would you take 400 for all them I'm back yeah how about I take a look at your cars if you pulled some more out all right okay you said you got over a hundred of them what would you need if I bought all of them cheese-like take you downstairs yeah yeah okay no no problem I appreciate you showing to me there's a nice set up down here signs everything yeah it's cool oh wow yeah you do have a lunch so are these loose without the boxes I get all the boxes okay all boxes everything okay all my boxes are out and boxes out dig up there okay got ernhardt truck and trailer hauler thing there most of our stuffs up there I got that truck over there oh that's cool that's kind of a rare piece it's not one you see a lot of yeah no shells would you take 400 for all of them yeah 8 and 800 tell you what ok if you bought them all for 800 I throw in that shelter and that's how many cars exactly we can sit out I mean if you want to yeah yeah just ballpark yeah it's pretty much 100 what if I came up to 500 I might do the 600 600 for all of them I'd rather you come back and sit down and go through everything yeah I'm gonna lose no matter what for the amount of money that paid for sure yeah I'll do the 600 I'll do it if you want to take your time boxing them I'll definitely do it and I can leave you some money now and come back tomorrow and get the rest I'm John by the way Paul nice to meet you now or nothing like that yeah I can only imagine hey guys Sunday night and I'm heading to meet the guy to buy all of his cars he's got this humongous diecast car collection there's about a hundred of them I was at his garage sale Friday morning shortly after they opened and they were still kind of getting set up and I saw you had quite a few cars he was asking 20 bucks a piece and it was a little bit more than I can afford and he said he had even more that he was pulling out so I thought you know I'll I got some other sales to go to I'll swing back by later to see if he's pulled more out and I come back violator he hadn't really pulled any more out but he'd lowered the price to 15 a car cuz I don't think he was really getting any bites so you know I just offered to buy them all at that point and we went back and forth for a while and so about six hundred bucks he was busy running his garage sale at the time and he still had a lot that he hadn't put in the boxes he had quite a few loose ones that he had the boxes for that he was gonna box up for me so we just exchanged numbers and agreed to do it later in the weekend so head there now to pick him up it's Tuesday morning finally getting all these cars pulled out originally he said there was 100 it turns out there was 86 and he's got five more that he was looking for the boxes for so I'm gonna meet up with him later this week to get those will be a total of 91 and since he was a little either the number he threw this in this is a really nice wood case to display 1:24 scale cars if I had to guess so there's one two three four there's five shelves and I bet you that this fits too wide it looks like there's a divider so I'll bet to go here so I bet this will hold 20 cars so I'll be able to sell this to maybe get 50 bucks for it something like that I thought I'd put them all on the table but then I quickly realized there's just too many of them there were almost all 1:24 scale there is some bigger stuff like this nylon GMC 18-wheeler and then some of these bigger boxes are still 1:24 scale almost all of them are Dale Earnhardt Dale in our jr. and Kevin Harvick some pretty cool ones in here too like here's kiss there's a Sugar Ray saw worn back here it was for stained I think it might be buried at this point there's like some et there's couple et wands or some Looney Tunes I am gonna list each of these individually and they shouldn't take up too much time you know take a couple pictures and put them in the bin and just store them so they sell I think I should profit around a thousand dollars on this after fees and everything said and done I spent 600 and if I average between 20 and 25 dollars a car then my gross sales will be you know right around $2,000 some of these are worth more than that and I'm expecting them to sell you know closer to like 30 40 50 dollars but then I think some won't sell as much you know probably 15 bucks something like that I've sold some cheap you know just like poorly made NASCAR diecast cars through the years and I'm pretty confident a lot of these are quality they're the Revell brand the action brand and from what I can see they're not just the cheap crappy cars I think they're all pretty quality cars and I'm hoping they sell quick if you guys have sold this kind of stuff before and you've got tips tricks anything that would help me sell these and
