you're a master chef you can get all the ingredients that you want you're using the fake shredded cheese come on [Music] hi and welcome to bing chainsaw's plate in this video we are reacting to master chefs from canada and they're gonna show us how to make pizza let's see [Music] this show make me so stressed how can you cook with this music i cannot cook i get stressed with this music i see spinach i see smoked salmon i want to take on a florentine pizza okay just that's so dramatic and the pizza has never been so dramatic just just put different weird can you just put a tarantella on or just put some there's some salsa please i need to relax when i watch this show i'm really getting stressed if you underestimate how difficult it can be to create a perfect pizza you're already losing guys this is a master chef show but let me tell you this guy in the middle he looks like a rock star he looks like the bon jovi of canada so i don't understand what are we watching here they've got a great pantry to select from sometimes when you have too many options you'll over complicate things i agree too many options you don't know what to do you stress like right now i will be stressed right now there i don't know what we'll be doing so i'm looking for somebody who really understands all the flavors and exactly what they're doing let's say that now just put a little bit of maple syrup in my dough [Music] master chef uses maple syrup in the pizza dough you tell me why do you need maple syrup in the pizza dough and do not tell me that i don't understand i'm close-minded you tell me why do you need not put syrup in a pizza though write a comment below [Music] all right guys i'm stressed here what's going on too much going on i want to learn i'm the audience i'm watching this video how do you make pizza please show me there's too much going on where'd you start what i learned now is maple syrup in the dough oh that's what i know so far well at the moment that's what i'm doing i've got maple syrup in my dough which i don't have the dough anyway but i know that that's what i'm going to do i am going to make a steak and mushroom pizza really like to show them that you know i belong here steak and mushroom pizza and this guy belongs there okay master chef what would you do i would do a mushroom pizza a little onion maybe a wonderful light but aromatic cheese how about you i would do a white pizza that would do a little bit of cream cheese i would do a little bit of smoked salmon some caramelized leeks are you guys showing me how to make the dog i don't understand you're just putting toppings on top but where is the dough i'm going for a pizza a white pizza like a pizza bianco ricotta with some beautiful figs balsamic and honey sounds really good ricotta figs fantastic the balsamic glaze feminine prosciutto what's wrong with dessert pizza i see peaches pears all these fruits will bake well p.i.i.i i agree pizza with pain or peaches is so beautiful of course you don't put one of those of course you don't need cheese you don't need ricotta cheese yes you can use white chocolate with it it's beautiful you can use a maple syrup but not in the dough on top of the recording things or on top of the record time peach that's beautiful i'm making a peach and fig with a bit of stilton and goat cheese i'm just gonna try to get creative i have to admit i don't often make pizza yeah good to be creative the goat cheese maybe is not my favorite choice for this because it's a nice sweet pizza but maybe works maybe work so what kind of pizza are you making peach some pancetta for some saltiness and then fresh mint and basil so is that a dessert type pizza or sort of straddles between no it's not the same it's actually a very good creation my friend you look like a drew barrymore well done drew um peach it's a very good combination i really like this idea i really really like it but let's see how she makes it key is to find that right balance right exactly you think you can pull that out i can pull that off you can pull it off you can oh look at the cheese look at that shredded cheese you're a master chef you can get all the ingredients that you want and you're using the fake shredded cheese come on get a nice fresh mozzarella you do have it there use it do not use this plastic cheese it's not good for you i'm not a food snob i just want to eat the right thing why do you go and buy expensive bags you spend money for other things you spend money for for stupid things and then you don't spend money for for the cheese get the rice and now we pray and it's very tricky do you see what they did they put their oil on the edges okay that's a very good technique used by lots of great pizza chefs what you need to do is you need to put the oil on the edges before you start baking the pizza because that will give you a nice color on the edges let me tell you that the crust will be tastier with the olive oil around the edges everything needs to work crust sauce toppings bloody shredded cheese i can't stand the fake plastic shredded mozzarella i can't stand it control of the heat lin made a cream sauce for her seafood she's made a very nice crust sabrina's pizza does not look right way too much crust on the exterior this is way too much crust on exterior have you ever been to naples or have you ever seen italians making pizza huh the crust on the edges is so important that's how you tell how good the pizza chef is not all pizzas have the edges yeah you can have a roman pizza which doesn't have the edge depends you know normally if you get uh i'll tell you pizza which is like cut by the slice you don't have the edges but when you get a pizza piano like a round pizza that you served on the plate you want the edges and when you get the nice high ages that means you've done a good dough it's puffed it's uh it's rising properly it's been cooked fantastically so you do not tell me that there is too much edge because that's a good sign to have the edge that's how you make pizza my friend so before you become a judge or master chef lear learn your food you know what a really elegant pizza is is when it has the fried egg on top i love that this is a master chef judge a master chef judge watched by millions of people my egg needs to come together i will stay positive the home cooks have just seconds left to complete their mystery box pizza challenge gonna be last minute my crust i can't take it out right now you know what she's done they should have cooked the base first just with the sauce in the oven that way you cook the bottom properly you cook the edges with time and the ingredients don't burn a few minutes after that you take it out put the ingredients on top and put it back in the oven for a few extra minutes so the ingredients on top like the cheese melts doesn't burn melts at the moment you're gonna burn all your ingredients three two one heads up guys these challenges have so much pressure wow i call it the fungi it's got a portobello duck cell base some masataki mushrooms chantelle mushrooms and gnocchi mushrooms but white balsamic dressed arugula it's very thin pizza but it looks nice the pizza that we want to see belongs to jennifer yeah this is jennifer i like a combination well let's see what she did i did what i call summer fresh habits pancetta balsamic glaze walnuts and a little bit of basil and mint beautiful beautiful i wish i made that dough i made a beautiful moist but this is a great combination the bacon cheese cheese [Music] not only can you cook you can cook with style yay i agree stylish pretty well done the superstar ah boy jovio canada it's mad [Applause] i agree well done we'll say chef i call this pizza the fifth dimension and has a caramelized fennel sauteed chanterelle and bluefoot mushrooms beautiful black mission figs quails egg on top the three of you have made our job very difficult oh for sure let me tell you this jennifer girl she won today she must if she didn't i would be very upset she was so creative she was able to mix fruit peach herbs maybe too much topping yeah but that's okay that would have been a fantastic pizza that you can easily serve at the restaurant for 25 dollars amazing well done well done have i enjoyed this video ah i guess i did because i can see the creativity of people which is always nice to create the thing that made me disappointed is a bloody plastic mozzarella cheese i do not want to see that ever again please stop using it i hope you guys enjoyed this master chef video that's definitely better than master chef new zealand where he makes italian tomato sauce with onion completely wrong so thank you so much for watching this episode i'll see you in the next vincenzo's plate
