I Cut The *NEW* SECRET PLASMA PLANET In HALF! | Solar Smash

who wants to blow up some planets today i do this guy is solar smash [Music] hello everybody i'm kindly keen and welcome back to solar smash rejoice for a new update has come out for solar smash what's in the new update not actually sure let's find out what's new two new planets jupiter and saturn that sounds awesome one new weapon ice beam i think they saw that solar smash rip off and they were like we cannot be outdone by by them by that so i bet you the ice beam in this game is going to be amazing unlocked secret planets can be reloaded anytime i guess that's that's cool but like what are the secret planets i guess we're just gonna have to find out various small fixes and improvements and bug fixes i guess some of the bugs were broken wait also system smash got some updates you can now use the ice beam and the heat beam in the system smash which is like the whole solar system asteroid belt added improved grid awesome let's play enough reading about it let's do it you know what let's start with system smash that sounds like fun we haven't actually like played around in this mode that much and now we have fire beams and ice beams let's shoot stuff with with fire a heat beam now is this the same as the laser that we use to like cut planets in half and stuff i i don't actually know i kind of want to see what happens if i shoot venus oh okay sorry about that venus what about mercury mercury's already really hot this is just like a nice summer day for them yeah see they're having a great time do you think actually if we if we hold it on a planet for long enough do you think that the planet will just like melt i guess that answered our question earth oh buddy old pal hey how you doing this this is not going to be a great day for you but i do want to see what happens to the moon if we blow up the earth oh gosh it's heading for the sun no actually it's it's just heading out into the endless beyond goodbye moon i hope you find a new planet to adore you out there in the stars oh wait i think the moon crashed into the asteroid belt oh my gosh okay wait the asteroid belt is new so like if i fling a planet so like mars for instance towards the asteroid belt it made it through it did make it through but it got hit it looks like maybe if i send it like a little bit slower through the asteroid belt this will be an interesting experiment let's let's watch there you go boom boom boom oh gosh mars uh not not looking so hot today it's like the world's deadliest conveyor belt really taking your time huh mars just uh casually walking through the asteroid belt somehow that actually worked though it got hit by one asteroid moving at that speed just perfectly dodged all the asteroids as he just casually walked through an asteroid belt cool good for you mars mars no mars just just ran into the sun just collided with it entirely there's jupiter hey what's up jupiter big guy so now jupiter is in the planet smash section which is going to be very cool let's freeze jupiter shall we oh that's a that's a cold planet ice cold as in jupiter mostly made up of gas does jupiter have like a solid core to it or is it all gas we must consult google here's what i'm getting jupiter is made up of mostly gas 75 hydrogen and 24 helium but that still leaves one percent of something it just says other elements so does it have a solid core scientists actually don't really know there you go we're learning now can we undo the freezing of jupiter that we've created let's see let's see if we can perfectly undo the coldness with the heat thing so like we just need to just just gotta thigh it out it's like it's like we're sticking a burrito in the microwave for just like 30 seconds just got thawed out it's been in the freezer for a little too long gotta get those beans nice and warm come on give me that burrito i'm so hungry oh no we overcooked the burrito we have clearly overcooked to the burrito what do you think would happen to a gas planet if you superheated it though i mean almost certainly it would explode because i'm pretty sure hydrogen is is pretty volatile explosive stuff i don't know space is cool though right right now here's saturn again saturn has been added to the game which is so stinking cool i really want to see what these planets look like when we cut them in half that's super exciting to me but what happens to saturn if you put a black hole on it that's what happens it's real cool look at the ring oh my goodness that's incredible let's go to planet smash shall we jupiter there you are my friend oh my goodness you are massive in the in the best way possible all right i did not just call jupiter fat okay i want to be clear about that this is the question we've all been asking what does jupiter look like if you cut it in half i wanna know i really really want to know so let's crank up this laser beep this is our butter knife actually it's more like a machete perfect planet chopping machete let's go oh my gosh oh that is so crazy that is incredible awesome wait wait does it heal itself oh jupiter you're amazing i mean that makes sense cause it's all gas so it am i just pushing the gas away with the laser and then it just fills back in that is so sick oh this game okay we gotta crank up the the machete power also let's make it purple everybody knows purple lasers are much stronger than red lasers science okay let's see if we can cut through this guy come on get him get get through there i i don't think i can cut through the entirety of jupiter it seems to be healing itself wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait oh there is okay there there seems to be a molten core that we are kind of cutting through uh oh oh oh i think i went through i think that i went through wait let's see did we oh my gosh it's so hard to tell because it all just comes back wait a second i think jupiter is shrinking i thought maybe i was accidentally zooming out right by like pinch zooming uh-uh i was not zooming out or zooming in jupiter is literally shrinking oh my goodness okay that is an awesome interaction right there let's see if we can get rid of all of the gas of jupiter and just leave the molten core left let's see if we can make this happen this is so cool what an awesome update oh i think it's happening i think we might be at the point okay wait i don't know what's going on here that's kind of weird but if i start chopping this side do you think we can get rid of all the gas of jupiter and just leave the molten core that scientists are actually sure exists oh my goodness how many lasers does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a jupiter i mean if it was the commercial it would be three but in this case it was like lots of lasers a lot i think there is still like a little bit of gas there's there's a slight surface bit of gas but for the most part we've we've chopped jupiter down to this now can we cut this in half it appears that we can i will say though this material even though it looks the same as earth's core for the most part it feels like it's denser like it's much harder to chop through which i guess makes sense because jupiter is massive a lot of pressure on all that that was incredible honestly one of the coolest things we've done in solar smash to this date now we need to do the same thing to saturn of course uh we've got saturn's beautiful rings quite lovely uh saturn also made of gas so let's see what happens if we just kind of decimate saturn but not the rings i want to make sure that i don't hit the rings and i want to see if like by destroying saturn's core if the rings actually get messed up because the rings are created by the gravitational force of saturn at least that's how i understand it but to be fair i am not a space scientist which is not even what a space scientist would call themselves is saturn shrinking i think it is i think it's shrinking oh i got an achievement sweet just melting away all that gas apparently some of this gas has ice in it that's what i read on google oh we made it to the core okay let's cut through the core and see if anything changes on on the rings i just i don't want to shoot the rings at least not yet i do want to shoot them and see what happens but not yet i'm not ready for that oh i blasted a whole straight through saturn okay so looking at it i'm pretty sure we've we've destroyed most of the core of saturn wait a second the rings are they just fading away what yeah yeah okay there you destroy the core of saturn and his rings just float away which kind of makes sense i still feel like what's left here would would still have like a gravitational force you know but maybe we've cut through it enough to you know ruin the balance so those rings just disappeared float away sorry saturn okay but of course with new updates comes new easter eggs right and i've been given a hint on a new secret planet apparently if i completely decimate earth using the plasma monster or the archon from starcraft it will change earth forever earth will never be the same again so uh i i guess we'll do that i'm actually gonna go into targeting mode because i was told this is the easiest way to do this and i think we're in slow motion so basically i just need to circle around earth and just spawn like a hundred of these dudes oh no oh solar smash i'm so sorry to be doing this to you okay all right yeah that's that's gonna that's gonna hurt my tablet tablet do this it's okay it's okay we're gonna just just breathe just breathe tablet just breathe remember breathing exercises it's not looking good for my tablet but we'll get through this i think i spawned way too many i think i spawned just a few too many i'm going to try and speed things up here because it's taking a very long time let's go into fast motion i did just tap it oh well something's happening that just happened let's try that again uh i think maybe we spawned a few too many of these guys oh okay i just punched the earth to bits i think that's the achievement that we needed to unlock the new planet but i'm just you know making sure so you know just doing my due diligence here punching the planet even more sorry to do this to you tablet i gotta say that's that's pretty cool looking that is pretty cool boom it worked it totally worked welcome to plasma earth what is this thing oh gosh okay well it's it's completely translucent see right through it this must be the planet that those plasma guys are from seems like a great place kind of this is so cool looking it's like rippling i don't know why i made that sound effect but it was a good it was good addition for sure definitely now what happens when you cut a plasma planet in half that's what i need to know for science let's go actually you know what let's save it let's just let's just attack this thing right like let's shoot a whoa okay does it does it heal itself like jupiter does i don't actually know if it does also i was in fast motion so that's why it looked a little bit more ripply than it normally does if you're if you're at regular speed that's what it looks like kind of like pulsating let's chuck a move at plasma planet see what happens oh my gosh this is going to be awesome [Laughter] that is so cool okay i like plasma planet a lot i got to do oh you know the drill where's that is this the drill no there's the drill we've got to see this okay all right and then you get a little side view wait wait no no we gotta get rid of the we gotta get rid of the the hud there you go nice cinematic shot oh my goodness that is [Music] this is incredible so it's basically a planet that you can see through but it still has mass it's still made of something solid that's insanely awesome i love this thing there goes drilled straight through the plasma planet and that's what you're left with a tube but you can see the tube from the side you can see the tube from this way that is really cool holy moly so i mean like does the mega alien planet blaster just completely destroy this thing i guess we're about to find out here we go here we go straight to the core wait apparently plasma planets are immune to giant alien laser planet explosers what did i just say oh never mind i i was very wrong oh my gosh that is awesome the little bits and pieces of plasma just flying off into space what the heck this update is incredible now i gotta cut it in half i mean it cuts just like a normal planet but it's not a normal planet it's a very abnormal planet i would say wow that is really cool oh you know what we haven't even used the ice beam yet ice beam it okay what happens when you freeze a plasma planet apparently nothing honestly doesn't really bother it totally fine but when you cut it in half you know that's pretty cool let's freeze my home oh gosh okay yeah the the freeze gun is is pretty cool let's let's do what we did in the other one let's freeze the entire planet i like the noise that it makes whoa i just got an achievement what was that achievement it unlocked a new planet i mean it's not technically a new planet because they added this a few months back but if you completely freeze earth you unlock snowman planet amazing alright you guys know the drill you need to let me know if there's any other easter eggs that i missed or things that you want me to try in
