I Miss The Backrooms.

i miss the back rooms now that may sound kind of strange at first but just allow me to explain if you don't already know what the back rooms are then this video might not make that much sense i would explain it but i feel like that just take a ton of time and other people could probably explain it better than me so let me just get back to what i was saying i don't miss the idea actually i love the back rooms it's one of my favorite theories or mysteries or whatever you want to call it the backrooms all started for me back in last summer it was the beginning of lockdown and i was bored alone at home like most people were at the time naturally i moved over to the internet to find something to do that's when i discovered strangely familiar images these weren't called strangely familiar at the time i just found a folder of creepy places on tick-tock yeah tick-tock of all places i know right so i made a compilation of all these photos not only the ones from the folder that i found on tic tac but photos i had saved on my phone you know previously and ones that i found online after doing more research and then i posted it the compilation blew up and it brought light to this genre of photos i guess and i remember everyone in the comments being so confused and worried and people were saying that it was giving them a panic attack and i had to reply and say oh my gosh i'm so sorry essentially everyone was having an odd feeling from these photos i still now never really got a serious feeling from these photos but i still liked them i mean like i liked them in a weird way like i liked them and i was like huh these are weird like essentially it was a wonder like i looked at these photos and i was like what are these like it was so weird watch the compilation and you'll see so i kept making these compilations and eventually i made a backrooms video yes the back rooms begins it all started off as a question i don't exactly know when this question popped in my head but i wanted to know where the bathroom's photo was taken like i wanted to know the place like the actual room it was taken in i expected to upload it get an answer and that be that i thought it was a good video too because nobody really was asking that question because i searched online and nobody was really asking it and there was no videos on it so yeah i don't want to drag this video on too much talking about the videos and all that but let's just say these videos also got a lot of attention this is when it all started for me the bathrooms were mysterious nobody knew anything about it the story was simple and there weren't a million fake levels i'm gonna get back to that so yeah the back rooms once popular in 2018 to 2019 got bigger again not only were they trying to figure out what the story was itself but they also wanted to know about the location since i brought light to it that's like one of my biggest like achievements i think i think that's really cool that like i started this whole thing anyways so this went on for like five months it was amazing i woke up every day that summer reading things and like theories from everybody online talking with my friends and making videos now of course the summer doesn't last five months but those first two months of the summer were amazing i did just that and then school started up and i was still doing it but it was a lot harder i didn't only make back rooms videos either i made a ton of internet mysteries and stuff that i liked and other people did too not as much as the back rooms but i don't really care essentially the reason i'm making this video and the reason i just told you all that backstory about how i got into the background and how everybody else was into it is it's just not the same i mean the investigation itself it's fine right now it's sort of on a halt just because nobody really has free time to search for things maybe it'll come back i don't really know or really care because right now it's really just a waiting game until the original guy who took that photo comes out with proof so i also missed the liminal spaces stuff that's what i just said that's why i was talking about that was because i don't know i feel like maybe i just missed the summer i'm not trying to make this all about like oh it used to be so much better and you know what i'm trying to say is this is sort of like a little rant video of course it's not too serious it's just something i wanted to talk about more videos are coming but man i just sort of missed this stuff i made a community post about this asking people if they felt the same way and a lot of people did so there you go i know there's a lot of new people coming to my channel right now don't really know why but i looked on youtube studio and it said a lot of my older videos were getting traction so hey guys sorry if this doesn't make any sense last thing i want to say is i want to clear up some rumors a lot of people were saying oh the bathroom's photo was just taken in roblox oh it's just a generation we don't know one i know it's not in roblox because i've played that game and it's definitely not it but the backroom stuff right now is really at a halt and that's okay i just miss when all this stuff was new to me and new to everybody else and everybody from that time period seems to agree with me anyways um follow my
