I Dug A HOLE Through The ENTIRE Subnautica MAP!

what is this this is not subnautica is it how is it going my observers and welcome back totally human bacon here and as usual welcome back to oh I did not want to sleep today anyway now in the last video we explored some pretty spooky stuff but as an aftermath of that in many of the comments I saw several interesting things were repeated the chief among those being information about the hell hole in the newest builds and information about the back Rooms Today I am jumping into this beautiful and terrifying World in one of the newer builds I believe this is from December 2021 so pretty up to date and I just want to confirm or deny some of those things some people claim that the hell hole is actually legitimately underneath the Aurora now look I'm not going to say I believe in that but there's only one way to definitively prove it and that is to look down there now normally this big Hunker ship makes that pretty difficult so why don't we get rid of it well that got rid of about half of this ship not quite enough luckily there's a little trick that you can employ if you use a certain terraforming mod and you build a certain building you can you can do that we have just analyzed the Aurora and this gives us an opportunity to pretty much jump down here into where the ship normally is and explore whether there really is a hell hole here now there is definitely some strange geometry down here like look at this for instance I mean you don't really get to explore this area often in the game yep there's more land out there the Aurora usually stretches all around this place and down here I'm pretty sure is where we can find a lot of the stuff that people get confused about I mean this definitely looks kind of like it could lead down but again the whole is very clearly full and down here is actually from my understanding where the hell hole used to be you can even see the kind of jarring transition of materials this is pretty much I think where the area was and it would go down kind of towards that way and it has just since been removed but yeah unfortunately no hell hole so myth busted what yeah so besides that little flame spawning in there no questions asked let us move on to challenge or question number two and that is in regards to the back rooms these were a strange area I managed to find in some of the earlier builds of subnautica but many of you guys actually said that they still exist in subnautica as it is today now in order to confirm or deny this I will be employing the terraforming mod to give myself a little handy tool and I will attempt to dig straight down through the entire map until we either dig out at the end or find the back rooms I'm fairly certain this should be possible but just in case it isn't it's gonna be a lot of wasted time right now obviously I'm gonna speed you guys through it but uh why don't we just get started because this this this is gonna take a while if you don't know how the terraformer works you essentially select a certain area and then that material will be taken away I'm just gonna start digging I'm also not gonna dig a hole too big because that will become unmaintainable [Music] foreign and holy crap look at that yeah this uh this is gonna take a while I'm not gonna lie I was not expecting it to be quite this slow but uh oh well onwards and upwards or or downwards I suppose [Music] look at that lighting change holy crap we're just around 200 meters now and I believe we're kind of on the level of the uh the jelly shroom caves I just want to take a quick peek at Where We Are Holy Moly look at that so we are successfully digging down there's this lonely Stone just falling and we missed the jelly shroom caves but by quite a bit but hopefully some more stuff awaits the lower down we've again undergone a pretty drastic lighting change well I'm not gonna lie this isn't the most fun I've ever had playing subnautica but we're getting there we're getting there you know sometimes it's not about fun it's just about doing something because you can well would you look at that lighting change I'm taking a little break at 500 meters deep this is going splendidly so far um to get to the back rooms I believe we're gonna have to dig down to somewhere around like 3 000 meters so we're gonna be here for a little while but uh you know it's it's good to admire when you're 1 6th of the way and it's only taken okay I think we're at a bit of a symbolic depth here let's take a look outside shall we oh my goodness look at this guys we're literally on the level of the Lost River we're right beside the freaking base oh you know what I might just dig to it okay so that's where the road should continue but if I'm not mistaken if we dig just a little bit this way so welcome to Minecraft guys the game has definitely changed a bunch since you last saw it like what is this this is not subnautica is it hey look at this guys well would you look at that look where we just dug ourselves out that tiny hole I just came out of it's right next to the disease research facility let me show you the tunnel I took to get here it's definitely not a straightforward process because it's kind of difficult to keep straight when you can't really see anything I think we should just keep digging I mean there's quite the ways to go and we want to get all the way down oh look at that lighting change is this what I think it is oh guys look at this we just dug a hole straight down into the freaking lava Zone we're right on top of the lava castle that I don't know why anybody would do that in all honesty I think to continue this properly we should just go down from here and keep digging you know straight through the lava castle if you needed any more evidence that the terraformer is a bit of a broken tool well there you go so with the dragons roaring in the distance what's the sea Emperor enclosure at somewhere around 1 300 is it 1 400 I I can't quite remember the exact depth whoa look at that oh my God down into the freaking core this is straight on Minecraft at this point can I go through the lava hopefully the hole isn't going to flood yeah that's how physics work we're in pretty good territory now to start finding some weird stuff ah yes a prime time to get this message oh my God that was so sudden and now we're in the active lava Zone holy crap we've gone through all the biomes this is actually super freaking cool I don't know why this is so exciting I mean we're literally just digging straight down even though here it would probably be smarter to just swim around this little thing I kind of want to keep going straight down just for the heck of it I think the game might think we are in the void now whoa look at this reaching a different material again I believe this is the one that like the bottom of the map is made out of yeah this is that material that you can find coincidentally all around the back rooms so at some point we are just going to dig down into the pure void where nothing really exists anymore I got to admit that this is also pretty ridiculous what look at this I placed the thing down and oh no oh guys that's not good oh we can't dig down there anymore oh this is gonna crash my game why can we not dig down here anymore oh that's why look at this this guys we're like a meter away from the bottom of the map you're kidding me okay I'm going to try to reload maybe that will do it okay I don't know what we did but the terraformer is actually broken it straight up does not work oh my god look stuff completely breaks down here the compartment is 100 built except it isn't like it's saying 100 but it's not see these bass pieces they literally go down into like the void below the map and I'm guessing there's just something in the game's code that does not let them be finished look I even built another one below it we did get a building all the way through so you know that's a success in my book what about the back rooms guys look at that not again oh my God not again why what's what's out there oh you oh look at that are you serious right now I'm not gonna lie though this does not quite have the uh the same um if you know what I mean as the back rooms would it definitely made the place look a lot neater so you know what I think that's a pretty good spot to end but now why don't
