welcome to incredible tiny homes we are here again with Incredible tours and we are showing you this is the part three that we're showing of the homeowner who had the two air andb uh airbnbs one that was on the beach over there and one that was on a tamarak in the forest we are still in the forest okay we are here on jackpine and it is just a beautiful little lane Melody is going to show you down through there what I love about Jack Pine is the different little colors of the houses the different styles it's got a little bit of bend a little curve in the road coming up through here all kinds of different houses it's it's just so pretty even though it's winter time the spring it's going to be blooming the uh summertime it's going to be completely you know just full with all the leaves and everything it's just it's just a pretty it's the forest it's really pretty out here this house is not an Airbnb this house is is actually for sale and what a gem this is let me just show you some things on the outside here that I'm telling you what if it was summertime Springtime summertime this homeowner had this Garden that she is created it was completely full it was absolutely gorgeous let's go over here and show you this is an 8 by 26 this is a freedom style home that we used to build this is a custombuilt home absolutely gorgeous the homeowner that that has this home is very detailed and very um just a hard worker and absolutely knows how to decorate knows how to landscape and knows how to make one of these tiny homes a comfortable home a beautiful home to live in that is super functional I want to show you this little garden right here okay she has placed a little fence all around here look at this big space this is a huge lot guys this is 291 Jack Pine take a look at all this right here she's got the chicken wire everything all around this little Garden area even here in the wintertime looks pretty it it don't even look like a mess or anything like that she's got lights clipped on here this one it is full and thriving and growing it is absolutely stunning this is a Gardener's dream this tiny little gardening house it's actually called the bird is it the bird house she's got all kinds of little bird houses everywhere it is so fitting and it's so suiting to to this area right here so let's go around on the other side you're about to get a treat with this house and show what she has done on the outside she has shown that you can take any size space and make it into a little Oasis right here you have this little area here in the middle that it's going to have uh little you know you can put more flowers you can put bushes it's going to have leaves and stuff in the summertime plenty of gravel up through here uses the branches the logs all of it from the land it's just I mean why not that rustic woodsy feel it's just perfect here tree right here in the front a lot of people use this triangle like canvas kind of thing to put over for shade and for you know just so like you're walking in if it's raining or something like that that's going to keep all of the all the elements all of the rain anything off of you and it's going to create shade okay we'll talk about the outside of the house in a minute I want to show you because this homeowner is such a garden gardening person look at this all of this comes with the house okay I absolutely love this space she has added some touches that are just they're personal and you're if you buy this home this tiny home you're going to get to enjoy that I mean it's already look what she's done here I want to show you just this is things like I do at my house look at this that's like a belt okay look at this a watch another watch look at this how cute just put together that it just that eclectic that's so pretty painted one of the sheds sheds go with it all of this stuff on the outside goes with it Great Big Shed here she has done a great job painting it this is the old panels right here looks beautiful put one of these just some something decorative up here got a keypad on there and I think this is a six uh is it a 6x6 I believe so we'll find out I'm going to put all of the the dimensions and everything in the detail so you'll know um and the home is 8 by 26 just remember that seating right here as you come into this little area Garden area puts up like this privacy fence right here just right here in the middle of this community guys and you have a private little Oasis back here she has got a fire pit beautiful just absolutely beautiful it just shows in a small space you can do whatever you want to do this is I do this at my house too look at how she's hung all these things into the trees and stuff so I'll do like wind chims and different things like that it's just it just adds to your little space makes it so special she got a table look here she's got a little tablecloth that's wrapped around there plenty of seating all this goes with it I do stuff like this too she's just got like an old kind of spinning uh one of those um what are those called the like a spinning I can't remember like table top just add some things to it it's just so cute the rocks and just different different things right here this is a chair I'm pretty sure isn't it one of those swing chairs so she's got the base of that that will have that on there this goes with the house big planners has just all the decorations and all the Landscaping look just how eclectic how cool it looks look at the look at all of her jewelry look at all of the wind chimes that she's made these are all handmade guys with jewelry and bracelets and watches what a creative way to use some of your old costume jewelry and different things like that this is I absolutely love all this she's added all kind it's all the way around and this privacy fence all the way around her space you can grow whatever Vines you can grow whatever you want to and create this great big huge space here in the community the Forest community at incredible tiny homes at incredible properties the river rock let me tell you about the river rock we have so much river rock that is across the mountain over there we've been bringing it for people to use and we want every Community to Adorn you know landscape their house with it so we want everybody to use that I just love how she's used uh all of the old jewelry and stuff absolutely beautiful here at the end look at this I don't know if this is locked down or not but she's got like storage here these lift up and she's actually added storage on there added the hinges and has like storage underneath here it's just like a little Enchanted Forest back here and she's got look when you go around this way you can walk all the way around the house this right here is like a little greenhous house I'm sure is what this is and when you come on through we're back right over here at the Garden over here beside the house you would not know this is a tiny house a little tiny space she's got so much I'm I'm absolutely in love with this great job and having the trees just fills up the space you have that instant Landscaping this right here like I said is a custom build this the homeowner painted herself years ago it looks still fantastic it fit the colors fit perfectly with the Landscaping here looks beautiful got the board and Baton it's been stained and it's been painted it's just absolutely stunning let's go up here on the porch she's got a little porch here that you can see the handrail look at this it's got a door knocker that's a bird remember this is called the bird house oh my gosh isn't that adorable let's go on inside now Melody you go right ahead and let's take a look at this beauty and it is an 8 by 26 everybody remembers Myrtle hi oh my gosh I remember so pretty I remember guys when this homeowner was painting this house I remember her painting this floor this is really pretty I want you to Melody just take your time probably come here to the door show the living room kind of show all around what she has done with this home I love her shelving oh that it's just that's so beautiful she has the great big picture window which to me if you can have it in a tiny home definitely do it it is it just brings in all of that light you get to put up a curtain if you want to put blinds there if you wanted to and this I just love all the art she's very artistic okay she's collected a lot of stuff she's collected a lot of stuff she's very artistic she's paints um she does a beautiful job what I love is that she's got the floor she painted the floor and it just brings that pop of color up against that wood that beautiful contrast plenty of light coming in you got the beam which is rare in any of the houses anymore but you have that beautiful beam up there that just it just adds to it she has a big couch in here plenty of room at 8 by 26 and honestly it feels wider than an eight I have to say the way she has it decorated it's she's created it to where it feels bigger it feels wider um big table here I mean look at that oh and you know what oh my gosh does everybody remember at Craig's house this is the same table this is the table that he was talking about that would seat six to eight people Melody my gosh and look all the the drawers Craig had the same table but he had it folded up and you know and packed away look at this kitchen my goodness look at everything everything and everything goes with the house almost everything yeah it's going to come furnished I imagine there would be some good private things she would take she has got such lovely things I mean the the bird Motif that she has going on is so lovely I love it everything matches so well as you can tell up on the ceiling you see that beautiful shine with the polyurethane and stuff that is just this house is and it is it the the light it ages and it richer deeper colorful it is absolutely so beautiful and again the floors are hardwood floors they are so stunning and I remember she I remember her working on it she worked on her homes um she just done a beautiful job she put a lot of work into it you have all this beautiful Cabinetry and stuff have a fridge down here have your um your cooktop I mean there's nothing that you need and there's actually two Beams I don't know if you was able to get that other beam and she's got all these beautiful pictures on the wall let's go back here and show this bathroom oh my gosh my goodness what a this is Absol absolutely this is beautiful she has got a full chest of drawers in here okay a mirror that she's put lengthwise there right here you have another mirror you have a mirror there that is how do you turn the light on here Myrtle I thought I had it on oh oh it's this one right here is it yeah look at that and her backsplash she's done it in the kitchen and here in the back B it's just like a metal it's a peel and stick oh my gosh it's just a peel and stick that's just beautiful here is creative to put like where you can hang up your hangers she's got a 36 inch shower standard toilet oh my gosh the flooring now this is not wood flooring this is the laminate flooring here in the bathroom which is beautiful the instant hot water heater you know can't beat this right here and this right here where this is you know people are like what was it that we called this remember it's the easy up easy yes exactly absolutely the easy LOF this is beautiful and they thought about cuz all you're going to do and I'm going to demonstrate like Randy would do you're just going to sit down so your head nothing's going to be affected here so you're not using this space to stand in you don't need it okay and you got your drawer she's got everything that she can reach here it's absolutely perfect I love the Blowfish big enough shower this is just great you have the Barn Door which is a wood barn door stained and everything we're going to go upstairs this oh my gosh I had forgotten that it was like this she got the grab bars uh up here which is beautiful to do um where you can hang some stuff right here you can hang a few things right there it be perfect but going upstairs oh my goodness this is fantastic sick I like her bookshelf oh my goodness Melody you got to come up I'm going to sit on this side of the bed I had forgotten this style home this is really beautiful this has got the double Dormers to it you've got your egis window on both sides she's got is this a queen it is a queen you've got a queen-size bed and I'm going to show let me have and you still have room to go around for making it and stuff so look at this makes it easier this I mean I'm sitting here on the bed look what a beautiful view that you have look at her bookshelf right here has carpet which is I think a has a rug down for carpet but look how beautiful plenty of room to sit up in the bed here I'll give you that back so if you're sitting up reading or you're on your phone or something like that you have plenty of headro we've got the beadboard uh stained ceiling that is just such a beautiful shot there especially with those beams across there that is just so pretty 8 by 26 and we're going to find out the well we do know the price Myrtle yes it's 101,000 if they're going to move the house somewhere else um and it's 111 if she's going to leave it on the lot with all of the yard stuff and the sheds and uh everything everything with it and is that that's a green like a little Greenhouse popup Greenhouse out there um no I don't think so I think it's just story storage okay so it's storage she does the gardening so you have to have someplace to put your garden stuff absolutely okay so all of her garden things are in there it is it's beautiful inside and out this is a 8 by 26 this is the freedom style that we used to do and it's a custombuilt home and it it it will sleep two couples easily this opens up into another bed oh my gosh that's beautiful head back you fold down the table and open up the bed and you have another bed this is absolutely stunning I had forgotten this the the easy Loft oh I love her upstairs oh my gosh look how pretty it is with it being Airbnb someone that is interested in buying it can come try it out absolutely so okay so now now that's something I've not mentioned yet so it is still on the Airbnb to rent okay talk about that it is um I don't know the prices but it is on Airbnb and it's the birdh house okay and um it will sleep two couples easily or a couple and some kids the um it opens up and I'm not sure if it's a fool or a queen I don't call but um you know you got the queen upside um come and enjoy it I mean you know check it out to see if it would work for you it's so it's a fabulous house it's a great price oh it is a great price cuz I'm going to tell you something great I'm going to tell you something I I know hands down personal experience the hard work that she put into this home she put her own hard work into this house and there is it's a big labor of love that went into this house this actually was her first home yes um that she did and uh it's you can just tell that she just loves what she did here and she was so creative and so artistic I just you can just tell you feel it when you're in here look at this big bird house so all of these things go with it so if you're interested cuz it's open for now but somebody could always do builtins or exactly you can put some kind of shelving or something there and access that for storage the way she has it all laid out it just feels really big really Airy really open I absolutely love it 8 by 26 this is a custom build in the forest here at incredible tiny homes incredible properties and I'm telling you this will not last long this is one of the most gorgeous Lots in the community and she kept it Beau her garden she's always out here you know always doing something and that seating area outside I mean I don't know how many people you could entertain back there you could have up to bring you up to 20 people or more I'm telling you what there's a lot of space back there and when she had her garden going it just added to it it was just flourishing it was just like it it just like beautiful flowers and tomatoes and peppers and yes squash everything zucchini everything just beautiful she had she had soil brought in and tilled it in to you know admin do the soil I'm telling you what this is not going to last long this is not going to last long at all so 8 by 26 contact us or put it in the description of how to
