What can Microsoft 365 Copilot do?

1. "Prepare me for my meeting"
   It can help you get ready for meetings, generating highlights and points for you to focus on in the meeting.

2. Generate documents based on existing documents
   You can input a command in Word such as "Create a product announcement" and provide a link to an existing product specification located elsewhere. The Copilot function will then analyze the contents of the document and generate an accurate product announcement that is contextually relevant.

3. Create a Powerpoint, complete with styling and pictures
   You can enter any desired specifications such as the number of slides, the formatting, and the content, and the new Copilot feature will automatically generate it for you.

4. Use natural language to analyze data
   You no longer need to input complex formulas manually! Simply ask the Copilot, "Which products were the most profitable this quarter?" and it will generate the answer for you directly in Excel.

5. Automatically capture meeting notes
   The Copilot function will be present in Teams and will automatically record transcripts, verbal and summarized notes, as well as action items and tasks.
