How To Scan Documents on ANY iPad as PDF and Send to Email! | Full Tutorial

welcome everyone i'd like to show you how to scan documents on your ipad as pdf and then send that pdf document via email so all you need to do is open up the notes application create a brand new note and once that's created tap on the camera icon right here let's all just tap on that and then you see here scan documents you just want to tap on scan documents and you'll be brought to this page so you have the auto mode and the manual mode what the auto mod does is you just need to move your camera over the scan document and just give it a couple of seconds and eventually you can see it will take a scan right here but you also have manual mode so if you tap on this one and then just tap on the picture here what it will do is it'll give you this preview and then you can move the edges so that you can have the perfect document scan and then you can just tap on either retake or keep scan here with a step on keep scan and uh yeah we're good to go so what we're going to do is let's say you just want to delete the first one that you took automatically just tap on the delete here and then done and then we'll just tap on save so now we see here scan documents we can just tap on this one and this is saved in the pdf format so let's take a look at it together we have a couple of options we can do so the first thing is crop so if i just tap on the crop here you can see it will bring us back to this preview and we can re-crop the scan document you can either cancel the changes or just tap on done here you also have a bunch of other options so we tap on this and you can see i can rotate the document as well and if we tap on this right here you can change the color of the document black and white grayscale uh photo color all that good stuff and if you tap on the plus here we just uh get the document again you can essentially add you know your another scan multiple pages so it's going to go like this and just use the auto mode there we go awesome so just tap on save and you can see now we have two pages so first page and second page next what you can do is you can tap on share and this is how to share via email so we need to do is just tap on the mail right here tap on this one and it'll bring to the mail application so what it will do is if you haven't added the account yet you will need to add an account but it will open up the mail and it will open up a brand new uh email and it will have the pdf already attached so you can just add your recipients tap on send and then that will send the scan document as pdf finally if you want to you can tap on the share and markup and you can see here you can add more you know drawings all that good stuff to document if you would like tap on done if you're done and you can also see right here share print and you can print this document if you would like to as well so hopefully this video did help you out if you did make sure to leave a like subscribe for brand new thanks for watching see you guys later bye bye
