shh don't let the teacher see but I'm playing Angry Birds on my iPod right now wait what you're telling me that there's an entire website dedicated to disguising the best browser games ever made behind a title that makes teachers think it's educational and it's called Blue waffles.com huh all right I'll just type that in oh that's not a game what the heck I hope I just magically transported you back to your middle school computer lab back to the good old days of pranking people and searching up lemon parties watching Willie bum bum while the teacher isn't looking and getting your assignment done as fast as possible so you have time to play Cool Math Games it's truly one of the most magical websites of all time and children everywhere have gotten the chance to enjoy these wonderful games because of it but the question is are these nostalgic games actually good do they hold up or have we been deceived all this time well I guess today it's my job to ruin your childhood and mock the games you love because I'm here to rank every Cool Math Games game we could be here for hours going through them all so for today I've done us all a favor and narrowed the list down I'll also only talk about one game per Series so sorry to all the fans have run three or Duck Life 4 maybe in the future we can do a part two or rank the sequels regardless only the coolest of the cool math games have been chosen and the list includes fire boy and WaterGirl Sticky Ninja Sugar Sugar Duck Life The World's Hardest Game jelly truck jelly Escape jelly dad hero Snail Bob Learn to Fly this is the only level Factory Balls run chess Catch the Candy pre- civilization Bronze Age Home Sheep Home jacksmith just one boss Blox sours oo and Papa Pizzeria that is one stacked list last thing I want to say is I know you all think these are stier games so cut me some slack on the tier list would you I don't know how I'm going to put one of these things in D tier well time to find out without further Ado I've got to find the coolest mathematical game otherwise I legally have have to change my name to Snail Bob ah yes the browser game so classic that Disney stole it and only got away with it by swapping the genders me and my friends use a search for free co-op games we could play on one device all the time there's a pretty small pocket of games that can do it and almost none of them are puzzle Platformers but that's what makes fire boy and water girl so special working together to be each level as quickly as you can is really fun even try to do it by yourself can be all right too this game works best with two people though which is something none of the other games will talk about to day can relate to I've always wondered something and I was curious what you all thought if the red liquid is lava and the blue liquid is water then what's green acid slime swamp and how could we have never gotten to see a third green playable character H just saying could have been fire boy water girl and Shrek in any case I'm here to tell you that we must be tough on our games today and while this one is very fun the physics are pretty janky and lonely people are discriminated against very very high a tier next up is Sticky Ninja yes his name tells us he's sticky but have you ever wondered why he's sticky cuz I can't stop thinking about it jumping from wall to wall while kicking down enemy ninjas makes for a pretty fun time adding walls you can't be stuck to and spiky obstacles to avoid definitely made the experience more enjoyable for me there are a lot of boring ninja games out there but this one manages to be memorable because everyone wants to be sticking out again I certainly don't dislike this one but it felt like there wasn't enough to keep me playing and some of the levels were pretty repetitive and kind of tedious the more I played definitely a fun time but definitely a c tier if only YouTube allowed me to play the song Sugar Sugar while we played Sugar Sugar oh well guess I got to sing it then sugar nope nope nope nope I'm done I tried I've come back to this game now and again since I first played it over like 10 years ago which I can't really say the same for many others on this list maneuvering these little pixels of sugar into the appropriate cup is super satisfying to me and oh honey honey do I get frustrated when I mess up or run out of sugar or something the game continues to surprise you at every turn as the sugar falls from the floor to the ceiling gravity's reversed and new colors are added still I must say this game can get old pretty quick like yeah I like sugar but Sugar Sugar that's a lot of freaking sugar can we talk about how sugar is pronounced sugar despite it clearly being read as sugar there's no h there there's no h I will never say it the other way again you hear me from now on I'm saying hey honey honey can you pass the sugar sugar now that we've cleared that up let's give Daddy some sugar and put this one in at here when human life gets a little dry it's nice to know we can log on to Cool Math Games and live a duck life instead now I have to be honest as a kid I never wanted a duck life so this is my first time playing crazy I know well I say we kick things off with a race I think my guys ready what are these chickens on steroids how are they moving so fast I discovered the three mini games of duck life soon after and properly taught my duck how to run swim and fly I really like swimming but for some reason I didn't fly very well I just couldn't figure out what I was is doing wrong I think I'm ready to race again come on go little Jerry go his name is Jerry move past it yes he's doing it he's really doing it yes I've never been so proud little Jerry just won his first Damn Race I kept roting him up winning race after race after race and then I remembered wait a second this isn't my human life this is my duck Life a game that can make me forget I'm not a duck and I'm actually an ugly YouTuber means it has got to go and S tier I love being gas lit you think this is the world's hardest game huh uh yeah clearly you haven't tried Russian Roulette have you I have never won that game I just want to get the bullet one time this game is meant to make you mad it's meant to get you to want to give up but they are mocking you and your skills with that title I think that's why it's so popular people ask can you beat the world's hardest game and most people say well yeah I'm kind of a gamer so duh that's totally how I felt playing too I can't spend my next week on this one game we're only five games into this list I I don't have time for that to improve my skills though I made to level 10 without dying pretty dang impressive if I do say so myself wait what are you doing stop watching don't watch this part stop okay I might have died a couple of times honestly I love these stle of games and of course I love the OG keyboard Smasher do you think anyone's ever been tortured by this game we will let you go no questions asked as long as you can beat the world's hardest game without dying man I'd be great at torturing people this may come as a surprise to you but I love it s tier time to kick off our Trilogy of jelly games that have no correlation to one another seriously how are there three games that start with jelly on this list do people think kids love jelly or something do kids love jelly all right Jake cue the Jellyfish Jam and let's freaking do this I think this might be the world's hardest game I barely made it to level 10 it's all the joys of a 2d driving game but with a bouncy malleable truck truck sometimes I kind of wish it wasn't jelly so I could just drive like 2T forward but otherwise it's pretty fun I especially like getting the other vehicles mostly because their way freaking better to control as our first jelly Escapade I'm going to have to go with beat oh dang I didn't know they had Super Meat Boy on Cool Math Games wait a second that's not meat it's jelly as a pretty big fan of super meute boy it was hard for me to enjoy this one I do love the graphics and I love this gameplay style traversing a dangerous level and moving from the bottom insides at the screen I even love the different skins and how it changes color of the secretion you leave behind don't you just love secretion but Platformers are usually my thing and I got pretty bored of this one right out the gate I tried to enjoy it but I just couldn't what is happening to the Jelly Trilogy how could there be a D in the jelly Trilogy last chance to make Daddy proud jelly Daddy to be specific from the crators of snail Bob which we will be ranking next comes our other proud mascot jelly dad why does this jelly need to be a dad I don't know but jelly mom has got it going on if you know what I'm saying it feels pretty similar to Snail Bob but with a few key differences as a jelly Dad you can use a bunch of different items with different effects it was pretty cool and was done well I think as a kid I love games like these but as an adult I'm not such a fan it makes me worried because I Remember Loving Snail Bob so I guess we'll see jelly dad hero was all right but definitely a sad ending to her jelly chy just one of you could have shined but I guess we proved something today don't make jelly games they suck D tier here's the moment I've certainly been waiting for snail Bop I didn't play a ton of flash games but every time a new Snail Bob came out you know I was playing it in the school library the thing is that was in elementary school and I'm about to be a college graduate so is this game only appealing to babies well at first I was immediately sad because I thought the game sucked it was super slow wasn't all that entertaining and overall was worse than jelly dad but I kept playing and the charm kept growing and I was reminded of one of my favorite childhood games once again I forgot that snail Bob moves on his own and you control the things around him more than Snail Bob himself my favorite part is when you lose it's pretty funny especially when he gets pissed off stuck behind a wall and his eyes turn red and he starts swearing in his snail language [ __ ] [ __ ] oh my this [ __ ] wall despite enjoying the 10-minute long game I definitely remember this game being better than it actually is a lot of you probably did too in terms of nostalgia this game is s tier no doubt but compared to the Restless list I got to say B tier games like Duck Life are never my thing but when you're bored in high school sometimes it's fun to completely level up your penguin and Learn to Fly I think I did it in every game in the series what else is there to do on a school laptop so I am very familiar with this one I love that you can basically just do better by playing over and over again but if you know what you're doing or pick the right upgrades you can beat it much faster it really is just a more in-depth version of the flying mini game from duck life but I like the added rocket and gliding mechanics learning how to best use both and making it to the end is really fun so far I'm learning these types of games are the ones that hold it best because Learn to Fly is definitely going an S tier 2 coincidentally this is the only level is another game I played past the time I remember the achievement unlocked one was really fun too probably because I love 100% in games it's super clever to make a game based on the same level over and over only switching things up each time you enter trying to figure out what's change or how you'll need to beat it it's all part of the fun I especially love the way it changes your controls or makes you do something in the browser window it breaks to normal conventions of games like this and who wouldn't want to be an elephant am I right it's like the cherry on top of this amazing game unlike Snail Bob I feel like this is one that is still challenging and entertaining enough for an adult rather than only for children and that means this one is also s tier don't let the simple Graphics fool you your brain is actually going to have to work for once to beat this classic puzzle game it's pretty short but each level Builds on the previous ideas and forces you to understand the order of operations to make the desired ball I'd like to think all real life ball fact factories just have people with buckets of paint pairs of goggles and plungers and the workers are constantly doing insane algebra in their minds to make pink bear balls with different colored ears the creator of sugar sugar made this one too and if you like these games there are tons more he's made over the years while I love this game the sequels are definitely better as well as most of the games here B [Music] tier Cool Math Games is basically synonymous with the Run series it's hard to talk about one without mentioning the other this Auto Runner platformer has four floors rather than one and swapping between them to find a path to the end is your main challenge of each level something to notice is every other platformer on this list is 2D and they're all puzzle based too run stands out as a much more fast-paced straightforward game most of these try to have some sort of story or connection to reality but why run could not be simpler and that's why it works so well the levels don't have a crazy texture or landscape it's all solid blocks of color and is perfect it's not short either 50 levels for a free browser game is pretty substantial I'm a pretty St stuborn person so I often just stick to the first floor and never jump on the walls if I don't have to that's why I really love levels like 49 and 50 where there are very few options and you are forced to make some wall jumps I love this game and I'm thankful I do because I'm pretty sure I'd be crucified if I thought otherwise I noticed while I was playing that I was clenching my butt and how many games can you can say make you do that any game with butt clenching action is an easy s tier in my book next up is a chess what's the opposite of butt clenching butt loosening butt sagging well chess makes my butt loosen and seg D tier wow another colorful monster who wants candy I like grabbing the candy and all but I just wish there was a baby version of me so I could catch the baby instead catch the candy is much more Hands-On than Cut the Rope and I mean that literally you're meant to grab the candy or anything that can help you get to the candy and at least amount of clicks just being this game is pretty easy but I can't even imagine getting three stars that'd have to be like The World's Hardest Game or something I pretty much feel the same way I felt about Snail Bob it was good as a kid but nowadays it's a solid B tier I genuinely had never heard of pre- civilization Bronze Age but I sign enough people requested it that I figured I had to include it on the list it reminds me of Sid Meer civilization and yes I know they're different I'm just saying that's what it reminds me of jeez I was never a big fan of these types of games personally so I'm not surprised I hadn't played it before basically you in charge of maintaining a new civilization and making a great wonder of the world before turn 120 I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I started and I really didn't know much more when I finished you guys got to let me know if I was doing okay for my first try based on the gameplay here I mean I got one star but I did beat it so take that like I said these games aren't usually my thing but after I understood what was happening I was more invested in winning than I expected to be sure it wasn't crazy complex at least on easy mode it wasn't but even just a little chance events where you fight barbarians brings a little excitement into it and figuring out what to focus on while still trying to get that pyramid at the end is cool for a game like this to be able to make me invested that has got to deserve an a tier this is my favorite Cool Math Games game ever out of all those classic puzzle games like Snail Bob this is the one I always replay the most I'm not like a shill for Shan the sheep or something I seriously spent a silly amount of second slapping around Sean Shirley and Timmy God dang it Timmy you ruined my literation joke but even that can't take away how great this little puzzle game is the children's book sketchy art style is really cool and the animations and sounds fit so perfectly how many flash games have unique pushing animations for every character the puzzles are really well done too this game is all about taking your [Music] time using the big sheep to push heavy objects and the baby sheep to crawl into the cracks is genius but screw you Sean for just being normal I love stacking my sheep and I love this game one of my favorite puzzle flash games of all time s tier and the the game jacksmith you are a cool donkey making weapons for your animal friends to fight monsters it kind of reminds me of the papa games and that's because it kind of is papalou is nowhere to be seen thankfully and rather than fast food orders it is weapon crafting flip bline made this game with brand new characters and mechanics but still follow the general idea of the papus games and I think that's cool I also love that the weapon crafting is so in- depth you can customize the hilts and they even have different stats in battle with the papa series if you play ice cream game all you ever make is ice cream but here we make swords bows axes you name it this game is certainly not perfect and I found the combat to be the weakest point just watching your character's fight rather than getting to control in any major way was boring to me but I understand the choice I fully admit this is just not my style and I prefer pois games completely to this but I am happy to see the spin-off and will gladly give it an a tier I think just one boss might be my favorite game on our list today who doesn't love a chevat on both sides of the screen i' never played it before but just that title screen was instantly Charming to me I love the art style and the music is incredible too it falls this is the only level's idea of changing the same thing over and over this time making a single boss fight more and more difficult I really liked it and felt good at it until the mirror version showed up then I didn't do so hot but I don't care I loved it if there are more games like this you guys got to tell me about them I'm really glad hard mode is different but that's not good enough I need more how about just two bosses for me fine I'll take Just One S tier you can really feel the weight of your block and block sores and working so hard just to have it Teeter off the edge is pretty stressful I feel like the game is almost creepy or spooky in a way which is weird because I'm pretty sure Halloween was last weekend you can't be spooky in November silly Blox sores as a baby I can never find the hole the rectangle fit into so this game is pretty traumatic for me but I felt like a pretty cool girl boss to make it as far as I did feel free to use my little passco in the top Corner if you want to make it all the way to level 12 you're jealous it's understandable this is definitely one of the better puzzle games on the list but it didn't seem exciting or dynamic enough for me to make it top tier let's put it in a do you pronounce this one oo or when you tell someone about this game do you have to say you should try I think you'd really like it either way this was the last game on our list today that not heard of before people gave it a ton of Praise so I knew I had to check it out this type of game is exactly at my alley a simple platform with a somewhat complex control scheme this guy can dive slide whatever this is and more I wouldn't say the art style was too impressive but overall it's pretty fun annoying sure frustrating oh yeah a tier you bet your sweet bippy we couldn't make this list without including a papa's game and while friezer is always the popular choice I figured I had to do Pizzeria considering the fact that I didn't do run three or Duck Life 4 or something so that means we are officially adding one of my least favorite papet games to this list of course I love all Papa games but I'll be damned if I love all my children equally this one is so limited as it is is the first one most of it is standard but the topping part really bothers me the game tells me I can put these pepperonis anywhere on this part of the pizza so I do and do I get a perfect score no I don't well fine then how do you like this pizza to everyone who wanted me to put Wally and S tier do you think you'll accept this apology Pizza I worked real hard on it well M do you like it oh you're too good for S tier are you I knew I made the right decision what a jerk anyways I've had my fun I love papus games but this is one of my least favorites B tier something I learned from making this video is that cool math games has really changed and no I don't mean that in the sense that I had to watched like 40 ad to make this video although yes that is true and yes I'm annoyed but what I mean is that I was a kid when I first played all these games the site Cool Math Games was an escape for my boring school life and these bright and colorful characters had fun adventures I wanted to play through again and again but I'm rapidly aging now and I'll be turning 42 in the next few hours so a lot of these silly games don't interest me anymore snail bomb and catch the candy would have been s for me a decade ago but now it's pretty Prett obvious what the actual good games are we all knew run would be up there but duck life really surprised me and even those a tiers deserve anable mention so sure we might have been stupid stupid ugly children but at least we had a couple of fun games to
