and simple let's mix it just like this really nice they are a nice lovely spoon of butter like this and simple start inside of it give it a nice flavor I had a little bit more browning just a little pinch more of browning inside of the water the next simple takes it as if you need any more season just a little bit more of the fish seasoning with a little pinch the next are that beautiful fish Ursa just fry inside of it just like this and simple put on some of the seize them on top of it and then carbide power of live on five four minutes
