I don't think this approach would work with all potential clients, but the idea of framing the problem from a business perspective is something a lot of designers miss.
In parts he seems a little condescending, butthe overall standpoint is decent then, it's just about how you word things
More often than not clients don't understand the industry or realise the impact of a logo or branding or sometimes even a website, and can get either defensive or just switch off and lose interest, the main points here are quite nice i think, just have to word them carefully for each client you're dealing with
