how to split a PDF document into separate files that's what I'm going to show you in this video so if you're interested in keeping watching but before that if you're new to this channel welcome to the digital world in this channel we are trying to demystify the complexities of digital world by making the simple tact it Orient's like this one so if you're interested then consider subscribing now the method which I'm going to show you with the help of which you can spread the PDF pages or a PDF document in two separate small documents is a with the help of an Adobe software and for that you need to have a pro version of an adobe reader so if you have that you just need to open this document with your Adobe Acrobat Reader okay once that document will open towards the top you will see the total number of pages if you want to split this a complete document into smaller documents with fewer pages you just need to click these tools and from within the tools you will have an option of split document and as you will see that here this split document you will have two options you can spread by the number of pages meaning by if I type 25 here it will divide this document into multiple documents containing 25 pages each or else I can specify the size and it will make the smaller documents of that file size or you if you have the bookmarks mark in your document you can select that to spread the document also but right now for the sake of this tutorial I'm going to since my document has around more than 550 pages so I'm going to split the document into two 30 pages each so just I'm going to click OK and now it has given me the message that the document has been successfully split into three documents now if I minimize this as you can see that within your actual folder where your source file was there I have now three files with the same name finally one with part one part two and part three now if I open this any of these files you will see that it has 230 pages which I specified in my split document option over here with the help of the pro version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader you can split your PDF document into smaller documents thank you for watching this video till the end if you like this video like button share and subscribe
