I Took Korea's Fastest BULLET Train 🇰🇷 SEOUL to BUSAN

Welcome back, today we're getting the bullet train from Seoul down to Busan I'll be showing you what the train journey is like what Busan is like and a section of the video is brought to you by Squarespace we're leaving Seoul today we're going to Busan on the bullet train but first we gotta get there when you get to Seoul station just follow the signs for KTX KTX is the bullet train ours is that one to Busan platform four for some reason I'm a little train ticket said get a deposit oh you have to put a deposit down for the card yay that's better than nothing at 500 one back Happy Days foreign but I just want to show you the front okay here she is the bullet train from Seoul to Busan isn't sheer Beauty even though today is a Friday and we're going to Busan for the weekend do we book these tickets last night online pretty last minute and we still managed to get a ticket no problem we paid 140 US dollars each for a return from Seoul to Busan and coming back on Monday and then from Seoul station it's about a 49 minute train back to the airport to catch our flight on Monday evening so very very fast intensively cheap and Incredibly easy to do all the booking websites I'll link in the description for you pretty easy to find and very easy to use [Music] this is a coffee in Korea foreign [Music] looks like you can reserve table seats if you've got if you've got a family or you really want to get some work done or whatever but we're early we've got like half an hour before we have to leave not bad have a quick look at the toilet not bad not bad at all Leg room's good a little foot rest yeah decent I hope wow that's big recline [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] and we're outside the train station that's our hotel right here we booked it because it was right next to the train station and the marketing team at Busan tourism doing a very good job okay guys we need a sign I need a sign that says you know that busan's a good place any ideas [Music] okay we're checked into the hotel this is our little room 380 US dollars for the three nights I chose it because it was the exact same price as the train and my girlfriend picked up the train tickets and I said I'll get the hotel and I just chose something that was the same price so it was easier just to split it is late afternoon and it is raining and drizzling but we'll go out and explore find something to eat and then tomorrow and for the rest of the weekend fingers crossed when we explore Busan the weather gets a little bit better foreign [Music] Beach I'm not quite sure if these are love hearts or pretzels you have to blow harder there are so many beautiful Korean restaurants everywhere in this area but we have to be honest with you the reason we came here was because we googled Thai food we've been in Korea nearly a week and we're gagging for some Thai food so hopefully we've come to the right place [Music] yeah hold on this looks good [Music] I normally have a role never to queue for a food but this one's moving quite quickly and we think it's a local delicacy or a dessert a local dessert so we're gonna we're gonna queue we'll get back to you on this one also the Thai food was very much peachy gave it a solid what six out of ten minutes here it is you think it's kind of like an ice cream but I'm not quite sure they were rolling kind of like a flower and wrapping something so we think might be ice cream wrapped in like a dough my flavor is cherries Cherry ice cream and then it's wrapped in that chewy flowery dough very very nice and then they serve it on this cute little wooden table and everyone just sits out of here yeah the way to eat it seems to be shove it on the stick and just chew it we always play the dark balloon game because I don't want to jinx it but I always win because I used to live in a pub when I was a kid and um most people don't know how to throw a dart but I do and this is Child's Play I better win now [Music] foreign [Music] super cute you know at the time of filming this mini blog it's 40 degrees in Bangkok and it's songkran festival and that's kind of the reason why we wanted to come to Seoul and to Busan was just to get away from the through or heat and we've done the song Crown so many years in a row that it's nice to just sort of uh do something different get a different atmosphere and a different climate and with this gray cloudy weather and the the seagulls and waves this takes me back to my home of uh England and up North in Newcastle and I feel like I'm back at Whitley Bay or color coasts time mouth should we should we go for a [Music] very much these dogs are so cute [Music] okay [Music] it's bouncy there's a little Coastal walk next to the beach it goes along this beautiful Forest and there's there's cool things to see [Music] foreign this coaster walk is it's quite short a couple of kilometers but very enjoyable very well maintained incredible views of the coast and the rocks and it will finish with a really Scenic Lighthouse which we can just see the tip of right now um [Music] okay we don't really know what we want to do today so we're going to go up to the big Busan Tower get a little look around and try to make a plan [Music] [Applause] [Music] well our plan went out the window the heavens have opened luckily there was a shopping mall right next to us [Music] foreign this is what a food court looks like in Busan I'm sure what we're gonna eat it all looks really good [Music] that's level one spicy and it's super spicy okay the weather's gotten better it's got a bit cold but that's okay we've come to another part of the town um near the ocean again to do a different coastal walk because why not it's lovely footsteps are matching today jeans yeah jeans and vibes [Music] what's cool in Korea is if you've been to the beaches or on these Trails you can get all the sand off your shoes here's a map I don't know if we're gonna go all the way to the end we'll see how we feel it's pretty cool look Mom rocks I just said whenever I saw that kind of tree and just you know giving the feeling like too much I know what you mean [Music] so nice responsible [Music] what you can't get is it smells like seaweed and I was saying it's a picture like if we had craft beer bar and fish and chip shop this would just be like being in England weather-wise oh she's vlogging now [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] all right we've come to a different Beach on our last day just for another walk and the beach is okay it's not mind-blowing but look in here all along the boardwalk they play classical music on these beautiful speakers for everybody to enjoy on their morning walk or whatever I think it's really beautiful very poetic foreign [Music] as lovely as that place was that wasn't actually the beach we found the beach it's through this forest and then we'll we'll probably hopefully find a bit more of a scenic Beach we can walk on but how lovely is this part of the country what is it I think it's just someone put some kid was probably playing with Play-Doh [Music] is it bouncy [Music] foreign [Music] this is a beach wow super long [Music] foreign concaved very cool [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] okay that's a wrap here in Busan we've got a couple more hours to kill and then we're heading back to Seoul and then we're catching a flight back to Bangkok just a simple video today I
