welcome to Boca Raton where we take you on a tour of this waterfront estate built by SRD building Corp and stunning interior design by P&H interiors [Music] represented by Royal Club properties this remarkable home features four bedrooms six bathrooms and has just under 8,000 square feet of living space let's make our way through the custom glass door into this luxurious modern home the tranquil atrium foyer features two-story floor-to-ceiling glass walls with recessed motorized window shades which quickly converts the home from light field and open to private and warm within seconds so right when I entered the first thing that I noticed and I love is that you're surrounded in glass not only that you've got two beautiful fire bowls right beside you but more importantly this leads you into this unbelievable great room the open-concept great room features custom backlit columns linear diffusers and 47-inch imported porcelain tiles which run throughout the whole first level as enter into the room the first thing I notice is the beautiful view of the backyard and pool but I think really the centerpiece of this room is this Neela 'the onyx wall with the linear fireplace below I mean there's a cool day in Florida I think I would want to spend it right here adjacent to the great room is this european-style gourmet kitchen [Music] this remarkable kitchen features flat slab walnut cabinets stainless steel wolf appliances sub-zero fridge and freezers 2 bosch dishwashers and enough space for all your family and friends off the kitchen the elegant dining room with seating for 10 overlooks a tropical resort style backyard so right when I enter the kitchen the first thing I notice is this massive Island you've got these beautiful Calcutta porcelain tops and then adjacent to that you've got an additional prep area with that pitcher window looking out just above the sink I mean this is really a place to entertain now we're heading behind the kitchen where you've got your walk-in pantry now this is obviously where you put that mac and cheese and maybe some cinnamon toast crunch and then into this room you've got your first-floor laundry room Electrolux washer and dryer custom cabinets above and then you even have engineered quartz countertops so this is actually really strong stuff back in here is your powder room this beautiful floating vanity and it even has a floating toilet I mean who doesn't want to float while they're sitting and then pass the pantry you've got this storage closet that leads you directly into your two-car garage as we make our way past the foyer and the great room we come over to this corner of the home and you've got yourself another one car garage with parking for your golf cart [Applause] but also this amazing elevator with a see-through glass window to the outside to my left you've got yourself to office and study this room features this beautiful glass smoked wall and also a sliding barn door making your way inside you got this unbelievable high-gloss veneered finish on the custom cabinets I mean it really sets the tone in here it's got a nice warm feel to it this is really a great space to get some work done but when you want to entertain you got to make your way over to the club room now no royal palm home is complete without a club room this sophisticated room is designed to entertain your guests or kick back and relax after around the Gulf also this smart home is equipped with Creston control panels that operate the pool lights music security and more so it's no question this is that entertainment hub of the home you've got yourself that pool table behind me but if this was my space and I'm not talking about my space that social network back in the day but I'm saying if this was my space I'd probably sit right there on that couch watch a movie or a show and just kick back and relax but when the friends come over we want to have a glass of wine you'd probably want to do it right here at this custom bar the custom designed wet bar features a sub-zero refrigerator ice maker and a glass-enclosed wine room with cable racks to hold 546 bottles of wine adjacent to the wine room is the Cabana pad with access to the pool and backyard area so a couple things that I like about this bar is this floating shelf but also views of the backyard and pool area but more importantly you've got this enclosed temperature-controlled wine rack and that's pretty cool so after a couple drinks at the bar maybe you're feeling a little bit wobbly you're gonna want to make your way to the bedrooms upstairs [Music] as we make our way to the second level the center spine stainless steel staircase with oak treads smoked glass railings acts like an art piece that leads you directly to your bedrooms so right when you get to the top of the stairs you've got this expansive loft area that really serves as sort of a living space for all the bedrooms you've also got this balcony that overlooks the backyard so one thing I like about this builder is they put the bedrooms on the four corners of the second level so no bedroom is right next to each other if somebody's making a little bit noise you probably won't hear them now let's make our way to the first bedroom of the second level and that's at the front of the home this bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the front of the home and has a walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom next to the bedroom is the second floor laundry room which features custom cabinets Electrolux washer and dryer and a convenient drip dry area so now we're gonna make our way to the second bedroom you've got that beautiful chandelier above the foyer and then actually inside this room you've got the storage closet which has the air conditioner above so what they do is they put it up there and not inside the home itself so that it stays nice and quiet now let's make our way to the second bedroom this bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the front of the home with a walk-in closet and a sparkling ensuite bath [Music] so now we're leaving the second bedroom and we're gonna head to the third bedroom upstairs this one to this luxurious master bath the walnut floors lead you to the remarkable master bath which features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with body sprays rain heads a linear drain and an amazing steam feature the private water closets in elegant soaking tub round out the center of the space additional features include a studying morning bar with custom high gloss floating cabinets white porcelain counters separate vanities and huge his-and-her walk-in closets so it's no question that this is the centerpiece of this master bathroom you've got this custom enclosed glass shower I mean if this is my shower I'd probably sing a couple of my favorite tunes now let's make our way over to her side of the closet a couple things that I like about this is that you get this nice seating area but also if you look at the racks you've got lights under here so like all your clothes would be lit up now let's make our way downstairs because we got to check out the backyard and pool so again the elevators on that corner yes right come on with me this is exciting come on in let me close this door now you would think I would have to pull on that but now I just press the button almost do watch this magic this is the front of the home so I said it was that glass on the outside you can see inside outside this is cool this is really cool you don't see this every day and then the water down below and now we're gonna fall in the water it kind of feels like you're gonna fall in the water and this opens up for you automatically so we just got downstairs and out of the elevator we're gonna check out the pool you got nice cabanas the barbecue area should we open this here I'll open it just move to the side I got some TV magic one two three and there [Music] and I are entering the backyard of your dreams you've got this porcelain tile below seating area on both sides covered patio nice wood detailing above and then behind me this is where you know you would relax in the summer day we've got a dining room table out here to eat right off of your kitchen and then behind me you've got this nice sitting area this linear fireplace TV above to watch the game I haven't seen a barbecue out here yet yes there's a barbecue right around this corner to take a peek over there you've got this nice stainless steel natural gas barbecue all right so it's the left you've got this beautiful bar here with this engineered marble countertop seating for six and the best feature in the backyard is this amazing pool 0h pool features black pebble tech and granite finishes a Sun shelf Spa and two fireballs all surrounded by tropical landscaping this hurricane resistant home is also equipped with a ninety nine foot concrete dock with a porcelain deck the spacious 150 foot wide
