Oho this is Dena insta 360 Ace Pro action camera is known for its exceptional night filming quality as it has been co-engineered with Lea in this video we will go through all modes all settings you will get to know this camera Inside Out lots of footage will be included in this video so for those who are deciding if this camera is for you you will find your answers here time stamps are enabled so you can find everything you're looking for easier I am sure your camer is already charged and memory stick has been inserted let's turn it on let's swipe down to access all settings settings icon will also show up on the front display the first icon at the top left is quick capture once you enable this when the camera is off you can press the shutter button to turn it on and start recording once you press the shutter button to end the recording the camera will also turn off in about 2 seconds it saves a lot of battery rotation lock is currently unlocked so when you rotate your screen to the side icons are going to turn as well if you don't want that you can enable this rotation lock so now when you turn the screen the icons are not going to rotate rotation lock is not going to affect the screen if you flip it out like this Gest your control is off by default if you enable this you will be able to start and stop recording video with this gesture and take photos with this one it's also shown below if you forget what the guestures are voice control icon is next once it is enabled you will be able to control your camera with all those voice comments listed below start recording stop recording if you enable pre-recording it will save 15 seconds of footage before you even press the shutter button to catch those key moments you don't want to miss AI highlights assistant is a new feature and it is enabled by default this feature is supposed to save you SD card space as it finds the best moments from the single video and shows you the highlights to review directly in the camera you can then decide what to keep or delete if you find that you don't need this feature and you would rather just record everything you can turn it off once you record the video go to playback and here you can mark the highlights manually on your own screen brightness is next lock screen is very helpful for those who accidentally touch the screen and then change settings without knowing it this is me it happened to me many times before once you lock the screen you just slide up to unlock it let's swipe to the next page promps sound is set to medium by default I like to to keep it at low so it's not so disturbing if you need to turn the sound off completely mute is at the bottom indicator lights this light at the front is on by default I personally love this light so I know what is going on but if you find yourself in the situations where you rather not have the light on you can turn it off here those lights flash differently and in various colors depending on the mode so it helps you to see what mode you are currently using or what is happening with the camera I'm going to link the PDF file for this camera below the video in a video description in case you want to review the lights grid lines can be enabled here to help you with composition let's go to the audio settings by default wind reduction is enabled this is the sound you are going to get with wind reduction owned um we have very little wind it's not really windy that much much and I have no external microphone attached this is strictly the sound you are going to get out of this camera my settings right now are filming in 24 frames per second in 4k I have a dew warp angle set up so there is no um Distortion one thing I would like to mention that when you are using Palm to stop and startop recording as you are talking I noticed when I lifted my arm it stopped recording so I have to keep my arms down or just like very slightly you can use your palm to stop and stop recording if you have already your camera set up in video mode but if you want to take quickly a shot I mean photo you don't have to switch the modes you just show the piece sign and it will automatically switch into photo mode take a photo in the settings you have set and then once you need to keep recording videos you show pal again and you will be back into video mode so it is very good you can also select stereo especially if you record indoors where there is no way or Direction Focus which means that only the front microphone will be capturing sound ahead so this is the sound you are going to get if you're going to be recording in Stereo mode indoors I'm not using any external microphone anything like that this is strictly the sound from the camera itself timed capture lets you record video photo any mode at the time you set so if you want to program recording time lapse for example while you are not around you can select time and all settings for the specific mode here next icon is for pairing a Bluetooth remote if you have one next to it you can connect your Bluetooth headphones I'm a little bit closer to you right now because I zoomed in onto the picture I wanted to see how the picture is going to look like I'm also using my airpods so this is the sound you're going to get if you're going to be talking through airpods I'm going to tell you shortly how you're going to connect those airpods to the camera let me just zoom up and I'm a little bit further away from you so you have to place your airpods into the box you keep the lid open and then at the end at the back I mean there is a little button which you will keep pressing that way you will get the airpods into the pairing mode at the same time you will also go into the Bluetooth pairing mode on Insta 360 camera until you see that the airpods are found and you can pair them together so this is a s or going to get if you're going to be recording with your airpods and these are old ones these are new the last icon will take you to even more settings camera info will tell you all about your camera and Camera firmware version let's go to the general settings below here you can turn off vibration if you like and disable long press to cancel recording what's that if you just normally press the shutter button the video will stop recording and Save if you however record and decide you actually don't want to keep this long press the shutter button and you will get a prompt to stop recording and not save this video this will save you the hassle of going to playback where you have to then delete the file below you can enable Bluetooth wake up adjust external M gain if you find the sound to be too quiet you can extend or disable auto power off and you can change screen Auto deep time or disable it another sound setup is here I'm recording myself through Kamika microphone it's the wireless one so microphone is right here the second half is over there I'm going to show you the setup very shortly what I really love about the display on the flipout screen is that you will see a sound bar at the top so you can see that the sound is actually being recorded as you are talking in the general settings I enabled plus 3 DB increase for the sound because I found it was a little bit too low so there you go this is how it's going to sound if you're going to be recording Outdoors yourself through wireless microphone and this is a setup you will be using just to quickly show you the setup so there is a MC adapter right here obviously there's a wire leading to Kamika um receiver which is attached on the hot shoe right here and this whole setup is on this new multi mount created by insta 360 and pgy Tech they worked together to create this new vlogging arm it's not just a vlogging arm it's actually you can use it as a you can use it as a tripod I'm going to show you that indoors it's very multifunctional as I said before you can position different heights you can position different angles it just works really well if you don't want the front screen display on you can disable it here and you can also turn off touch to activate wait when off right now when the screen gets dark once you touch it it will turn on let's go back Wi-Fi settings are below power off charging has three options charge only charge and Power on charge and record image settings are below anti flicker is set to Auto by default you can also change it to 50 or 60 Hearts video encoding is set to age 265 bya B you can also select h264 if you prefer rate is set to high let's leave it here to have the highest quality possible let's go back below is your language date and time setting SD card where you can format the card below is where you can calibrate gyroscope if you find that something is off reset tutorial reset camera is below and certification info so these were all camera settings it's time to go through camera modes first one is video before I get to video settings let's start with some Basics now you see all the icons on the screen if you want a clutter-free screen just tap on it and the icons will go away tap again to bring them back it is the same while you record this camera has a Clarity Zoom which is this little arrow when you tap that or double tap the screen you can instantly zoom in two times this also works during recording double tap to zoom out or press those arrows again when you press the shutter and record video you can now pause video recording when you press the icon here to continue recording press this icon again or press the shutter button to stop recording press this icon or shutter button this is excellent if you want to keep everything under one file or use simply want to cut down some video editing time let's go through video settings the first icon at the bottom on the left are camera modes I will get to it later next to it are camera settings you can tap to get to them or simply swipe up the screen first one is stabilization if you will have a camera on a tripod you don't need stabilization turn it off if you want minimal stabilization so the sport feels like you are there keep it low [Music] standard is standard and that is set by default the stabilization you see right now is just standard so this would be ideal for vlogging I have also enabled HDR you are listening to the sound straight from the camera I just wanted to see how the picture quality is going to get if the HDR is on so this is walking while you are vlogging hi stabilization is recommended for extreme sports such as mountain biking aspect ratio allows you to choose from regular 16x9 4x3 or wide screen 2.35 [Music] by1 [Music] duration is set to Infinity meaning it will stop recording when you press the shutter button you can however select how long you want the recording so you don't have to touch the shutter button resolution is below if you choose 4K you will get HDR in 24 25 and 30 frames per second everything above will not be [Music] HDR the best setting for this camera is to film in 4k 30 60 or 120 frames per second with low or medium sharpness with standard color profile let's close this setting and swipe left in automatic mode you can choose a color profile based on location and lighting conditions you have standard Vivid and flat profile for your own color grading you can download convention lot from insta 360 website biking one biking 2 Urban one and two snow 1 and two night 1 and two and ocean 1 and two let's go back next you can adjust exposure I find that the image is always little bit Overexposed so I like to keep it at minus 0.5 sometimes on Bright Days even at minus1 below is where you can select metering mode default is face priority Matrix is also available this is a multi mode for General scenes if you will be filming in low light conditions you can enable low light stabilization and you can also select white balance manually instead of having it on [Music] auto video sharpness is set to high I would highly recommend to tone it down down to medium or low to get rid of the oversharpened look I prefer [Music] medium filming in manual mode is available you can control Shadow speed and ISO for those wondering ND filters are available for purchase in insta 360 online store it's very simple to set filming in manual mode if you film in 30 frames per second for example you just have to double the shutter speed 30 * 2 is 60 so you select 160th ISO you will bring down as much as you can if you will be filming Outdoors on a bright day you will go with 100 and you will use ND filter to darken the image image if you will film indoors you don't need an ND filter but you will have to bring the iso a bit up to brighten the image let's go back to the screen and hit the camera angle for action shots such as skiing cycling use action view to get extremely wide angle shut Ultra wide angle is good for hiking and similar activities Dorp will get rid of any distortions this is what you want to use if you are vlogging for example last one Horizon lock if you move a little bit left and right the Horizon will stay the same so far I have shown you the regular setup with quick release I have one more item here for those who want to film in vertical mode this is a vertical horizontal Mount and this is how it looks once you put it all together let's go to camera modes video has been already explained pure shut video mode is great for low light filming because of the large sensor and AI chip it will reduce noise improve brightness and dynamic range the highest resolution you are going to get is 4K and you can only film in automatic mode you can control white balance though free frame video mode lets you film in 4x3 aspect ratio in 4k up to 60 frames per second you have the freedom to export any aspect ratio this is great if you're are planning to post on social media but don't know exact L were yet if you don't want to see the guides you can turn it off you can also shoot in manual mode in this mode you can select camera angle Ultra wide dewarp and also 45° or 360° Horizon lock if you rotate the camera left and right the Horizon will stay the same you can only see the effect after you export the video in an app you can also find tune stabilization in post time shift mode is your hyperlapse as you are moving video will be recorded in 4k 30 frames per second and you can choose a field of view between Ultra and dorb you can also film in manual mode if you [Music] prefer time-lapse mode will be filmed in 4k you can choose a field of view Ultra wide or Dorp and you can film in manual mode Let's go to time-lapse settings what I really love is that they edit this helpful guide at the top that helps to guide you with settings what I mean is that right now you can choose ideal settings for City rush if I film 3 minutes for example at a fast interval 0.5 seconds the final clip will be 12 seconds long if I increase the interval to 5 Seconds it tells me that this is perfect for sunrise and sunset time-lapse filming I have to increase the shoot length here to get the length of the video I want if I increase the interval to 10 seconds this is perfect for dynamic clouds 30 seconds is for Dawn and dusk 60 and 120 seconds is for flower opening stabilization is off by default you can turn it on if you prefer and you can also choose aspect ratio here Loop recording mode is great if you are using the camera as a dash cam for example it will record continuously but will save only the last fixed length segment it will save a lot of space on memory card if you go to settings what is important is to select the loop duration default is set to 3 minutes so only the last 3 minutes of the video will be saved you can also film in manual mode here you can also choose your preferred camera angle slow motion can be filmed in 4k at 120 or 100 frames per second if you want higher frame rate you need to film in 1080P you can get up to 240 frames per second here you can choose camera angle and film in manual [Music] mode starlabs mode will shoot and store multiple photos which are then automatically combined into a starlabs effect you can choose what type you want to capture starlabs video star Trails video or Star Trails photo the resolution will be 12 megapixels and you can enable the timer here you can choose the camera angle this will be shut in manual mode it's already set however you can further adjust the settings yourself burst photo is great for Action shuts it will take multiple photos in 12 megapixels you can select how many photos you want to take three photos every 1 second you can increase the interval to 10 photos every 3 seconds 30 photos every 6 seconds or 10 seconds you can select aspect ratio enable timer select camera angle and you can also shoot in manual [Music] mode interval mode takes continuous photo at a specific time interval the photos can be taken at 48 or 12 megapixels resolution at the top is where you can select interval anywhere from 3 seconds to 120 seconds ratio duration and you can also enable the timer at the bottom camera angles available are Ultra wide and Dorp internal photos can be also taken in manual mode hdr photos are next and those will be taken at 12 megapixels resolution in pure shut format you can change aspect ratio enable timer camera angles available are Ultra wide and Dorp HDR photos are taken in automatic mode you can however control metering mode and white balance photo mode offers 48 and 12 megapixels resolution photos at the top you can select format jpack pure shut and pure shut plus raw if you would like to edit the photos further you can change ratio enable the timer choose camera angle and you can also take these photos in manual mode Let's go back to modes and slide to the next page called presets you will find already some modes saved here for filming such as biking skiing surfing diving and block at the bottom you see the settings for each mode if you hit this icon on the right you can change the settings to what you need if you hit the plus icon you can create more presets and create custom ones as well let's dip very quickly into insta 360 app and only mention the most important new features because there is simply so much to cover it will be another whole video first of all with this camera you can download footage in the background meaning you can can close the app and do other things then come back to it once it is done if you have a garment device or Apple watch you can pair it to get stats such as GPS speed and other data that will be included in this video Simply select your recorded video go to Stats and follow all directions here shet has a new template this is called AI Warp there are many others you can explore and try out AI selfie stick eraser is a great one give it a thumbs up if you found this tutorial helpful and congratulations if you made it all the way here till the end this was a very long one subscribe for
