that from your experience at the titan academy you won several awards and you were elected teacher of the year by your peers that's very impressive yes and i even had the top student of the cohort in my previous class t1 t5 her name was denise and no matter what group of students i was teaching even if it was the worst class in the school i brought their grades up i believe in every child and their potential my strengths as a teacher well i'm able to inspire motivate and lead some might seem i might be a little bit strict at times but that's all part and parcel of teaching isn't it at the end of the day i was well appreciated by my students and the school faculty making me one of the top educators the academy has ever appointed i see then why were you terminated it says here in the system that your contract with the school was terminated i resigned i felt like i was at the peak of my career and needed to move on to greater things therefore i was willing to leave the academy at any time to search for a new challenge saying to the liberals you say you're the best yet the other school didn't fight to keep you there it just makes me wonder if you are what you say you are what are you trying to say what i'm trying to say is you'd better search for another job another job look i'm the best candidate you've had so far you need me here i mean seriously are you questioning my abilities have you looked at this school i don't see any awards on any of your walls hasn't the school won any academic competitions tournaments clearly this school is in need of a push to win a prize
