[Music] hello i'm gina today i gotta make a calamar salad i our salt black pepper extra virgin olive oil celery a leaf this we need i have the lamb my mother lemme go under and when we finish we use nice clean they're nice clean a nice cleaner the calamaria yeah and now we gotta cook this is the big one and this too all that together we gotta cook and when in the world i used to pour salt a little vinegar okay and now follow me what am i doing i go under stuff just to follow me okay my pet boy and i gotta put the calamari so let me see put over there but first i gotta put the vinegar a little bit vinegar here i saw this is the salt i go here okay and i put i put the calamari you see a nice clean you can pull this nice clean we we used to buy fresh in the fish store but for clean we take a long of a clean yes my husband you bring home all of our calamari if you clean all of this we spend all of that for clean you know why because we don't buy it to possibly buy 10 50 pounds of the calamari buffer cleaner i i told you you buy laranna you gotta clean you clean i wash but we spend all the day for do this and when i find out there was a frost a nice clean i don't buy fresh anymore i know buying the fish store not buy frost hey i also like this okay very nice now we gotta wait this cooks quickly not stay long about having the ball yeah over the bottom okay this is already i got they cook look this they look like let me shut it off though let me drop the water [Applause] okay this is when they cook they come a little bit this is it you put in the fresh water put in the fresh water they cool down you see this is it and i put it back in the thing i put back here okay this i dropped over here they're nice clean they're nicely okay okay and then now we finish the rest okay all right now i gotta make a salad the calamari they're here they really for cut and we make a sauce this one was a five pounds of the calamari when they cook they they come small they don't look too much ah that's easy oh and i got the cut yeah karma like this the way they like i i also like this somebody want a big they make more big they make more small this is a hey yeah over there maybe like this my family my grandchildren they go crazy for this but this it's my tradition i usually make a christmas eve a good friday i usually this i make all the time for this radiation at because of the caramel white they put the dark one and sometimes too big you can you can cut it like this you make it like this see sometimes it's too big you make it like this but i like the other sound i like the other sound look at let this see ellie we gotta put the salt you have to put the salt i turn a little bit you see hello all your head oh leo we need all your extra virgin olive oil yeah they're looking nice little black babe you are you gotta make a taste i put all ali i put all of this okay not a little bit of salt this is good summer time is good a christmas eve we make a lot of fish at christmas eve and this is not the same thing we make a this dish with the calamari i used to make it to peta chris in the sea baccala i have at the vco they want to see when i make the the big two pet the baccala a fish the wheel the wheel all right i think i put everything the only enough or maybe do only i put enough let me see i gotta test i got this to this let me see i need four pick one i gotta taste the salt i gotta taste the salt okay is it good it's good i now put any more salt this is good now you know i finished my you yakai there are way no you can stay two three hours in the refrigerator they marinate a little bit they taste much better okay now i gotta put in the refrigerator i put off a little bit okay okay that's the dish this was a couple hours in the refrigerator at the marinara a little bit now it's a test that's too much better you know that they pick it up for the taste i got i gotta put another little little bit of barcelona like this and then i have some lemonade here somebody like the lemon that when they make the dish they they put the lemon on the top some like some like so that's why we just put on the table somebody wants they make on the other dish and i gotta make my dish i got i got i wanna taste it now i wanna taste this all right i like this i like this one all right they'll they smell good okay let me see the taste a little bit what happened but this is good it's so good to bake the fish especially when you make a little lemon i like the lemon too i make it when you eat it you squeeze a little lamb and it's nice you see that's good so i'm i make it that way some you want more stuff you could put over everyone more you make and more you find hey you make a bigger dish and you put on the table this or the lemon lettuce
