mm-hmm all around the world and rank them from best to worst we do have some local created cookies here well that's it America I don't know I'm not like biased or anything we I am but we're willing to give it a good college try as they say before you started which one do you think will be your favor I mean I know that's gonna be delicious but I'm also kind of eyeball on this thing I like the white powder enos not sure I'm gonna be fond of what's inside so I'm torn there it looks like it's a white powdered donut with like cinnamon in it we know these are gonna be I mean this is why did you like your cookies even though this is Danish this is American too because I don't know anywhere I've gone where these aren't there I also am a huge fan of all and so this is all me my name gross this one pro that one I think this one will be the least favorite just because of previous videos raisins suck I mean I wouldn't say raisins suck if your taste buds suck sure no no no no craziness don't do them justice let's get started item number one rich fruit pudding the picture looks very like caramel II and looks like a brownie with my car it does look good Wow I was not expecting it looks like a Easy Mac fruit pudding it's traditionally Scottish but it's also very traditional to serve in Great Britain alright so this little bad boy the more I find out about this thing the grosser becomes a traditionally steamed rich fruit pudding packed with raisins and candied peel the pudding is delicious served with cream custard and ice cream we'll be the judge of that mmm it doesn't smell good it doesn't look ten there's already a 10 Mike has extreme raisins this looks ok it doesn't click the picture does a fiction look good or bad what do you think let's see looks like I think the picture looks great I think this looks mediocre as you inspect the picture though it looks just like it really does it's got the weird shininess to what I thought was like breaded cake is this goo it looks like somebody who never changed their oil Merry Christmas Cheers oh that's not good it tastes like an old hot fruit leather but you forgot about it fell into your car seat one blistering hot summer day you found it he was so hungry you ate it and immediately regretted it not a fan at all do you really eat this every year or is this like fruitcake to you where it's always there but no one really eats it hell I know it's going next on the list el almond Rose I don't know it's fun Billy Turin wrong it's from Spain and it's a nougat confection typically made with honey sugar egg white with toasted almonds or other nuts I like all of those things yeah and it says 64% almonds which are my huge friend oh ho I like the packaging yeah it's real inviting just because you throw a flannel on something doesn't make a Christmas Eve or yummy talking to you lot ago fruit pudding this smells amazing you ready I'm ready you're home bring it but go how is you wet but dry I think the more pressing question is how did you get fruit pudding on your eyebrow I'm putting on my eyebrow all I know this looks and feels moist the minute you eat it it's like dust and sucks of all the words light in your mouth my mouth feels so dry right now do people like Christmas I don't know so far this isn't what I was acting at all let us know if we missed a better opportunity for holiday treat from your country or if these a lot of syllable traditional please that's what I want to know let us know if you actually eat this all right this next one is from Sweden their traditional holiday ginger snaps how do you say trackers I don't say oh and then with a little circle above it knockers you can't really mess up a ginger snap can you I don't know but they come in different shapes there's a tree there's a little guy oh look there's a man and a cute little boy a little girl in there dog there fat dog which one should I eat I'm gonna eat the pig maybe it tastes like bacon woman eater these are yummy okay Ginger's pretty good how's that the ginger snaps good but when you drink ginger in a smoothie it burns okay I'm over it two bites and you're over it all right oh man I can sit knee in this entire case Sweden thank you if you're the ones that made up ginger snaps I love these I love me some ginger snaps okay so far we're just continuing in a steady stream upward next is bibingka and it is from the Philippines it looks really it looks yummy I want to know what those little things are deliciousness we shall see we have two versions we've got just a plain pink and we've got a little bit more tradition Scott cheese on that blue cheese and egg both of these look really good but they look like something I'd get for breakfast yeah like a pancake it's like a weird pancake we'll try the plain one first let me catch a slice well just like a triangle sure okay Ricky would got this for you I hate you from the bottom of my heart I hate life we didn't have this show together I would never speak to you I hate you with every fiber of my being I hate you actually smells pretty good it smells like pancake or waffle it does not bad big ahh oh this is actually quite numbing take it let's get in there ah I like this one hole up well close it there what is that that's not this egg me oh boy what is that is that tuna fish it is not just regular egg in there it is salted eggs which is fermented duck egg [Applause] how do you ferment a duck egg you let it sit and rot how old is this the way that they're made is they're soaked in some sort of salt solution for a few months a few months that's gross this is served traditionally in some families as like an appetizer before dinner they eat it with coffee this good this no you gotta taste like tuna fish it really does it is not good if we eat it like this that it's good all right moving on yeah yeah with fermented friggin blasters I feel like these are honorary American Christmas tree they kind of because I've never been to a house that didn't have these around birds right especially old people these are so freakin good now do these actually originate from Denmark yeah I'm not gonna lie I appreciate it more as an adult when I was a kid I didn't like them best thing is they never tastes stale cuz they just always taste the same these are also the tins that are always full of like buttons nuts and bolts in my parents house see now here's my question to you was it better than the baby guys it's hard to say they're very similar they bear they are their various is just this one's harder and that one's more of a spongy I'll do it this way I would probably eat these before I would make that to eat it what is that out of laziness of not wanting to cook something I think it's out of the fact that they're so close to the same flavor that I think I would go with this really are you in draw trying element I'll do this okay just cuz it's like hot and fresh and I see you're saying throw a little syrup on there yeah so this is Caribbean rum cake it's a traditional holiday season dessert it's descended from holiday puddings but they've made it their own you're about to dull gin the authentic and original world-famous start doing a rub cake that actually that's really good I can smell the rub have you ever had round no I haven't had any oak oh and how do you know what a smells like I've been around people have had too much it's got no more alcohol in it than a nyquil that goes good see kinda smells like cream soda oh my Wow the smell isn't the best but the flavor waste I gotta say surprisingly it does have a strong rum flavor that's really good personally I don't really like that I could probably eat 1/4 of that it's cuz I'm not a big cake guy the flavors not bad Kevin cake is nice I'd prefer without the rum we've got 9 9 out of 10 yeah um as intend being the worst oh you were being serious about night I bet it's gonna be a nine oh I thought you meant night that's you as in oh it's more dry than I was expecting best things out of france for french fries and french toast and they didn't even make those sorry france and he's always digging for himself not me i really like pizza that's really I really like other things you had nothing to do with macaroons CAD you love macaroons I see okay fine fine fine better or worse than the almond thing I feel like the number 10 spot is swirly fit in there usin our owns competing for second to worst man the world has some terrible holiday treats man none of these making me do and actually like the holidays because these are not fun I told you right before we even tried it yeah where it was gonna end up next we have from Italy pan of tell dolly ah yeah that looks just like fruitcake so it's supposed to make really great french toast but you guys get to just try it plain today this looks like a muffin like a really sad muffins the muffin slowly methodically revealing what lies beneath oh there was a little easy open tab right over there it's tearing its skin off this is gross half the muffin still on the wrapper so we got that yeah it smells like that what happens if you squish it he's got way tinier try this I found the one fruit that looks like something that should've came out of our ears in the in the previous this isn't too bad to be honest take out the fruit and you have a knife bread muffin Thanks so lineage oh yeah a German tree now this one does look really good I am hoping so this is the magical combination between the panettone and a powdered powdered sugar I move it cuts nice now this looks like something you should get for Christmas preparing my piece already this is what you do your powdered Donuts - no cuz they're good how do you know this is bad I just have a feeling all right Cheers no idea what's on top of it doesn't taste like powdered sugar at all we let ourselves down thinking that that was gonna take Ross the board it has no flavor whatsoever what are you it's like silent letters and words there's no reason for it it's not even that it was that gross I'm just angry at it I don't know what this is a shell of powdered sugar stolen is supposed to resemble the baby Jesus asleep in the manger but Mike looks more like a long white puck that's not sick sounds newborn infant maybe it does found C I feel like butter would really uh make sense okay then well that's a good place for it okay yeah for needs that's got room for improvements Paul that the traditional Christmas now I'm gonna say it out of all of these items here this is the only one that looks like Christmas yeah well I mean they all speak of the Christmas spirit but this one made a whopping huge travel of about a hundred feet from our neighbor's house so can't get more America than that oh my gosh maybe I want the reindeer I want the Smiths ooh man a super-talented girls got ya feel like we're gonna be extremely partial because these are just go into central Christmas here in the US or they're just good but whatever now before we eat these I do want to just let you guys know that we are going to be taking a small break here on men try and we will be returning January 12 hot and fresh and better than ever yeah baby stay tuned let's enjoy some of these delicious treats all right reindeer good luck dipping this is what Christmas should be these are actually really good hmm I kind of like the guy melts in your mouth oh yeah see this is Christmas joy right here Wow is a game changer hands down without a doubt no contest number one I just want to show you guys the Santa belt I just think that's really cool now you all may be wondering okay obviously they're picking the cookies number one there's no they're really good I think everyone else is just fighting for second place so let's see where they wound up coming in at the dumpees that dump number ten number ten only because there wasn't a number any higher than number ten to push it farther out from the rest the items the rich fruit pudding coming in at number nine you guessed it cinnamon raisin bullet-stopping bread is that bread or cake it's it's not edible coming in at number eight the panettone next up is the almond roll I do have to say some of these I can guarantee we are not pairing them with something that would make them amaze that's the thing there's a lot of Christmas things go with other things like as soon as we put that in milk is silly better so we could be doing these a disservice I don't really think so on this end of it but whatever mix to the not powdered sugar powdered sugar stolen brand clear disappointment we thought this was gonna be an easy number one right there in the middle of the pack number five dinner stamps which is if you think about it pretty like perfect and where it is coz all right it's never been known as like the fantastic Christmas treat it's also you're not gonna write home about it but it might be on your plate if you're at a little of your fat gonna hate it next up that Danish and American classic the Danish cookies that's right every Grandma's house needs some of these yes coming in at a surprising third in a way that it's made not the other yeah I want to know we're saying that completely wrong I just think that leaves only one for second place that's right next up thought of booga-booga got a little bit of rum cake in there if you make it fresh you can get going portals not a bad side pick or see like me you just don't eat it alright we're number one yes obviously gonna just wreck everything else let us know if we mistakenly selected one that is
