I do not think its possible. Usually, the rotor windings are made from a material that cannot be permanently magnetised.

UPD: After showing his barely-magnetic fake he "powering up" 125w of lamps with this "generator".. spinning it with a hand! And generator didnt even slow down! Someone, make me unsee this shit.
There is nothing in an induction motor that you can make into a permanent magnet. This video is completely fake. In short, you could turn an induction motor into a generator, but it is difficult and the result would not be very good.
Here is a video by GreatScott where he tried to convert an induction motor into a generator and doesn't have much luck. He does a pretty good job of explaining the problem as well, at least as well as can be done in a 10 minute video.
