that's where I was inspired this is a country home right here yes Country Cottage I love this country cottage 449 I love this house okay 10x 20 plus a 4ft porch let's go take a look yeah I love it just as a reminder we did another video just a little bit ago but welcome to incredible tiny homes we are at Buffalo Creek over here on the mountain and what a treat it is today it's cold today it's winter time but look how pretty you know Buffalo Creek's turning into that Buffalo Creek in West Virginia where my mom's from and her sister and my cousins and they all still live up called Londale West Virginia yeah and it's reminded me back when I was a kid kid so back in the 60s we used to go back up my aunt Geneva lived and loved her to death and anyway it was just I would be I we would leave Detroit and go to West Virginia it was like you put me on a on a ship in space and took me to another planet we landed so different we landed in Londale West Virginia and it just it penetrated my soul it was just like I I just felt so at home there as a boy and um so in Londale and up Buffalo Creek is the creek there right there in West Virginia if you ever been there in Coal mined country is that people live on the creek there's no flat area anywhere and they live up on sides of Banks and hills and stuff along the road there's no pasture there's no Farms there's none of that it's just mountainous and uh I wanted to name this after my mom where she's from that area but we've got about 200 homes scattered on 30 40 acres back through here yeah and it's looking like Buffalo Creek really because when I was a kid people lived all up through that Creek you know on both sides of the creek and we have a little creek running up through here W we're putting homes on this side homes on that side homes in the back and it's a tight-knit community everybody knows everybody but it's secluded I love it so in Londale back years ago youd had to drive from man West Virginia back into Londale and it it felt like you it felt like you went back into some time warp right when I was a boy and this here is secluded this got his own entry it's got its own Bowl so it's like it's like a holler we call it and that's Buffalo Creek Miss time yep that's it you're not you don't go anywhere else but Buffalo Creek in and out done so anyway it's turning out to be that way I love it here this Cottage fits this Buffalo Creek yep and we want to show you all right so for $449 oh I love this house now we've added this bay window in here I love it and this is an added feature it's not included in the price it's $2,500 if you guys want this bay window clad it and this is the same home we had over on the on the show um on the sales lot sales a lot so it's the same home but the setting you really get an idea of what it looks like now oh my gosh look at it just the curb appeal look at it guys it's just so it looks like a little cottage look at this great big is this a freeze board as well would you call that a fre we call that a skirt board a skirt board it's great big what like 12 in I know it so it's a foot yeah 12 in is a foot Manders oh I love this porch yes look at this porch everybody I know that is it cool look how pretty oh R come here you got to look at it through the camera right here look there with the clouds and everything Sky matching the door and the yep window boxes here let me get you going up there inside I'm about wore out yeah Lord I'm sick if you didn't see it in the other video I absolutely love it this is what a 4 foot yep you get all this with it this ain't extra no this is all part of the house right here oh look at this putch you a little porch swing a little tiny porch swing on it be cute all right I'm come to my M's house you never knocked at my mes either it's a super country isn't it you just oh you just go in come on you never knock at you just go on in got that screen door this is so Melody's done a fantastic job decorating uh nothing screams More Country even kind of like a French country to me is blue yellow and white I know it look at it very pretty got all going on in here yes I love the colors looks very clean very this is just enough a lot of people have been been buying these little dinette sets yeah perfect in here in the kitchen this kitchen is huge I know look at the room you got in here I mean the everything and I would never put a a loft here no nothing like that this is just so open great big kitchen and a tiny home they don't make tiny homes like this Manda absolutely love this they don't I'm just so in awe um mini split is right here it's going to go all through the house but look at this big kitchen that you can just do anything you want Farm style sink Butcher Block C enough Cabinetry refrigerator cabinet above now that up there is of course the water heater but look the lights the Vol is the water heater here yeah perfect electric water heater look at there it's nice and hidden 449 beautiful yes look a full fridge yes you got a full fridge plenty of room and your cook top rain could Mark away look window window window window I mean so much light yeah wow I love it I absolutely love this this looks so nice no it's just got a great feel to it yeah this is really beautiful you know what I think I might trade my my little my little home uhhuh for I just like the feel of this yeah I do to feels like I love this It Feels Like Home Home doesn't it oh this is this feels like a real home you call just so you know let's put it on fi this one's mine well it's already been told that's true this is mine this one's mine eventually but okay so you walk in here y there'll be there'll be a door on there there'll be a door on here bar a barn it'll be a a barn sliding door Barn uh sliding barn door y right here washer and dryer yeah stackable washer and dryer yes that you put right there extra storage up there she's already put a blanket up there to kind of show that yep imperative right yep um oh my goodness your a little living room your bedroom whatever you want because that will fold down that can be a bed so bed or living room area y but this was for me it was it's it's built for a queen size bed queze bed so from this line right here right over 60 in and it's 80 in so 60 by 8 but I would use that I would double up I would have uh the bed and it would be to entertain so when people come come over I would have pillows nice to where it look really pretty and they can come here I'm always going to have my bed made I'm always going to have my bed made and have everything made so it's perfect definitely I would have this picture I would either have a picture window or a bay window yeah I may just have a picture window because if I have the picture window I have even more space back correct no the picture window would only come right here right here oh it would only come right here the bay window makes it go out further oh I see I see so well then I definitely want the bay then I would want the bay um this right here is such an it doesn't it will have handles I think but or do you add your handles you add them cuz there's deor oh look there's the Barn Door The Barn Door goes over here on the bath yep but I like they got a closet look how big this is I know it oh my gosh you're go go in there and show the top like you're standing in there I can't reach it me look yeah I'm a short fella look how tall that is in it's big enough to close me in oh my God you're gone yep is that a great thing bye-bye bye bye-bye byebye bye-bye but I love this is the first home have a closet I me a big closet and you got hanging clothes shelves and you have that little closet up there as well you don't have to buy anything from Ikea no you really don't and look this also if you have a queen bed that's not going to be there you're not going to have well you if you have a queen it's going to come right here at this line so really you don't have any room to put any other Furniture if you have a twin bed you can actually put a small dresser here and a nightst or have a day bed or something either either or but I'm just saying if you have a smaller bed a lot of people are going to be single they may not need a queen bed correct if you do a single bed you got room for more I absolutely love it and the ceiling you do not feel like you're trapped inside of a house I mean you feel it's very open and especially with the bay window MH um this is built out of our 2.0 panels or 2 and 5/8 in thick that barn door that goes on here sorry I didn't get it out I probably should probably get it out of there see if I can hang it well get it out look you guys are going to watch me I'll probably get all let's see what goes on here let's see if the back absolutely love it so let me show the bathroom I haven't shown the bathroom yet one thing to point out okay on this 44 9 449 M 449 okay this wall will be wood all this will be wood okay there'll be an opening in here so the air will flow into the bathroom in and out of the bathroom from here and this will of course stay open so we're going to have a little more wood inside here instead of using the panels okay okay well that's good to know yeah there's the bathroom uh oh one more change of course we've showed this before yes this toilet would be moved over just a little bit the reason this toilet is there is because here well it's hard to show I'll I'll tell it minute you're going to tell it tell it all I can't do it from where you were showing it so okay I'll show it in a minute yeah you want me get in the shower no go ahead and go ahead and show the bathroom there's just going to be a couple changes that's okay so right there's the shower what size is the shower 32 two and they put this um a big sink in there I have to check I think it's a 32 it might be a 30 that's a 36 it looks big okay so 36 okay and then there's the the toilet now did you want to say something about the toilet you want me to get out yeah come on outside here and I I'm want to explain it's a little bit of the how we build these okay so this wall is 60 and just to accommodate a queen-sized bed okay now it's the same bathroom as it in credit box okay except for in the credit box we have a solid wall here and the opening is here okay okay which hides the toilet the toilet's stuck in a little cubby now normally if I come in here the toilet's in a perfect spot just like any other incredib box floor plan 3T by 8T perfect works out great okay the thing is here hang on I want to show how you walk in here you walk in you have your toilet and it's not 3T wide or anything it is it is smaller to get past toilet I shoved it I had this toilet facing this way right but we don't want that either so that toilet will move over here about two or three Ines I don't matter Tom said you know we got to make sure you tell them we got me two listen I thought you were listen you were you were up listen you got listen you got up in front of the class and you gave a whole report on moving that toilet over for two or three in yeah okay you got anything else you want to say I don't get paid enough to do this you know what a no ain't enough money in the world put me through this and is publicized across the world the airwaves of the world listen you know what you need to do you need you you need to access your insurance your insurance and go get you some therapy what you need I'm already got therapy they a doing nothing B insurance pay for it I want to hear is crap two or
