How to recover a project back-up in Davinci Resolve?

hi everybody jeremy here from video studio and today i'm going to show you how to access the save history of a project in case you need to revert change so let's check it out all right so i'm in davinci resolve right now on the edit page and i've applied a very ugly pink color grading to my entire clip and so it just to show you that's the main change that i would like to revert obviously it will be fairly easy to do but let's say i've done that to my entire edit and i have modified a couple of other things and i'm not happy with it and i want to just go back to an old version of my edit well you can do that very easily by going here to the home page and then you can just right click on your project and then you can just scroll down there to project backup click on that it will prompt open that window and here you have access to the history of your save project and you can now revert change to whatever time you like so here i'm just gonna select this one and i'm gonna click load the cool thing though is that it's not gonna erase your current project with the change that you got it's just gonna create a copy of that so here i'm just gonna select okay and now as you can see it has created a copy of my project with the old version of it so here i can just double click on it to open it and now as you can see i don't have the ugly pink color grading that i've made and it would have just bring back the project exactly how it was at the time it has been saved hope this video was helpful let me know in the comments what kind of video you would like to see next don't forget to like and subscribe and see you in the next one bye speed up your workflow and create better videos using the pack available on our website including titles transition and templates but only for davinci resolve get started today by downloading our freestyle pack containing a compilation of 20 titles created from our library link in description below or at videodigitalstudio.com
