this is prime bel air yeah this house is so sick you're gonna die okay and as amazing as the house is like it's like there's a green there's a green light detail you have the you have the water feature this is all different color lights but my favorite thing is look at this door yeah this door is huge i mean with your height it works for you with yeah i need it i need a door i need a door like this so with your height it works for you with my height it definitely makes me this is so heavy he's trying to wipe me out guys he's trying to get me out of his door the door is that heavy so there's two buildings there's two so this is the guest house got it this is not just a garage it is a garage with amazing cars but nft gallery so there are millions and millions and millions of dollars worth of nfts i don't exactly get that in ft concept so these there's nfts in these screens these are s these are nft yeah these are nfts are they're made specifically for this house wow um a lot of them are really super famous um this car fits your signs yeah you could drive this in new york and i have i have this car just not with like like the the big wheels yeah you know i like the regular wheels yeah it's probably a good idea not to have those in new york i can't drive this thing around new york can you imagine um but like have you seen a garage that's actually an art gallery no so no and a digital art gallery oh man there's like i didn't realize i thought that was a reflection so the different nfts there there there by the way you don't even get garages in new york yeah so yeah that's kind of uh this is insane obviously this is an incredible moment uh as you walk but then you have the secondary garage with like the race car yeah that's that's this is like the the user garage to just pull and get it i got it it's like the bomb girl that's the mom garage probably for the little race car actually got it uh guest house here huge scale before i even take you through this house which is sick yeah i just need you to like look at that and then we could go through the house but because we're about to lose light i just want to show you what this house is all about wow because this house is all about that view wow and then we'll go back to the house so this is what makes this prime bell air is that you're in this section of the city but you're high up and you've got the views well let me show you well what makes this site is this is by far the best view in all of los angeles i know you've seen a lot of ballet at this point oh my god um but i can tell you you have not seen this view yet and look at this wow like this view is sick like you have downtown you have century city oh my you have ucla you have the quarter and you have the ocean like and it's like you also have total privacy like there's no other i don't see any other houses no other houses yeah so this is the living room it's look at the ceilings it's insane it's like insane it's crazy look at the lighting um incredible design incredible architecture yeah what i've noticed in la like the interior design and the staging is like we i've never walked through an empty house here we don't do empty houses like i don't in new york we have empty apartments all the time 50 million dollars bare bones maybe like the living room in the in the primary suite will be staged but like sellers are so cheap here you walk into any house and like the art is perfect you've got perfect trees everything well let me tell you sellers here are cheap too yeah um they don't like it but for whatever reason in l.a i always tell people buyers are looking for that curated lifestyle um someone just buy this and take it fully furnished by the way they want they don't even want they just it's not just furniture and art they want everything they want the car they want the nfc because they're buying the lifestyle they're buying a lifestyle they even want us to help them get into the private actually incredible light wall and one of the things that i think is super cool is he he made the house feel a little like mid-century oh it's super warm good lining which which gives it some warmth which i think is incredible how much do you think this owner paid to make sure nobody blocked his so he actually bought our rights here he actually made l.a by the way it's never done here in la it's a thing in new york so that should be for all of you i want you to guess right put it in the comments how much do you think that this current owner who you just met paid for the air rights to make this actually darks out so if you want a proper theater you have it you can totally close it but if you want to just enjoy the moment you have gorgeous garden the thing about this house that's sick is every view you see whether it's like to the left to the right to the north to the south you're gonna see something beautiful you're gonna see a great artistic moment and um it's straight crazy is that the shower that's the shower the shower is just like this room yeah well you have like i'm just in the shower right now well you have literally hidden drains massive marble and like obviously duels oh yeah so the drain i didn't even see that the drains are under the yeah this is cool and there's a really tight line so you know in normal houses you're going to get a lot of wet marble yeah in this house it's very curated to make sure that doesn't happen got it and then you just have like an entry area into one of the guest suites really pretty really pretty now and look at this like i love this landscape moment uh yeah it's really cool beautiful it's actually kind of hampton's like the vibe yeah it's super hampton see uh and then you obviously have amazing sculptures throughout very manicured you could kind of come over to your left and you're gonna see like an incredible pizza oven you're gonna see by the way this house has no shortage of bars you'll see a repetitious theme and there's a pizza button there's a bar and there's like five bars along the way and then we just have the bedroom here and then we have a bedroom here yeah nice closet okay cool all right should we go upstairs let's do it um before we go up a minute but is this gonna drop no hold on let's see if i can get this there we go shut this up just this is my kanye moment this is your kanye moment so so you know how we were saying this house is made for authors yeah definitely not literally this is a dj booth in this house so that when somebody is having a party the dj can be raised the music can get turned on and boom what this is a raised dj booth i'm standing on right now what is happening this is like in concerts like stadiums literally like we have had a party here we had a pretty significant g day playing and this is insane this is so cool what a random thing to put into a house you know the the thing about this uh developer is you know he put this is him you know this is his vibe this is his energy he put his heart and soul in it and ridiculous that was crazy okay look look below oh i see the dj stuff down there so you have dj stuff and you have an actual safe room see that you see that look down there see that thing how do you get in there you have to crawl underneath this thing oh there is a basement with stairs that you can get down there cool all right that is wild is that wild look at that look at that there's a whole booth wild i'll leave that that'll be fun for a little bit okay next next i don't know what beats that you want to take the elevator up or stairs let's do stairs perfect oh this is so cool so the lights are turning on now yeah and by the way i'm not just saying this right you really are in the best view in all of l.a no joke like this is it really is the best view unobstructed um notice how cool this is he has that's a huge fish that's huge that's super expensive um you have the koi pond you have the live wall you have fire and then you have that view it doesn't get much better than that that's insane it's not often you get a wall of glass it's just really really pretty it's pretty though yeah really pretty super sweet that's fun is that fun dude i haven't seen a circle bed in a long time it's a little nod to the 70s yeah down to the 70s that's super cool especially like in a room like this it's like wall-to-wall glass i was actually against this bed going in yeah but now that it's in i really like it this is obviously the elevator that's gonna be it's such a cool moment it's like the last elevator is there another floor above us or no yeah but there is a dad there's a sick rooftop okay so that's where the elevator thing goes yeah and it's gonna take you all the way up there um this is the east's view you're you're not seeing the clearest day but you know it's so great it's nicely built out all the closets not only did he build them out they're thoughtfully built out because you know i'm pretty good at real estate but i'm a short guy and i love the fact that they have these pull downs yeah which make it user friendly for somebody like me well you know that's awesome and but look at all the lighting look at how it's built out it's super quality yeah it's really really nice really pretty and by the way all the bedrooms have these incredible balconies it's really cool okay are you ready for my next favorite part of this house so you have a dj booth you have the views i just noticed under those stairs we just walked up those stairs and there's like that alligator that's out there do you say have you seen these fish yet can you see them it's so cool that like huge orange one in the middle oh my god okay ready for this yes you have a glass bridge nice glass bridge connecting you to the master which by the way i always tell people if you're wearing a dress yeah women this could be a little precarious yeah um but luckily we don't have a problem yeah so ryan glass bridge yeah dj booth tj booth and then this ballroom insane ballroom with insane views and that's such a cool pool and that's such a cool pool now super cool by the way that pool has everything from like music to lighting to star lighting oh it's it's like blinking yeah it has stars the pool has stars the pool has stars all right we'll get out there again and again you have this incredible steel door bringing you into this gorgeous master and as amazing as this master is this view this is a fun bed because it's like the couch that leads into it kind of a little fun nod to the 70s again yeah the 70s are back these days yeah i could tell yeah yeah heavy look at that jacuzzi by the way yeah is that pool being all lit right now yeah with the stars is crazy and a massive jacuzzi without all the detail it's a totally different house oh sure but that's what makes it house right yeah but i would like this is kind of how you just completely just take it as is oh for sure and that's what they're made for right take the art take the furniture bring a toothbrush and call wow look at this this is one of my favorite bathrooms wow sick now wow incredible wow so you have this awesome tub uh i love this piece crazy crazy but what's incredible about this bathroom is that this is your shower what this is your shower that's the shower this is the shower i am like not even joking i it took me a second because i didn't know what i was looking at ryan wow you have these you know incredible shower heads that do everything light up all the stuff you have obviously the view nobody can see in because you're so high up but if you wanted to just make sure that it's super private you could privatize that glass by switching a switch and all of a sudden the glass becomes non-transparent do you see it no i can't tell the difference look oh over there oh got it oh right we're taking the shower yet got it and the other thing that's super fun about this thoughtful shower crazy let's say you want to shower and feel like you're in and outside you literally just open your door that's insane you can be here and enjoy that so you have double closets his and hers yep and you have a little massage room off the master bath or this could also be like a home office like i almost feel like exactly home office hangout area oh where's that staircase go let me show you so off your master okay is a marble spiral staircase more marble more marble leading you to an incredible deck so you have one of the best decks in all of l.a whoa that's sick now this is like this is insane this is a world in itself what i call it i don't remember last time i went on a roof deck in la that was like fully built like this with your glass elevator popping up anywhere over there look at that and look at this is like a magical garden on top of a roof overlooking the entire city what in thought can again perfect for the author that we just but this is like like like i'm in a club right now yeah like this is set up like a club remember i told you the house is not short of ours you have another bar here as well wow oh yeah and for a second if you just like the view is there right and the view is insane yeah right and that makes the house you had mentioned the in-law suite yeah not connected to the house you have a totally separate building uh in the suite you have an incredible living room dining room bathroom it's literally like a second it's 2500 square feet crazy of another house it's awesome such a cool house this is such a like statement house it really is not for everybody but for who it's going to be for yeah you're going
