hey Manda where you at where you going it looks good right up here though where right up here look here she's telling me what to do like right there you think that's where we got to look at it um look at it you guys she don't know if she's on cam yeah look right there hope she doesn't cuss let's see it looks really good you think so let me see what this looks like I think right right there let me get where you're at yeah you me stand exactly where your Footprints are well you could step over one one step if you need don't get on my white tennis shoes have you got that on yep is that the house don't get don't get me laughing because I'll be coughing I got I got the strep throat you got the Rona no I no I didn't have you got strep and you're standing near me I got strep throat but you have to not have a fever for 24 hours and I'm I'm don't have a fever so I'm not contagious anymore I think you got strep from your fingernails from my fingernails you been eating raw meat somewhere no I have not I bet you got at night and kill things that looks blue don't it look at there fluffing my ear anyway this is because I got out of the truck and I saw it here and I was like oh that looks really good I just told Randy the houses up here it it's going to look amazing with them dotted all through here reminds me so much y yeah the cottage up here going to do it too but this reminds me so much of brother's Cove but it's going to be more more because the houses were huge at Brother's Cove big cabins they were all the same color they were all stained these are all going to be different colors and different roofs and little tiny cottages and houses everywhere just all through the woods I mean it's going to be beautiful this is well welcome to incredible tiny homes we are at Buffalo Creek over here at our Mountain um the mountain is all one big thing like ry's always said but Buffalo Creek is a certain section of the mountain and this is it and it is beautiful probably how many acres is the 200 Lots that's in Buffalo Creek yeah how many acres I don't know what 40 40 acres probably if I had to guess yeah and we guess 40 we put 72 homes on two acres across Creek yeah so the density here is not quite the same so look at the I'm I'm showing so much space on each side of that home right there on that lot it is so awesome and and keep in mind I think Randy said this uh in a video yesterday that when you were over here yesterday it's winter time you know it's January and this is how it looks in January whenever it comes spring and it's not bad look at it because we got a lot of cedar trees and stuff they're Evergreens and stuff that they they don't go away but whenever the spring hits there's going to be um is there Roa dendrons over here um no higher up ain't it up way up top see some cuz as it gets cooler the elevation gets higher they have yeah too high not like brothers Co right exactly but we're going to have Honeysuckle and all kinds of vines and stuff like that and all the leaves are going to be in on the other trees The Oaks and and all the other trees that's around here so but this right here in the winter time doesn't look bad at all I mean it's just it's beautiful I love it and look at the house look at it dotted in there look how pretty that looks there yeah look how it looks on film here Amanda let me see is that pretty yeah you get over oh that looks so good yeah oh that looks good here I'll get you now I got it zoomed in okay zoom out zoom out zoom out that looks so good yeah well I don't look as good as you on camera oh my God we'll show that one we're going to do two videos even though we shouldn't show you that cuz it's supposed to be like this video and that video this is supposed to be just for this one yeah what is this this is a 8 by 20 so this is a kind of a a unique home because the gu in the shop said Randy we need to do an 8x20 rjo with the new panels and they wanted to put wood strips on the outside okay wood ceiling it's all I wondering why it had all that it gives you a look of what an rjl can look like okay now this is the new panel 20 foot mhm it's just yeah and it's done like the it's finished on the outside finished on the inside and it's $399 it's an 8x20 rjo and if people that have been following us but the ones that who are new watching this video RJ stands for Randy Jones original and it was a 8 by6 that's my idea yeah 8 by6 a long time ago no that was your idea the that was your idea oh the rjo calling it The rjo yeah that was my idea yeah and uh but um it's a Randy Jones original and this is a 8x20 a larger version of that because the original ones the 8 by1 16s were to be $155,000 and we sold them we sold them and they were any kind of wood rustic wood but that didn't go far because we ran out we ran out and people said okay then they started doing siding and anyway it got it got out of hand it got it got out of hand quick but but so I wanted to keep to that I don't know you know an inexpensive nice cute little home that is right there and like I said you know back almost 10 years ago uh tumble weed when they were the number one people and I didn't know anything about tiny Holmes they were selling a 8 by6 for 65 Grand back then back then I know so this you know these are our new panels they're 2.0 3 and 2 and 5/8 thick it's going to last for Generations there's no wood in those walls there's no Rafters in the ceilings there's nothing that can rot now the outside wood you can replace it but just a couple little strips and you just keep it stained look how cute it looks the maintenance is so low keep in mind that house is not painted no it's not painted that's the that's how the panels come the new panels come like that and you could paint the panels too if you wanted to you could yeah but it looks good like that yeah and so with the new panels um what has cost now you can buy an 8 by an 8x20 new panel rjo right unfinished for 30 and this is $10,000 more now the thing is on this one it comes with a mini split all right it comes with the outside trim M all the inside wood trim you'll see on the inside Farm style sink mhm mini split I already said mini split didn't I mini split F sink and and it's the carpentry work on the inside yeah and that's what really makes it we've had some so I'm trying to just say hey what was a 10,000 for it's the labor and and that's why we we priced out our wood rjo so we sell that in Allwood rjo wood siding wood everything we've got that on our website and it's expensive it it's we're up to like $40 $50,000 because of the labor yes and that's why I came up with these panel homes is because they're we can build two and three at a time right during a day and we can keep the cost down but when you want to start throwing in the wood trim and the Beautiful You Know colors and all that you see here it goes up in price but still when you compare them to all tiny homes across the country $40,000 for this house the way it looks right here you guys can have it right it's super super inexpensive in comparison look how cute it is outside we got gutters on the on both sides yeah so if you wanted rain catchment you can do it yep we've got our mini split on the tongue it's still a tiny home it's still 8T wide you can still truck it down the road and get this that thing is still only around 7,000 lb wow the whole house here's the back of it back here and keep in mind we want to talk about these Lots these lots are not complete yet no right no they're not completely done but this is about pretty much it we may make it a little bit up a little bit a little bit but the house is not on the lot we're not selling the house on lot we're just featuring this home and what it looks like in the woods in a setting right but see these panels yeah look how pretty and smooth oh my gosh they look so nice they're really easy to maintain to wash to clean this wood man just zoom in on this wood I know we've cut it at a slope right so the water just runs off of it it's been stained with a um sickens sicken stained everything's cocked stained painted done now think about this is just a facade yeah we've got little bitty screws in here holds it up and glue on the backside if all you have to do over the years if you want to restain this that's fine but there's no 2x4s inside this wall there's no wood rors inside so there's no this window um this wood is not sealing up the water in this window yeah all right so let's say in 22 and 1/2 years from now 22 and A2 the water say the cracks nobody took care of this thing and water gets between the window and you know like a normal normally a stick built regular home that you guys live in apartment buildings all that stuff where you're going to have all your problems at doors and windows you cut a hole in house anytime there's an opening anytime there's an opening this has an opening if it leaks you're going to see it yeah you're going to see it comeing the outside you're going to see it on the inside and it's not going to rot anything that's awesome it's it's just a home for Generations upon Generations now for an Airbnb yeah you can't beat this youve got a $40,000 house it's just ready to go as an Airbnb now if you want to swap out one of these windows for a bay window or a big picture window we can do that too okay all right good cuz we got all the amenities that you can add yeah now listen you would think what's the what's the temperature outside probably 45 yeah now you would think it's going to be warmer inside it's not well it was in the low 30s last night yes so it's still in the low 30s inside I know well it's like a cooler that's exactly right the point that I wanted you to make yes wow wow it's Melanie has done a great job has it decorated for us to look at let me back it up here yeah so as soon as you come in and the door remember is not like the original rjo this one's on the side yeah this is on the side now one thing I want to point out that I just got into this yesterday the guys just finished up put it in one thing that I will have done on this house that they didn't do oh yeah is they will trim out the windows okay okay now what do you mean by that with wood okay and it's just so they didn't trim out the windows I think they were just in a hurry to get it done yes and we'll show where you're at in a minute see how the trim is around the the door yes okay we're going to in the price is going to include trim around the windows well okay well thank you so that will look better around that window these three these three and those two windows back there oh good what I like about this is a 20ft home of course this could be a sleeper sofa it could be a you know a bed living room area of course that's what like mine is a 16t home yeah there is a um I know I've talked about it before the the rental Airbnb bed here picture window bay window yes and you got kitchen bathroom it is beautiful I'd have to have a picture window I just would either picture $ you guys want a picture window so let me let me show this part of it okay when you come in of course you know the girls have set this up as a dining room area that still leaves room for a bed here excuse me guys kitchen living room I mean a living room bedroom area dining room this is a true tiny home it's 8 foot wide can you believe that 8 foot wide outside it's really big outside yep so this is an rjo floor plan which means kitchen bathroom on the same end across from each other and the reason I've always done that is because I love living in this huge room all right so you got a bedroom here or you have a living room of course now if you wanted this to be your bedroom this is you know this is a ladder accessible and you would really need an egress window up there yeah okay but that's something you could add to the house now also if you all wanted to add Dormers to this house okay and you're can to add that to it it's an ad an additional $5,000 for two Dormers one on each side if you add stairs you can keep going if youan could you if you wanted to you can always add yes and that's what we did on our 24 four-footer can do that okay now butcher block countertops yep nice and thick you know I said Farm style sink I made them mistake oh yeah that is right it is not this is not a farm style sink but it does have the gas look tankless water heater okay so that's um that's an amenity that's about an $1,800 amenity but it's included in this model okay now with that the room here that we have yeah is a whole lot more because we don't have a door back here right and we have used wood now for the Loft and for the interior wall let me point out something on this interior wall it's really cool now if you're a carpenter Builder you guys might might enjoy this too we call this the guys called it a Randy wall okay yeah I came up with it and I said guys we got to have a narrower wall normally on on most tiny homes people build everything conventional right and I'm so unconventional in everything that I do because I'm always thinking about space and speed right and efficiency and cost so if you put all them together and actually when you put that and I want to put one more on top of as quality this is called a Randy wall because this this board this board the one on the floor and the one the side this is a two by I tell you what man come over here just for a second all right so this is like a 2x4 right here what we did is inside this 2x4 we cut out a Groove this 3/4 in groove right now this is just trimmed for the shower okay but we cut a Groove out of this and we picture frame so we got four pieces like a picture frame with a 3/4 inch Groove and then we put we we slid this 3/4 board up inside Up Inside every one of these and we sandwich it around excuse me so we can actually take and build tons of these right have them ready to assemble pop pop pop them in place it's a DAT wall right dat wall perfect wall and so you got one here you got one there which is on the side of the toilet Y and so it what happens is it gives us more space inside this kitchen between the kitchen and bathroom we've gained almost 2 Ines of space between here it's awesome now this comes with a barn door also if you're thinking about they didn't hang in here also this little part back here behind that is well all of our wiring comes in from under the house nice and hid yeah and this is our panel box so all our Breakers it's pull that up it just I'm I'm not going to pull it up for you oh here it is there it is so there's your panel box it's all your Breakers in here that you need and to right where you're standing is where your fridge will be this is where the fridge goes now it's a bigger fridge you can get a full size fridge in here now uh underneath here um it would have been an electric heat electric water heater it could have been electric water heater what we did is we put a tankless water heater in here and so really I mean it's kind of a dead space yeah cuz you're going to put a fridge right here you can't really get to it that is true but it's part of it yeah all right um the bathroom it's a 32in shower regular toilet and then of course this one Amanda this particular model we put solar on which is not included in this cost of the house but it's something that you can add on to you add to it you know could you do like an ex um since that's a dead space could you cut a panel out at the bottom and make an access to the outside and that sure put an access door at least use it for something yeah now if you didn't want the tankless you can put a regular electric water heater on I do not see the point of a tankless what explain this to me people don't want to wait on the water to get hot is that what the problem is well no it's like so it's only time the only time that you're using energy to make hot water when you have this is when you turn it on an electric water heater is always it's like a k of water and it's always staying at 10 and some odd degrees so when it gets cool it gets hot gets whole see you always got hot water laying there and it's always using electricity on and off on and off on and off unless you got a timer for it but Lord it can't be that much well if you wanted to take a shower and you got a 19 gallon water heater right I know people who love to take a nap in a shower yeah I remember Bry used to he used to lay down in the shower remember so 19 gallon water heater full on hot you're probably going to get you what 20 minutes in there 15 20 and if you want more than that you better have a tankless I see so if you're if you use more water yes other thing is is if you're off grid so if you're not going to be on the grid and you've got solar power this is what you want and you have to have you have to go get one of them tanks a propane tank yes you got to have a prop so you have to have that and how long is one of them things like depends on how much you use it okay do people use them like I mean like maybe a month one a month what I mean how mean showers if you take a shower once a month you going to last you a year well there you go I guess so my God I don't know what you trying to say I don't know what I'm trying to say either I'm sick I don't know my God however much however much time you energy you use is how long it'll last well I just don't I don't interact with water that much I just don't especially hot water think about it I don't want she said just stop don't I don't interact with water that much just Let It Go please okay I'm sickz Jesus both of je so you got a wooden Loft which I love the rafter this is a 2x6 wooden Loft up here and if you guys want that as a bedroom we can add Dormers to you can add egress can you have um a window up there without the Dormers that's what I just said oh God you an eass window I might as well do this on my own look at her there she go I'm getting ready to cough 399 everybody 8 by 20 we got to go back here and do the cottage before she gives in and just falls down oh my gosh I don't know if I can do it I have to give her hey what is it they said at church I'm weary and body but strong and spirit yeah I have to give you a chest bump keep you going oh my God I'll fall down I'll look I look like the Michelin Man today I'm all swelled so look this is an 8 by2 in uh AR beautiful you can put an eess up there if you guys like it we got her solar all right you good I love this house now these are the new panels This Home the snow load is incredible you can take this you want to take this to to um Colorado Alaska anything the the durability and the Energy Efficiency is off the charts yeah yeah it's better than a stick frame home you name it this is it I'm telling you what the these assembly line home homes have just I don't even know how many we've sold I would like to know that we have sold thousands at this point haven't we I don't know if that me we only been in business a year and a half two years coming up two years coming up in April yeah so we made we I think we've sold about a th I bet it's more night now you think so I think more than that it comes to East Tennessee everybody you know what Tik talk it's got Popcorn Sutton says I don't he why he says damn hey said I don't give a damn anyway going to be Al much longer no how like have you seen that Tik Tok uh no I haven't look it up Tik Tok popcorn suon it's always a dog or something says I don't care anyway don't give a damn so I ain't going to be around nowhere something and he's not and he's not he's gone he's passed rip popcorn suon all right man we got to go okay we got to do another house we got to go to the cottage okay okay say
