office this light field office features warm wood paneled walls pool views and a bright bathroom surrounded in marble leaving the office no question the centerpiece of this entrance is this custom spiral wood staircase i mean if you come closer you actually have lights that are suspended from the ceiling all the way to the basement which we'll show you later i like that it is pretty sweet another thing that's sweet is this open concept living space [Music] all right so now we're standing in the formal living room where you have this huge book matched fireplace i mean check out the size of that i do love the green detail in that yeah there's nice grains in there speaking of grains these marble slabs here are so big that it takes about four people to move them into place unless you're superman unless you're superman and then to my left over there you've got yourself the wine bar [Music] then the formal dining room and this formal dining room actually has access to the balcony and it's also separated by another book matched fireplace and that was actually see-through this one is see-through and it leads you to the kitchen so let's go and check that out [Music] this open concept place to watch tv while mom's cooking the pasta sauce ah there you go custom built-in entertainment unit with that marble detail in the back and lights i mean come on [Music] now we're going to show you what's behind the kitchen which is a perfect spot to prep food and what they call a walk kitchen so you've got yourself a sink a nice window above it you also have a natural gas stove cooktop with a pot filler i mean i love those things and then to my right you got the fridge and freezer and then a oven and a microwave so this is a big kitchen it's kind of like a condo kitchen yeah it's got everything you need now over here you've got a perfect spot to hang your coats which is adjacent right to your three-car garage door from the garage you make your way down this hallway where you got another door that leads you back into the living space in the kitchen area and then we've got all this storage here which leads you to the secret door doesn't really look like a secret door not from this side but from this side it does now we're here back at the main entrance where you have elevator access to the second level but i think we got to take this beautiful spiral staircase let's go and check out upstairs [Music] the warm features of the home continue at the top of the stairs with the wood paneled walls and illuminated custom crown moldings so the top floor has four bedrooms two of which are masters let's check out the first one to my right behind these double doors [Music] so through the double doors you've got this nice size master bedroom you got beautiful pendants hanging on closet it's all lit up it even has two little windows above so now let's go and check out the laundry room here on the second level and that's over here past the stairs oh man these stairs are beautiful so past the stairs you've got yourself a conveniently located washer and dryer so you got algae appliances nice countertop a sink and even two windows above from here and past the elevator let's go and check out the second master suite so through double doors again you've got a huge master suite i think this might be bigger than the first one sorry to tell they're both amazing they're both pretty big yeah but this one actually has two decks one on the right here through that door and then one right through here but i think the best feature in this once again is those views yes to it's got this silver leaf look to it very sleek so we're gonna make our way out the hallway this huge hallway did you see the planks these floors are beautiful nice and wide and then to my right you've got the third bedroom up here the spacious third bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub floating sink and toilet and a walk-in closet and then over here we've got the fourth bedroom the fourth and last bedroom upstairs has a cozy patio with gorgeous vancouver views and an ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower now let's head downstairs to check out all the entertainment now this is a place to entertain [Music] all right so past the beautiful stairs here in the basement you've got this unbelievable movie theater now it's got this sound dampening wall that's white now usually you see dark in these rooms but i actually like the white look and then of course beautiful luxe carpet and i mean plenty of room for all your family then outside of the theater and to the right check out this wine room so you got the suspension rack system to display all your favorite wines as well remember that um cristal countertop we're talking about upstairs i remember that so these are actually little pieces the same thing that are lit up plenty of storage below and i mean a perfect place to have a drink oh yeah and then when you want to make a drink you do it right here at the bar so this bar has nice bar seating around it does have a fridge pretty much anything you need to pour some drinks so adjacent to the bar you got yourself a pool table to entertain your guests also access to the patio out there and then right behind me your very own home gym [Music] so adjacent to the theater you've got an additional living space here which is perfect to watch the game with your friends with that beautiful fireplace and the tv above surrounded in marble again and in this corner another special treat what's that so in here you've got yourself a sauna with a perfect spot for some towels and in this corner a bathroom that's right another bathroom so now this one's sleek you got this beautiful floating vanity with the lights below a nice modern sink and then check out these tiles so these tiles actually have this wavy look to them looks like water is just flowing down yeah it looks like water is coming down and then in this side you have a toilet and over here believe it or not you have a urinal and then so now this is another little space that's actually not just a bedroom it's pretty much a whole suite perfect for an out-of-town guest or a nanny this suite features a mini kitchen a cozy seating area a walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom surrounded in marble [Music] so just when you think the entertainment ends it only gets better and that is right outside so as you exit the basement you've got this nice cozy sitting area to my left lush greenery on the right and then straight in front of me here you've got your very own hot tub so not only can you entertain in here but you can also entertain on your very own putting green [Music] so while it's nice to have a hot tub and a putting green you know we have to save the best for last and that's the pool so the large pool has this huge sun shelf it's about one third of the pool it's a perfect spot to get your tan on and when it gets chilly you can hop right over there in the hot tub at that end not only that you've got two huge fire bowls right beside your pool yeah and i love these palm trees in the sitting area over here yes you got some nice sitting over there and then right below me is where you'd play a game of chess so i think you guys got to go and we got i think you guys are out of here because we've got to play a game of chess what's your first move i
