we're going in blind cuz YouTube will give you a preview of like Chris helped you with your Halloween costume today still hoping Oh Mario Odyssey I like it we're playing more of it yeah we're gonna play some more of it cuz it'll be fun for those of you for those of you missed part one i beasted part one we got like a hundred moons in like an hour and a half we got 40 moons in two hours but that's okay it was it was just like Matthew said I did be fit though you did be something like it was amazing there was just like just plowed through it like that like a rhino in the Serengeti just more Mario Odyssey today we're hopefully wrapping up or getting a couple more moons in the sand Kingdom I believe last time we selected we're going to the water Kingdom or maybe we didn't make the selection I thought we did though ah but probably water Kingdom and then wood Kingdom yeah hopefully we'll try to keep going Nightwing and GSM has a really good choice which is the caramel apple you know that I think they're talking about the caramel apple top but they could also be just talking about caramel apples both of which are a strong choice no not a nut caramel apples you can't give away terrible you're not supposed to just take advantage like you can't have open candy growing up I mean you need their wraps of course but growing up I use the channel laughing hops are terrible athletes I need to get it I used to get a couple of caramel uh in my in my holiday bag what's were you I was I was in a rural or a really rural area and so maybe you got like 10 and 12 trick-or-treaters every Halloween and so if you do one batch of candy apples it covers all to have all the trick-or-treaters that you get for the whole year terrible terrible Apple caramel apple or the popcorn balls Betsy's never gets popcorn all that also strikes a weird balance to be - um that also strikes a weird balance to be like because people don't like getting fruit and the candy comes first which negates the Apple the caramel party but it's unwraps if you if you know the neighbor you're getting it from you don't have to look like growing again I lived in a really rural area we knew all the neighbors pretty much that we got did you really that we did you really know them no nobody else out there well there was nobody else to know what if there were razor blades in those apples yeah well then I just took my chances yeah I mean I'm gonna choose have razor you have to know the neighbor that it comes from and you and actually you know what the people who did that would put stickers on the apples with their name and address on it real yes absolutely the oh that's a good one yeah they put their full name they would be like you know the Rodriguez family and then they would put their address and they would put it as a sticker on the Apple if see anyone I can find my razor blade please return good if Apple contains razor blade please bring back to the Rodriguez family care of epi candy corn my mom liked our pumpkin can respect the pumpkin king it's even worse than Tom than regular candy corn because it's a bigger eye okay I will say that the proportions of pumpkin terrible uh starry artist says sour gummy worms Oh like the trolly worms those are really good yeah I'm not wrong there was someone before weird like Snickers for life Snickers sinkers and sugars look at what our that's good oh yes that's so brilliant Oh random I think that's so what would that be awesome if you're a kid and you're trick-or-treating maybe your parents are with you or whatever so you know even they know it's safe you walk up to a house and they've just got like a big hot dog stand set up outside and you can like grab a hot dogs you have while you're running from house to house you know you're burning off a lot of calories getting that candy in theory it sounds awesome however there is no test when I when I was trick-or-treating to him when I was trick-or-treating there was no time to waste eating a hot dog you're going nonstop my friends there there's no time nobody got time for that when I was growing up that I think that would have been perfect because the houses where I lived were so far apart that you had we rode around in the back of a pickup truck to go Halloween to go trick-or-treating you still ran a lot because the driveways were so long that the truck would just drop you off at the top of the driveway but then you still have to book it yeah like you know quarter of a mile down Brook sit like up the driveway all the way to the person's house and then sometimes you get there and it's dark and you just have to turn around and go back but but yeah so the houses were so far apart that you had to ride in a truck and so I could see like you know you've got your hot dog you're in the back of your truck dad's blasted Monster Mash on repeat it's great it's like the best that sounds like the best Halloween ever our Halloween's are pretty intense as a kid it was always really cold and so we would just have Halloween in the middle of life the snowstorm or the rain I I think I had like Matthew in the snow back I'd say like maybe 50% of our Halloween's either had rain or heavy snow or both but you know what we had like three hours dead Ellie we're Ringo oh man you take ring all the classic let the hand kill the hand but what if you stand over that thing there oh yeah you got to get him - oh yeah so go to there with that where there's something under the ice and make sure he cracked those two punch oh oh that's awesome that'll teach game if you see a particularly impressive costume you're like yeah you put a lot of effort into that I will say any extra I appreciate it Suze Azzam when it comes to trick-or-treaters if they come up and enthusiastically say trick-or-treat to deal with I will give them either more candy or better family that goes along with his cape as opposed to the people who are your like come up and slick sullen and just like open a bag and like are you saying you guys say it you have to say and with and with fervor like like open a bag what are you expecting I don't know what you're expecting me to I don't know whether you're a trick-or-treater our hobo yeah but you say trick-or-treat okay you get your camp exactly it's quid pro quo I know you it's so hot now but I do suppose that's what we were trying to accomplish and we keep up this pace we'll catch that Bowser in no time emoji the note haha we do have do we have enough power moons to reach the next Kingdom if you check if you want to take it seriously that's what trees walking is all about if you can walk like a champ you'll win a prize wanna try yeah oh it's like it's like the Mario Party minigames oh that's so where you want to cut out things a rolls our cake just walk around and follow the arrows on the ground all right okay here's the fun part though the arrows disappear after a bit so we're walk in a big circle whoa it's touch it so we have to find a different portal to hop through that makes sense it's just like this but it's open right and we know it's here and we have a tell it like and we have a checkpoint you can warp tomorrow you're pro gamers that know that so what are people saying is their favorite candies that I mean it really runs the gamut I have seen several Reese's also Snickers seem to be a popular choice you know I I'm actually really impressed with the variety we're we're a very versatile candy loving group around here I even saw some like six list I know it's their little round their little round things when they come in like I think a pack of six so real quick this is something that I dismissed the last time on the stream and I want to check it out in the interest of checking out everything and since there are moons literally hidden everywhere laughs are you yeah so much to live for last time I dismissed this as an insta death but this game doesn't really seem to have so I'm just curious I feel like there might be something down then just go then just commit commit quick quick quick wait oh no you didn't die oh oh man you're a little Mario tickle also since dying in this game has zero pots quest outside of losing ten kopeks wait wait they're just shoveling coins like we're over a thousand five hundred coins with this plan like oh no oh yeah I guess it does covers a little Mario but not but not a lot oh man look at platforming right that's so exciting right then I love me a good platformer whoo how much serious how do you get right it's still purple Tostitos day one day you this thing that was in the sand earlier slingshot oh you could slingshot yourself in oh use this to zip you to the desert to the tenth tall man but we were there before I think we try it we were there before I will say it seems like things change so maybe yes I know about the action guide I'm literally like three levels into this gauge I need okay so tracker never has a valid question I think at least test and at why do you need more moons I have no idea what this game is someone explained it's not like anyone will see this anyway why do you need more moon yeah so why why more moons this is just the completionist in you because you can never get enough moons you can never moon people enough queen that's why do I need more booze fantastic question it is truly the completionist of me the reason why I'm getting them right now because I so we already beat all of the Cascade kingdoms we got all the moons that we could possibly get any moment oh there it is okay see I could sense it um No so till you bring up a good question I just the game is all about like if we wanted to we could probably sprint to the end fairly quickly and so this thing seems important right looks like a coin slot it does doesn't it or a holder for an old Super Nintendo cartridge the underground temple which is now floating above the ground right we did this this must be at you something you come back to I'm not sure who wadn't ticker you're just here I know you were what Oh baby grab a bullet girl like noticing I'm noticing you notice how the pillars have no their feels like oh haha this will throw in the really old like that the mario of fishin ADO's off so there's gonna be more gee I wonder if you can pull the slingshot back further aim it yellow alright right here I would just get the stuff up there yeah so anyway I wanted to clean up a little bit more of the the moons in this level before we move down to the next one okay yeah because there were some sections that were unlocked and how how deep it is and how packed every interior is really I mean it is a lot to appreciate so and we had but you didn't explore here last time cuz we were in a hard time right so I did want to at least huh get some purple Tostitos yellow boom a circle might mean that there's a moon heated under their nose man sweet it is a glorious night burn for chips and salsa that's what we're up to tomorrow by the way classic Jabbar our critter Halloween tradition of reduced-price Chipotle yep if you don't if you aren't already aware Chipotle just $3.00 burritos on Halloween they are do you have to come in a copy you do yeah the there one stipulation is that you have to wear a costume Monica yes I tried to think so when it came to some I did did you trigger so you trick-or-treating with your parents because you can't yeah they had it dropped or occasionally I think I trigger treated once with friends and a friend in there man you totally had a few friends I fake slightly different yeah I mean and again is because there weren't that many friends in my neighborhood the houses were really far apart they were just you know you couldn't just walk to your neighbor's house and usually either had to ride a bike or drive so my dad and I would go we would have yeah you and your dad costumes together yeah he would be he would be a lumberjack and I would also be a lumberjack oh that's cool stuff like that all the classic double leverage elastic double lumberjack that was a puppet he would be puppet master if I was a magician he would be I like the zip lining there's one oh all right great perfect look at that in the time of this livestream we've already gotten like another 200 moves right that's the perfect the perfect perfect me and luckily there where's the statue for this spot yeah yeah that's the question you need you need the little one yeah we know how do we get him up here I'm assuming the slingshot maybe [Music] [Music] oh but now that Halloween like I had I had specific like I need I would have like hey this was a good year versus a bad year based on performance I had the same bag to collect Halloween candy almost every single year you only get one and again I think you're judging me for the amount of candy so there were also a couple of effective again not that many houses because they were pretty far apart so really you could only expect to get one bag of candy that's true all right you could do the whole night and only get one bag and and be booking right but also I am I was one of those kids I never finished my Halloween candy sure but it's about the pride of getting problem but where was that pride really gonna go i sat by myself in my living room at the end of the night and watched the Sabrina the Teenage Witch Halloween special and divided up all my candy by theis and then mounted how many of these piece I had but I never was in like I didn't have anyone to swap candy with I never understood that swap candy stuff so I mean all I had to do was give my dad a couple of pity Snickers and the night was over Oh no pity Snickers um but so so that was I mean that was it for me really what if I had two bags of candy versus one bag of candy look you don't have if you don't have anyone to share your successes with in life they're you know Wow no I'm saying like it didn't it didn't really matter because ultimately what happened was that I I knew that this candy had to last me a long time because my parents weren't big on buying candy but remember I told you the story about how I was never allowed to ask for anything in the grocery store right so that was a big no-no and so I knew that this candy sorry buddy I tried to use the the slingshot but it didn't work to walk up there I knew so I knew that that candy had to last me until Easter when the Easter basket came around I would ration it through that law but I was still ration it for that long I get that way now I mean you go for the chocolate first we also sleep seal in airtight containers in a dark place yeah but you're not opening it off yeah and you've separated out the stuff that's good versus the stuff that's like me good versus man yeah and and then literally six months later my mom would be like you know you still have some Halloween candy leftover and I'd be like and forget it so I like I would have at that point I would have eaten all of the Milk Duds all the Smarties all the sweet tarts and you know after that you're kind of in media better then it's like what why why you bother a boy yeah I seriously so what would you do like why was it so important to you to have so much kids a point of pride just it was you the way did you measure it by piece like we would wait I would measure my piece number the number of pieces sheer volume of cancer like one year you got just like 600 of those tiny itty-bitty tootsie rolls which are the worst not as bad as Mary Jane's but still kind of sucky what if you just not like like 600 of those I mean that's still a good year you have no control you have no control over my little gecko no it was for me it was all about the accomplishment of knowing hey I got X 100 pieces of candy org like so my strategy was I had a I had a pillowcase cuz pillowcase has highest value I also had a pumpkin so my dad had pillowcase I had pumpkin I would go to the doors with pumpkin with pumpkins filled quickly dumped off pumped up into pillowcase then when pillowcase got filled we would plot our path to go my house again so that way I would dump off all that candy then go back out with father to do another round but I do I do respect the pumpkin the pumpkin strategy because and you may be a pillowcase person no judgment but I always thought that you bring a pillowcase to the door like you can get a $2.00 like really nice-looking Halloween candy bag at any dollar store it's like we went to all the trouble of making a costume getting all halloweenie like come on get a bag with a pumpkin head on it or something and are you are you judging I think I think you might be judging I know that sounds I know that sounds mean but here's the other thing no bow you know or garbage you have the pumpkin which is what you go to the door with that yeah that's part of your presentation it is whatever you wherever you are load it later no one cares about that that's a great strategy I totally respect that but one of the one of the things that used to happen to my mom a lot back at home is that the teenagers start to come around and they're like a six-foot-tall teenagers and they're not in costume not those 6-foot teenagers oh man no they're like big intimidating like big intimidating voice they're not in costume they're just wearing like all black and math oh so basically so basically they look like mothers and they would come to the house with pillowcases and so I have like a very close association with like kids who shouldn't be trick-or-treating anymore coming to the house being intimidating is not saying trick-or-treat and then demanding candy in the middle of the night like it's really uncomfortable well that's another reason why you got to say trick-or-treat right because it shows that you are still in the spirit of the holiday and I know my opinion is unpopular but I like I have like a really low cutoff threshold for for trick-or-treating I know I know yeah I know it's not I don't think it's weird I don't think it's weird I think as long as the spirit of holiday is in your heart the spirit of the holiday is currently in my heart I'm not going one new year also there are there are some levels of decency my series and I think it's really awesome with older siblings to take their younger siblings out like I think if you're with a younger sibling that also makes it more okay and stuff like that but Stephanie has no patience for you and your lack of sage see the thing is though like saying trick-or-treat like it shows that you're there you're positive you have a good spirit I don't know like that to me that's that's what's most important I do think that at a certain point you start to get too old but I'm definitely less of a stickler about that than you are I'm telling you my mom used to get scared again how is this far apart it's late it's dark and somebody who's much bigger than you shows up with a mask at your door that's that's pretty scary that's that's why it's Halloween that's not what trick-or-treating it's gonna be that being spooky it's not about being mugged in the middle of the night all the classic bugger flutes rule forever since I agree with staff about the cutoff for trick-or-treating however I do see a lot of you pillowcases out there and perhaps there's a nice festive pillowcase here so you know there's no shame in a pillowcase you're looking for volume and efficiency right like that's what it's all about you know oh god we got set with too many a lot we've got so many damn moons you get a moon and you get a mood yes I'm still giving away balloons for free yeah I feel like I've gotten a lot of room here [Music] [Music] [Music] hold up where's my list listen he's pretty what is like what would you call it I mean it's an alcoholic beverage right grappa yeah what is it the dregs from the bottom of every other alcoholic beverage no I know but like is it does it I guess it qualifies that this does its own thing yeah it's like it's an alcoholic drinks well grappa if you've never heard of it it's I think it's actually original it is originally Italian but basically is you we need fresh grapes to make wine you like take you know the juice out and you ferment it and it becomes wine but then there's like the business left in the bottom with all the like stems and seeds and like the drag the very bottom not that you don't like make the feeling go throw away all the leftovers and if you and if you let that turn to alcohol it turns into this really really strong like super potent alcohol which called grappa which is great but it still is just like the dregs of the grapes and it's not even wine colored anymore it's clear because it's just it's the very dregs oh it's like you're in the battle arena against the fire the fire troop up yeah so anyway speaking of so that's bad again very Italian great like he saw this no one let you know no one likes this stuff just but like people naturally I don't think so I think you have to grow up like you I think it's probably very hard to like this just like the first time you try it but my dad my dad trained himself to like Rafa cuz he just wanted he wanted to participate in the Italian tradition with Rafa so much that he cracked it literally practice drinking it for years and now and now he has like it takes for Appa he gets really good grappa and all this stuff though uh-huh good okay he has a very relative drugs because it is the dregs it's the stuff that people throw away yeah so so anyway yeah so it's a very Italian guy oh there's somebody else in the in in the quit who has the same relationship with their dad know about almond joys that's powered by Dan coke I like almond joys so where's my diet coke yeah I presume I like almond joys so much release mostly because my dad doesn't like coconuts but he won't eat them but they're really good see for me it was the reverse I didn't like coconut my dad did but it's good to have a dad you could Tring you could trade at coconut candy with if you don't like it bit carrots and I had very similar vying for the same good stuff well that's the benefit of going hard and making sure that you optimize your homie that's that's how you do there are a lot of um enjoy it fans here I actually really like almond joy and I like mounds better now because of the dark chocolate and I don't need a nut in there did you feel like it might keep it sometimes you don't okay almond joys but a lot of people like those at southern Jedi almond joys and mounds of my favorite coconuts are good I really like them now I wish I had liked them sooner cuz they're so good all those miss years Oh long forgotten years I didn't actually like them until I went
