How to Scan Documents with Notes on iPhone/iPad

need a digital copy of a physical document you have but don't have a scanner available if you have an iphone or ipad you're in luck i'm jessica from techboomers.com and in this video i'll show you how to scan documents with the notes app on ios now let's get started to scan a document on ios open the notes app then tap the new note button in the bottom right corner now tap the camera icon select scan documents now hold your device above your document so you can see the full page try to hold it as still as possible to get a clear scan your device will automatically snap a scan of the document if you have multiple pages to scan in one document continue to scan next pages when you're done tap save to save your scan document hold down the document on your screen now tap share in the menu that appears select save to files you can edit the name of your document before saving if you like choose the folder you want to save it to then tap save your scanned document will then be saved to your files as a pdf you can access your scanned documents in your files app that's all it takes to scan documents with the notes app on ios thanks for watching if you found this video helpful we'd love it if you'd hit the thumbs up button below and subscribe to our channel we put out great new tech tutorials like this one every week you
