your old tricks say like a full twist i have not done a full twist since everything and it's been a long time like a double front or a twist into the pit i don't know what those are you know what let's warm up with some gymnastics so we can start the challenges no full twist now we're gonna do a handstand contest spread out spread out arms up we're gonna see who can hold the handstand the longest how is she still going okay so are we ready to start this gymnastics challenge that wasn't it we're not done that was the warm-up all right you guys let's move on to the first challenge wait wait what are we competing for we are just competing to have fun bragging rights for first place no no no if one of us wins and you lose you have to do a full twist [Music] well if you guys lose then
