how to roll cut pork tenderloin there's more you can do with the pork tenderloin then just cut it up into medallions or throw it hold on a grill you get a very very sharp knife you can roll cut these which basically means to cut it open and lay it flat in this case we're going to cut it in thirds we're gonna start and about a half inch on the bottom and you're gonna cut through to about a half inch on the other side now it doesn't have to be pretty it doesn't have to be neat just take your time and be careful once you get about 1/2 inch from the other side you're gonna take the top half and carefully lay it on its back and continue cutting maintaining that 1/2 inch thickness that you started with think of it as opening a trifold brochure and then once again when you get to the 1/2 inch mark on the other side you're pretty much done you can open it up and you have this wonderful flat piece of pork tenderloin that's ready to be stuffed and Trust which will be the subject of next week's video hey and that's it this is Gary house with cooking everything outdoors show we'll be back again on Tuesday with the new tip trick or technique
