How to Polish Cut Glass Bottle on the JOOLTOOL Less than 7 minutes UNEDITED

okay we are here at the glass show and we are doing a shot glass they just cut this from a bottle and here we go we're going to grind all the rough edges using the JOOLTOOL Flex Diamond running it at full speed grab some water I'm going to grind this down keep going give yourself some water the water just keeps the diamond lubricated and extends the life of the diamond we don't have to worry about the heat factor the open slot design creates a nice escape for any kind of heat and as it spins it creates a tremendous amount of air flow it keeps the item nice and cool now all the outer edges I'm gonna give it a nice little ring sanding right after I'm done so I just want to make sure its nice and smooth we're already halfway done and it hasn't even been 1 minute and 30 seconsds so really quick give myself some more water we're going to grind it down so from here all the rough edges I'm going to glide and roll over to make sure that there's anything sharp out there we've got taken care just roll over so here we go I think we're done so we're here let's just take a look at that nice and clean everywhere we go, okay so this is the stage we're at right now nice and clean and smooth no lumps and bumps no chips or anything you see how nice the JOOLTOOL is no chipping so now I'm going to sand this down so right here we're just going to get a smoother finish and we're just gonna take it all the way through a polish so right here you see how smooth the rough edges are getting the grinding is the stage you want to make you sure you do right that should be it and then now we just go on the sides, smooth off any rough corners remove the scratches from the previous stuff the stage we're at right now nice and smooth the next step we're going to get a finer finish almost a Polish with a FINE DIAMOND we got a finer finish right here I'll do it in the demo so from here I'll go to a Polish over here my FELT wheel with my POLISHING COMPOUND and this will give you a high polish this will also polish metals, platinum, silver, copper, gold and lapidary stones like turquoise nice little polish squeeze in there and get into the inside of the bottle we're almost done, got a nice little polish I'll show you how to do the inside of the wheel now we're done polishing it take a look at this finish nice clean uniform the sides are nice and smooth now anything that's kind of rough in the inside the way I take care of that is using our diamond band with our new wheel and I'm just going to take that and just sand the corners down but it's pretty smooth very very smooth right here and so you just hold it right here you have more control it's better than using a dremel, control until you get rid of the corners it's the SAME tool and it's SIDEWAYS nice and smooth now look at ONE machine complete outside, inside and this is a JOOLTOOL on its side HORIZONTALLY you can just pop it up off of its feet and put back up but other than that look how pretty that you know perfect
