Flight of the Navigator is better π
I remember watching this and so many others like it, even Unsolved Mystery covered some alien abduction stories. These scared the hell out of me as a kid, but I become a die hard fan of X-Files which premiered just a year or two after this movie came out, and though fictitious it really did spark the conversation.
This for me personally got me heavily into the topic, traveling to Roswell many times, I had the pleasure of meeting Stanton Friedman, Bud Hopkins, and a few others and was a member of Mufon for a number of years.
To be honestly in the last 8-10 years with cell phones and cameras everywhere and few if any alien videos surfacing I often now wonder how 'real' these stories were. I still believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life, but I do question the frequency of visits in today's hyper digital world.
But either way this movie and the others of this topic in the 90's were simply amazing.
Aliens on TV were so much fucking cooler in the 90s
What was that similar film where a woman was recording herself reading or something and she fell asleep and on the tape moments later you could hear aliens coming in her room and talking, etc. ??
Thank YOU! I have been looking for a copy of this for years!
I remember watching it when I was young and it scared the living hell outta me!
Interesting to see John Mack and Bud Hopkins were listed in the film credits as consultants. I had no idea even who they were when I first saw this when I was much younger
Very nice movie, I recall these from Bud Hopkins a while back!
No fucking thank you. Watched it on t.v. when it aired and my best friend and I were terrified for years. We were in our 20s. LOL
