I Shaved My Head Bald

hi sisters james charles here and welcome back to my youtube channel okay so you guys are probably wondering how this all came to be and what the heck that video intro was today's video is about to be absolutely insane and i am so beyond nervous but also really really excited for the prank that is about to go down you guys have seen me do pretty much everything to my hair at this point i bleached it i've permed it and in today's video i want to do the final hair transformation which is uh shaving my head bald now last week i tried out being pregnant for the first time which is something that i will never experience however balding is something that i might actually experience one day so the urban legend or like the myth or however you want to call it is if your mom's father so your grandpa on your mom's side is bald then you too will eventually be bald and uh my dad's father all had a hair when he passed away however my mom's father has been involved for 40 or 50 years now and is still going strong a while i think he went bald at a young age just in case that day just one day come in today's youtube video we're gonna be spending 24 hours bald to see what it's like all right you guys let's go ahead and get started now for the last several hair transformations that i have done i've left it in the hands of experts which was definitely the right decision after all my hair almost fell out when i bleached it but today's video is going to be done by yours truly and i will not be shaving my head as much as i'm sure a lot of you guys would like to see and would be gorgeous clickbait for this video i'm going to be applying a bald cap oh this doesn't even look like a bald cap well there's a bald cup in here so let's go ahead and see what i can do so the first thing i'm going to need to do for my bald cap today is basically glue down my hair so it can lay evenly so i'm just going to i'm scared my hair is my thing it's really helping me out here my hair is my number one source of confidence not my skin not how good my makeup looks not my outfit it's my hair like if i'm having a bad hair day i feel so so ugly no matter how good or bad everything else is looking it's like crazy to me so the fact that i am now going to be losing my hair for a day i'm scared oh my goodness oh wow honda [Music] okay so now that this is here i need to cut a little bit of this off oh [Music] okay so now i have to basically fold this up like this okay there's nice instructions on the back of this bald cap actually gorgeous okay and i have some just have a q-tip here basically just putting this glue right onto my skin speaking of it bald as well oh my god this video has been planned on the calendar for quite a while now however i don't know if anybody has seen it yet but the brand new britney spears documentary just came out called framing brittany and it was so phenomenal oh my god it was so interesting to watch and i also feel like completely changed the way that i personally viewed brittany like i've always been like a fan but i never really knew the backstory of like everything that went down in 2007. i feel like a lot of people saw britney's like whole moment in 2007 is like her full breakdown and i really liked the way that the documentary kind of painted the picture and showed what was really going on behind the scenes and it really like britney shaving her head was not like a crazy moment it was her taking the power away from paparazzi and other people that were trying to control her in the industry it was just really cool to see that and i don't really know much about the legal case or anything that's going on but free britney all right you guys so at this point we pretty much have the bald cap secured down but we have to now melt the edge so it looks gorgeous and actually bald so and i'm going to grab a q-tip and some acetone i'll be very very careful with this and basically i'm just going to go around the edges and start dissolving i'm scared about this okay so like oh it's oh my god what it's literally just dissolving oh my god this is crazy okay you guys so now i have the front of the head pretty well blended i'm just gonna take a little bit of translucent powder and just go over this to mattify any of the glue remnants and now we have a very very very special guest star today girl baby oh my god okay literally you guys we haven't gone for the last probably hour and a half it took way longer than expected but we've now blended the end fully bald finally now that the bald cup is all on it is time to paint which i'm excited and also nervous about so i have two different grease paints from krylon here and i'm basically just going to try to make my skin tone somehow oh my god this is going to take so long i have to cover my entire head okay i'm going to try using this maybelline foundation because this is a really really good match to my skin tone i'm gonna do a makeup look so i might as well just shy foundation my entire face now anyway yeah okay i'm using so much foundation it's actually insane [Music] okay so at this point i think it's time to set it in place now so translucent powder time laura mercier oh my god why is it turning yellow why is it turning that color oh this is not good why is it doing that it's some sort of reaction oh uh we want to make this a prank on not only my friends i'm going to facetime later on once the makeup look is done uh but also you guys so we're filming this video today on thursday february 11th and i don't think we're posting this until tuesday february whatever six days you guys i can't keep this up for six days okay so i am going to try my best to take instagram stories that i can upload bald over the course of the next six days so when i go out tonight and get paparazzi and the photos leak of me ball everyone actually thinks that i shaved my hat so we're gonna upstairs film some story so we can get you guys good six days six days of stories and then we'll be right back down and then we're gonna do glam good morning sisters and happy friday hopefully wednesday is off to a great start so far it is a beautiful day here in l.a today i'm outside with you so pretty gonna go ahead and set this in place i can't believe i'm bald all right you guys it is about five o'clock now but we are finally done with this bald makeup tutorial and i am lowkey obsessed it is now time to go upstairs put on a cute outfit take some instagram photos and then go out into the world and see what the heck people think let's go okay we're back we have the final look on decided to go for like a little bit more plain to the little black cargo pants some black fours blind seagull bag puffer jacket turtleneck let's take an instagram photo called angel perhaps you could insane uh we made our dinner reservations for seven o'clock so we have to leave here in about 30 minutes so i figured before we leave i should facetime some of my friends and get the reactions to my course the next few days i feel like right now i'm already seeing some people be like it's gotta be fake it's a prank it's a bald cap but when i wake up tomorrow with the stories that we recorded over the next several days they might not know so i'm very excited our plan is working perfectly and now it's time to enjoy a lovely well-deserved dinner after a very very long shiniest day of ball day fall day okay you guys update our dinner's done we're on the way to dessert two shows hits the town hairless sporting what appears to be oh no sporting what appears to be a bald cap oh no not the person who writes the twitter out of me already i'm ready to fight no all the gamers reply dream responded and just said hot this is do good i love this oh my gosh you guys it feels so good to finally be back in the sister studio to end off today's video we just got home from dinner and the bald cap is still honestly intact on the front it looks really really good from the back a little plastic literally so much has happened in the past few hours and myself and the team cannot stop cracking up this is the funniest thing that we've ever done by far we got caught right away at bow by the paparazzi which we wanted to happen and now the photos are blowing up everywhere all my fans are tweeting me non-stop we are currently trending worldwide on twitter i'm getting so many dms and emails and comments saying what the heck did you do is james okay like this is just absolute genius before i end up today's video as well i did mention in the intro that my hair is a huge source of confidence for me and without my hair i would feel so ugly but i need to tell you guys i honestly have felt beautiful all day long this video was a lot of fun because it's a hilarious prank to pull on you guys but i honestly feel so cute and so gorgeous like bald i've gotten so many different texts from my friends saying that they lowkey actually really really like it and honestly looking in the mirror i really do too now obviously i don't plan on shaving my head for real anytime soon however i honestly feel like this is a really good and strong personal growth day for me to find my self-confidence without needing my hair to give me a nice boost and i'm honestly really really loving that hashtag bald is beautiful anyways i really really hope that you guys enjoyed today's video as
