here without a master suite and the living room let's save that for later so this is the great room very nice sectional coach riffing you notice the pocket doors slide oh yeah beautiful views again at in the phone I love that you have the big pocket doors in the diamond doors next for the meteor beam and wet bar source or closet so this is the bathroom for I've seen the pool outdoor area you got the toilet over here right down there there is a seating area shower like the slant who doesn't have this in it alright then this is the entertainment [Music] didn't area once again Lake Las Vegas beautiful wet bar [Music] wine coolers here went up here as well you won't be able to see this but there is an ice machine everybody needs a nice I'll just have the trusty on that ass check out this nice entertainment right here five TVs tomorrow exports may be placing bids watching movie pants you can never have too weak TVs right oh no I might have a separate looms you can just put them all in one true big pocket door that soon you throw a slide away so if you want to watch a movie you just close this all up get it nice and dark in here it's like it let's make our way to the master [ __ ] there is actually a little entrance here though what's that's why not open it first this is the butler's pantry we've got the washer dryer sink this way kind of a kitchen prep area fridge another sink here you need to put a seat up it here more storage put on a mac and cheese you know if I'm oh what's this [ __ ] so when you're a fool and I are your clothing Oh very convenient that's right in this door behind me comes over here big garage three-car garage [Music] this garage that's what more we can and then we can come on to this story here which is right here I like that and then right off of your garage a little really that's that love this strolling here and then what comes around and pull it over here even though I'm here make sure you look good all right let's go and check out the office and master bedroom once again we're walking by this new entrance we will go first through the office so this is where you get to work up that's where the business happens so this is where we came into the front entrance so if you gotta you know you got a business meeting you're waiting for somebody to come and you can just see them so this opens off and you just let them in right through here no what do you think yeah all right let's go check out my favorite place and that's big [Music] you're right here we got this nice seating area once again at the Stonewall you have this beautiful fireplace here C's do to the other side in a bug you got some nice windows you're the master bed over here really generous in size see the area in the front and then nice seating area outside here I'm liking that most of the wall is glass so all you're seeing is waterfront definitely alright so this is probably one of the best bathrooms I think we've ever seen yeah let's go pick it up not quite yet first let's show them the plaza so comment rate called it easy completed yes but you get an idea of the size of it very big sack of a washer/dryer yeah this is massive it is massive and then even more storage around the corner a little bit that's a his sexually yeah maybe his this is offers yeah once again windows above basically another bedroom and alright so my favorite room the master bathroom yet his/her toilets double sinks really high ceilings beautiful soaker tub it's like a matte white finish I like how deep it is as well it's there you know a nice beautiful shower it's got the ring hand way up above like what's that come on you all ease where you put your soap nah right all right let's go to the who everyone so next up we have the second level if we go to the store here closet space and then up here we go once again stone wall on each side windows here windows above I always love the use of Windows and every spot that they could possibly plot now then we've got another door here which is another closet what I'm told is this closet can actually connect to the one below for an elevator you can see how I ended up here yeah so that you can put them in there if you really wanted to Thanks come over here check out this beautiful view though there's that funky chandelier we're talking about yes you see down below to the liquor run again windows up above letting you see all the view or living space but let's check out the bedrooms first first one this guy's your number one play in your room you got a nice walk-in closet here hmm and then back around here you've got a jack-and-jill bathroom you have a tub here next window above double sinks and then over here you got your toilets you guys for that hasn't been doing please super clean in here in bedroom number two around here you got views of the golf course walk-in closet here big room it's any space it is an excess third bedroom up here but I like this ceiling in here yeah there's really no more space of view so you can see the nice golf course up there another walk-in closet and then its own ensuite bathroom mirrors they sink again lots of room in the shower for sure so three bedrooms up here three bedrooms so hard see here so that's looking back to where we came another sitting here you'll actually big yeah so looks like there's another spot you put a TV here as well like these chairs yeah and this and then we have looks like another closet there's a lot of closet area lots of hot this is a big closet action it is a big toilet and then another cozy little bathroom with a shower yeah beautiful alright let's go and take a tour of outside the moment I've been waiting for because it looks amazing up back downstairs once the green room the front entryway again they'll be dry up the beautiful back pull it store it here another big flex give it in door you got this floating walkway here I like that watering on water Heights with your water in each size in between and then hot tub large pool cue palm trees feels like you're at a resort I'm confused are we in Vegas or I think this is like Newport Beach maybe Mexico Wow beautiful so this was um you can see there a little bit we've got the that's the master suite so there was a living room over there this is the bedroom then we come around here that was the little patio area for the master bedroom and then back over here you see the scale of the house this is amazing you definitely do some laps in this pool oh yeah NASA go between the pool and this is a linear fireplace you have a nice seating area here the water walk I like the sound of that the whole thing there's only crossfire Wow I like the water to seep it over the edge you got a front-row seat into the fire show hopefully we can capture that later on tonight yeah over here we've got this covered patio area nice so if you don't want too much Sun you can hide under there and then it's beautiful barbecue area it's a massive barbecue set up here so you got a huge barbecue buy links and got a fridge right here yeah keep those beverages nice and cold yes sink and then that's where the entertainment space was with the bar and then this is all your frontage and we've even got your own little personal beach [Music] overlooking the water you can see the golf course there you've got the Westin Hotel over there it was beautiful Wow take that in take that in I'm ready to move the heats beaming down right now yeah as you want to lay out the towel turn around get a shot at this house look at that beautiful private nobody's around there and I noticed like a little path walkway to that walkway that goes along the whole front of the property well I guess so this would be the back yeah but you know what I mean probably not all right well show this little space behind Urawa let's do it this is actually it's real grass it is ro graph see you can enter here if you like once again your ports on the left it just leaves off to uh you just walk to the edge and just admire walk to the edge maybe get on a skateboard and fly into the water over here you got this nice little Zen area medications and you can see enjoying this I would love to see but this might be a little bit of birth to break a roof so I'll pass the dining room dinner and if you come around this way this is where the entry to the garage is go take a look yeah that's not this looks
