IDIOT Brings Bosozoku Car to a JDM Meet

back with another video we got the starbucks iced frappuccino a little preemie here we're headed to a pink meet in thousand oaks uh ladies and gentlemen we got a really really busy schedule ahead of us we will be attending two different car shows today there is a jdm meet i think it's called wild cards somewhere in orange county so there's a slight chance we might take the bosok car slash tidal racer wake him up baby let's go [Music] downshift oh my god m5 out of nowhere here i gotta say that's a pretty sneaky spot i like it i like that little sneaky police all right guys we just landed here at the pink me it's for the breast cancer awareness got a couple cars lined up over here a couple super cars not bad look at this nsx over here this is super clean dude this is an instant classic all the old jdm cars uh if you keep them stock or relatively stock the prices are going up ladies and gentlemen there is a letter after q in the alphabet and that letter is r here we have an r 34 gtr straight from japan right hand drive ladies and gentlemen we got an oh you already got it you already got it i don't know we got max bell 40 over here we got his hot take on the r34 i have no idea probably no ac and the dude who owns this car did the same thing to prius a couple years ago that prius was maybe the fastest car down the snake on mulholland and the slowest car of it my guess is particular weekend or later in november but that being said ladies and gentlemen we finally found ourselves a relatively safe very very very modern and very new a monthly parking spot over here i won't disclose where it is exactly but that being said first things first with this car as you know i mentioned in a previous video the rear left tire right over here is experiencing a very slow leak and our buddy shant at cms slash west marina body auto shop he says maybe right over here the seal around the cap here might be dry and leaking so we got a trusty air compressor right over here i got bozozoku car it's a little over my budget so i don't think i'm going to pursue the airbag solution to look at this thing look at the headlights i love it in the back i know show in the back all right oh yeah little porn hub casting car that's hilarious so we might not pursue the airbag option but we're not going to completely disregard the airbag option we might do a little more research but for the time being i think we're able to maneuver the car in and out of semi-steep driveways and uh roads so for the time being i think we're rolling what does it say sorry son oh my god i love it little plate spawn over here we actually saw this honda odyssey right hand drive with a wing he's got it he's got it at boba a couple weekends ago brave soul to the man that parked his car right here look at this rubble right here from a third world country but my goodness a lot of cool jdm cars look at the exhaust tips on this thing right here this is like some mad max interceptor [ __ ] right over here that's crazy these are [ __ ] christ and he's moved the instrument cluster to the middle look at that wow gotta respect it man that's crazy you see like the jdm variant you see like the jdm variant of like crucial cali cars you think i mean that's what i could be i don't know max you gotta check this out we'll get this hennessy ball over here right there any baby that is a super clean skyline look at that my goodness let's go over here where all the cars are entering and leaving there's a huge crowd around something let's take a look oh did it get beached that could have been my car dude they got wood underneath they got planks and wood here my goodness oh oh my goodness this is our buddy's car right over here that is wild look at the interior too completely stripped out it's got a roll cage and look at these sparkly glitter paint damn guys look at the camber on this vip build over here right across the street that's insane oh just got a little close-up there's rcf over here i like to play wide rcf 255 section tire 100 section contact patch oh he's got a sticker on the rear wheel look look look look look what there it is boom that is absolutely insane respect man i respect it gotta respect the build the play game here is super strong look at this one wow cool and then we got ll mango oh my gosh that is a pretty sick mercedes wagon look at that i like a good old wagon check out this millennium jade r34 gtr right over here i used to have the autor 118 model of this particular car but i sold it we're pretty uh i sold it pretty cheap honestly let's do a little walk around check out some of these bikes over here this dude's got a [ __ ] samurai sword on his ruckus bike the hell that's pretty sick looks like most of cars are rolling out i'm trying to plan an exit strategy for the caddo racer slash bozoku car here a lot of cool stuff we're probably going to exit out the way we came from here make a right take it at an angle boom we found a mitsuoka here at the honors slash wow card no way we thought it was like a bentley or a jag or something or a mix between the two but it's a mitsuoka oh crazy he's got his school bus rolling oh sir [Music] yes sir no problem man you guys drive safe have a look absolutely we'll be in touch man absolutely man all right take care man pretty successful showing at the honors slash team wild card me this is the less glamorous side of having this car we have to pull over a block away take off the takayari we're gonna have max bow 40 wiggle his way in there and we got a 40 minute journey back home so it's like a rolls royce yes sir let's do it guys we just drove 80 plus miles in the bosoka car the splitter is still in one piece believe it or not make sure it's up there we go we're good to go man this thing is super raw very it's not actually that uncomfortable it's just a little bumpy but for the most part it's a really really fun car to drive and just cruising all the reactions that we get on this car super awesome a lot of positive comments and a lot of good feedback so let's switch over to the other car baby let's go from one loud car to another let's go baby

I assume you’re talking the heavy purple metal flake? There are a couple ways to achieve a finish like this, none of which are necessarily “easy”. It really depends on your experience. If you have lots of time in the spray booth, it will be different from spraying your every day collision stuff, but definitely within your skill set, but you may have to purchase a different gun for spraying heavy flake.

Methods to spray something like this: First is a silver metal flake, followed by a purple (or whatever colour you want) candy. For a very deep colour, you would spray a heavy metal flake in a clear inter coat. House of kolor sells stuff like this. Then clear, and sand smooth,. You might have to repeat this step a couple times. Then you apply a few coats of kandy until your desired colour (you have to be consistent so that your colour is consistent across the car), and clear coat it, so that you can polish in the further or wet sand and flow coat it if you desire.

The easier option would be to buy some purple metal flake from a company like painthuffer metal flake , spray it in a clear inter coat, clear coat it, sand smooth, and clear coat again (number of times to repeat this depends on the texture of your flake).

It's holographic flake sprayed kinda thin over a dark base. You'd have to test some combos to get exactly what you want but my best guess is a smaller size holo flake like ultra mini or 1/500
