ULTRA MODERN 4 Bedroom Home Complete w/ In-law Suite And A MUST SEE Kitchen!

what's going on everyone and welcome back today we are in Illinois and we're getting ready to check out a brand new home from Overstreet Builders so let me turn you around I'll tell you all about all right we got a little modern Flair happening today super excited about that always love these modern homes this one in particular is the Kensington this home right here features four bedrooms four bathrooms a four-car garage and all of that sitting inside of approximately 4 221 square feet now this one's been modified just slightly uh which I will kind of point out to you as we get to those sections uh but this home you can expect to start at approximately 1.1 million dollars and as we're going to be touring it it'll be approximately 1.9 so with that let's go ahead and get inside [Music] all right here we go man Illinois it's been quite some time since I've been here I think it's been almost a year but uh shoot just as soon as you walk in this helmet is wide open looks amazing I love the catwalk and the banisters I think they look spectacular I'm super excited about getting into that living room but I'll go ahead and turn you around let's check out this big old foyer right here just look at all the windows tons of windows it's so big too nice and open all right now there's things happening to both sides we'll go ahead and start to the right hand side as you walk in and you have the office you got these nice big doors right here huge crank out windows looking out into that front yard [Music] nice spacious office kind of tucked away from everything digging that all right now like I said outside there have been a couple modifications to the overall floor plan and one of them is this half bath which we're about to get into but you do have a coat closet right here in the foyer now this half bath would normally be a full-size bat but they've converted the room next door into a in-law suite so this one is now a half bath which also works though you know what I mean cool little sconces but if you got a bunch of guests over you don't want them in all the bedrooms so [Music] perfect so this would be more like the in-law suite obviously it's set up like an office right now but a little imagining really cool color I love this this green this green color is really nice I see it in a lot of homes and it's one of my favorites but it does have a closet in here and then this which typically wouldn't be here is now a full ensuite so really nice shower got the tile not quite going all the way up a couple rainfall shower or a couple shower heads rainfall showers I don't know why I got that on the brain foreign back across the foyer you've got your formal dining room love this accent wall back here almost like some trellises looking really good you got the double Trace ceiling and then just really big light fixture and table again some more nice crank out windows the whole space like the whole house is just open and Airy it's gorgeous and wait until I already poked my head upstairs just wait until we get up there and check out that a master bedroom that thing is that ensuite and and closet that thing is serious so coming into the great room huge multi-bladed fan that thing is nice looks like one of them windmills got the huge fireplace with the floating mantle and hearth I guess the mantle is not really floating because that's just what they always look like but got the floating Hearth tile well I guess it turns into wood doesn't it got panels going all the way up to the ceiling I guess on the sides it goes up but then you just have plenty of Windows in here as well I love the columns that just kind of divide everything up I think that looks really good a little bit different you got clear views up into the second floor and then from here we'll go ahead and I haven't really poked around too much at the kitchen area you got a wet bar a few little prep sink some wine racks you got a nice little beverage Chiller down there below it nice soft closed drawers and then from here we're getting into the kitchen into the meat and potatoes so you got a little Buffet right here really cool kind of glass tile backsplash [Music] refrigerator [Music] and we'll get to that and stuff in just a minute we'll stick with the kitchen you got your I think this is a who got the wolf appliances super fancy so you got the microwave and oven got the wolf range with the double ovens there huge range hood some of these uppers all the cabinets going up to the ceiling so you don't ever have to worry about dusting up there big old Island I like that it's got cabinets at one end and seats on the other I think that's pretty neat it's kind of another way that to separate the space a little bit give it a multi-purpose function [Music] nice and oh and then you got all these drawers here on this end as well so that's pretty nifty oh that's really big too then on the back side you got your sink looking out towards your backyard and your Hearth room right here then you got penalized I think this is the dishwasher yeah and then a little Trash Can drawer down here and then just a heap of Island space you got all the island space and if you didn't have enough iron space through this doorway right here you come into the butler's Pantry where you have another microwave another beverage refrigerator and even more counter space so loving that [Music] another nice big window over here and all the way through to the back you have your pantry and check out all of the cabinet space in here all the shelves tons of them you can get in here and I mean you can alphabetize your canned goods and turn around and put your jars over here and color coordinated [Music] patterns I mean you've got you got the the shelving space for all that fun stuff and then let's go over here to what they're calling the Hearth room so you've got kind of your less formal dining space maybe like a morning room that's probably what I would call this more so than I threw him like a morning room because it looks like a place that you're going to come and sit here eat your breakfast maybe come over here grab yourself a cup of coffee and hang out and enjoy you got all these windows back behind you so it just helps you wake up nice and slow another big old fan up above us I'm going to get outside now out here is an additional thing that you can do with the house and that's just extending this patio but you do have kind of the outdoor cooking area with a big old Grill I think this is another little refrigerator [Music] and then out here you just got tons of space put yourself one of those big old tables with an umbrella and some seats and just kind of hang out and then we'll get down here into the yard so you can check out the rear elevation it's got this almost like tan Hardy Board siding maybe it had it on the front too just really didn't pay much attention to it but it looks really good I like that tan color now on the opposite side of the kitchen is like your mud room area which is nice because you're you're not too far from the pantry but you also have a little Media Center in here so the kids can come in here and do their homework you've got tons of Cubbies over here drop your shoes hang up all your coats got another coat closet and another one I think it goes oh yeah it does it goes all the way through then this door right here would lead out into the garage right now they're using it for office space but that's where that would go sometimes I can show you sometimes I can't hopefully I'll forgive me and then downstairs I don't know how much is downstairs I know they've got it kind of set up like offices we'll come down here and we'll poke our head around the corner though see what we got a pretty big space you could finish it off turn it into like a game room a little media center put yourself a bar down here add some additional bedrooms if you wanted to but we'll leave them they're down there they're down there working so don't want to disturb them too much anyway now we can get up to the fun stuff the upstairs wait until you see this master bedroom it is huge also if you are interested in we can't we can't get to it right now but this room right here again it's got that nice green color to it it's kind of cool for all the different doors you got a nice little walk-in closet right here [Music] and then it's got a Jack and Jill bathroom I'll show you the bathroom but I want to kind of go back out into the Hall before we get into the other bedroom just so you can kind of see where all it comes out of set up I like how it's caddy cornered like that and then you've got kind of The Water Closet open to above with the kind of sunlight moon light whatever you call that the pocket door and then you've got a another shower in here with the tub foreign ER this one sits up towards the front of the house you got views down into the foyer but this room is about the same size but this one has something special which This Modern elevation has and you can I'll show it to you after we get into the closet but you can see that you have access into the bathroom and then you've got a nice big closet in here too but this one actually has the patio right here which is or balcony which is super handy kind of a fun place even if you were to turn this bedroom in like a guest room or something it'd be like they were on vacation they'd come out here and hang out take in all the sights and then back on the other side we do have views down into the great room [Music] oh yeah I'm I guess there wasn't a there's automatic light in here just to warn you so I didn't even think about that there's not a laundry room downstairs it's up here and there's actually two up here and I'll show you the other one in a minute so washer dryer hookups with those front load washer and dryers plenty of folding space [Music] the wash basin and you've got like a cleaning closet back here oh some more automatic lights that goes way back there too and then into the fourth bedroom so I feel like the one downstairs that bedroom that's more like a bonus room this would actually be considered the fourth bedroom and all of them are sitting up here on the second floor but you know if you wanted that fifth bedroom that one met all the requirements this one's a real nice size the ensuite a nice big tub the tire was going not quite all the way up to the ceiling but it is a fun little tile all right nope just kidding we're not quite there you got the closet which this thing is massive take a couple steps to get in here all right now we can get into it so the master suites you've got the double doors that open up into it you've got the double tray ceiling I mean this room is just amazing I love all the windows in here I think that is fantastic I don't know what this light does it probably turns the lamps on I always come into these model homes in the lamps they're more so for show they're never really on but I feel like that's what that light switch was for a huge room and then you've got the barn door right here that leads into this amazing ensuite so deep deep tray ceiling beautiful light fixture check out all the counter space that you get on this vanity yeah hold the Cabinetry and then back behind us you got one of those Infinity tubs you got a zero threshold into the shower itself it's just super sleek and modern looking in here look at all these shower heads got three of them plus the wand which is really neat I don't even know what this doohickey does and then you've got these accent lights [Music] on both sides just kind of recessed a little bit and then back this way there's another cool thing about the modern elevation which I'll show you here in a second too huge water closet though this thing is you got a whole space in the world probably put yourself a like a little cabinet or shelf right there and this I would imagine would be like a linen closet put some shelves in here looks like they're just not quite set up yet but with the modern elevation you get this huge walk-in closet and I'll show you how it kind of wraps around in just a minute but you do have another space for a stackable washer and dryer so you have your own private laundry room here in the master closet which is neat but this thing just kind of wraps around all the space in the
