Italian Mums Try Other Italian Mums' Tiramisu

it's not tiramisu i think whoever cooked it went a bit mad hi i'm martina i'm a mom of two and today i'll be trying other moms tiramisu my tiramisu is the best absolutely the best it's super rich and it has to be really heavy i am really really really strict on the use of savoyardi as the biscuit i don't use savoyardi but i use something called pavizzini i like to have a lot of cream in mighty nami soup a lot of custard and i like to sprinkle a lot of bitter cocoa on the top i think i use the savoyardi not additional savoya desert with chocolate inside and the cream is different it's soft and and for the chocolate in the top is really stronger i would just kill for the stuff they love it tiramisu all the time you know tiramisu okay so this one looks very different it doesn't smell of coffee which makes me a bit suspicious and it looks a bit dry on the inside whoever cooked it went a bit mad this doesn't look like tiramisu to me so i'm a bit disappointed i can see that there are two savoyardi in here in my opinion coffee is the main ingredient of tiramisu so where is my coffee this mom put a lot of effort grating all the chocolate and that's it i don't see the cream but i want to taste it i hope i survived this hmm it is dry it tastes like a nice dessert i can taste the coffee i can taste the chocolate but there is no where is the cream it doesn't taste a coffee but it tastes of coffee grounds which is not something i like the chocolate is definitely overpowering for one thing it doesn't look like tiramisu it has nothing that makes it nice and creamy and moist i don't think there's anything i like about this this is a creative version of the tiramisu so i will give this mama five it's not quite tiramisu but it's it's nice i i'm gonna have to give this a four it wasn't good [Music] i can see how some people might like it but it's not tiramisu this looks really sad unfortunately something went wrong because the cream is separated there is water here and the top layer is with the chocolate powder no look nice but it's smelling really good i can see coffee mascarpone oh without tasting it there you go this is the pavezini wow the cream is amazing and the cream is so soft you know surprised me a lot because you know i never tried the tiramisu evaporating i was not sure you know if i'm like it maybe next time i will try it with a parmesan and why not it's too sweet there you go and then the taste of the pavisini comes afterwards it's really not pleasant because it is a yellow biscuit made with loads of egg and egg has a strong taste the chocolate layer on top is incredibly generous but the rest is a bit um is lacking the thing that i don't like is just too much coffee because i'll not really enjoy the coffee in my life i give this mama five the only thing that i liked about it is the is the cream i give nine because for me there is a aloft coffee this is the perfect example of a wrong tiramisu look at like traditional tiramisu yeah it's nice really oh it looks delicious i can smell the coffee which is something that i love that the coffee aroma just comes at you it is a bit runny on the sides but it looks creamy it looks moist i can't wait i don't know if it's a savoyardy or papizzini because i can understand but i am really really really strict on the use of savoyardi as the biscuit this is really soft wow it's good yeah nice big spoonful oh it's delicious there are no dry bits it's rich and light at the same time something that i would definitely serve in my house and probably wouldn't last more than 10 minutes and the chocolate in the top is nice you know for me it's perfect because the cream is amazing and it's there i know a lot of coffee they work together you know cream coffee chocolate is professional it's perfect i would give this a very very solid line minus a ten of course i i give ten for this tiramisu because it's amazing [Music] yes i knew it that's good that's good yes so this is the revenge of chocolate and coffee you
